Great hardware store. They not only have what you need at good prices, but high quality people to help you understand how to do the projects you need to do. I had a gas grill in need of repair, and they had the parts in stock and showed me what else I needed to do the job right. My grill is good to go again.

The family and folks running this hardware store are knowledgeable and helpful! Picked up a special wrench for my stuck on water filter. Worked like a charm. Now I’ll use it to open my celebratory beer! 🍻They said if it didn’t work bring it right back. We’ll continue to bring our business. Loved our recent grill purchase too.

Why do people shop at big box stores instead of supporting locally owned? This is our go-to store for about 99% of our hardware, houseware and general needs. Guess what!?!? Real people work here who go out of their way to be as helpful as possible, and they have live personable cashiers who also know the store and stock. And if they don't have it in stock chances are they can order it for you. Great store!

Employees are attentive and friendly. Very different from Home Depot or Lowes. When I walk in here there is always a friendly staff member to help! Prices are comparable if and in some cases less than the big box stores. I highly recommend shopping here!

The people that work here are incredibly helpful. I go to this hardware store all the time, and even if it is slightly more expensive than Home Depot/Lowe’s, it is totally worth it for the helpful service.Plus, if you download the Ace app, there are tons of coupons and discounts.

Love it the store was so clean an organized and the staff was so helpful called the night before for a product and ask them to put the product aside for me and I would pick him up the following day and they did I picked them up and was very grateful for them to do that he was very knowledgeable on the product since I was coming from New York overall the store is very well kept and again I can't say more about the staff with their willing to help their customers I definitely will be back

Great family-owned hardware store. Amazing how many things they can fit in a moderate sized space. Ryan, one of the owners, is a great resource, he knows so much about a lot of stuff. I'm a gardener and he and I have shared many tips on getting great results. Prices are competitive with the big box hardware stores, and they are so convenient. Highly recommend.

Convenient, friendly, well stocked local hardware store. I like being able to drive a short distance to get what I need and not have to go to the Danbury Home Depot for small jobs and items. The guys at the hardware store are very helpful. Great paint center too- high quality paints and stains. They even stayed open a few minutes extra when I called and asked them to since I needed something to finish a time sensitive project (ran out of stain) right before closing time.

100% lifesaver with my Subaru Forester key. The seller only gave me one key and the dealer copy price was OBSCENE. I did some looking around and found that Ace can do the same copy for a much more reasonable price. Ryan got both keys done right on the first try and very quickly I might add! It's good to see that places like this still exist. That other "big box hardware store" told me it was impossible. Nothing is impossible with ACE! Thanks guys!

I'm using a sub account so my name remains private to random people. I went into the store to bring 2 items back and I was given a full lecture along with a lot of attitude about how wrong it was to bring back something I used one time. Ryan that works there was mad and he threw it in my face. I ended up crying in front of everyone in the store as he took my card and gave me the refund which after making me feel so bad I asked to just take the items and leave. As I cried in front of him he didn't care and as I left crying he didn't say a word. He said something like"there you go you got your money." Which at that point I didn't even want. That guy cared more about the money he makes than the people around him. It took a lot to build up enough courage to talk about this. I'm afraid to ever show my face around there again. I won't be doing so anyways.
