If you are looking for a place to bathe your dog(s)… look NO further!!! Dirty Dog is without a doubt the most amazing full service place!! We brought my older high anxiety and our new one-year old dog. We were treated with such kindness and understanding, as we are still a little new using all of their amazing tools and products. We were coached through every step with patience. Both dogs got a nail trim and AMAZINGLY my high anxiety dog LET her do her nails. My own VET can’t do her nails, she’s usually SO difficult. I was blown away at her patience and skills! I will be coming back monthly for trims now! What a great weight lifted from my shoulders. Run, don’t walk to Dirty Dog, you won’t be disappointed!

Took my dog in for a self wash and it was so easy and convenient. They provide towels, shampoo, and drying stations and do all the clean up. Staff was really nice and helpful. We will be back.

I took my 6yo Golden Retriever to Dirty Dog this afternoon for a self wash. The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and resourceful. We had plenty of shampoo and conditioner to work with, along with tearless face shampoo, ear wash and toothpaste! The water was the perfect temperature and the hose easily moved all around my dog. The blow dryer was great and dried her quickly. I was easily able to add on a nail trim and the tech was very confident and proficient which put my Rosie at ease as she dislikes her paws touched and hates to have her nails trimmed! We finished the experience with a homemade banana and peanut butter cookie! I can’t wait until my Rosie is dirty again and needs another bath, as we will definitely be back on a regular basis. This place is a gem!

Will visit routinely after this! It was our first time at the Dirty Dog all I can say is What a great experience! I never thought that participating in my dogs grooming would be so much fun. The moment you walk in your fur baby feels the love. The DIY pet wash had a great variety of quality shampoos for us to select from. The friendly staff was eager to help me select something to suit my dog’s needs based on her coat and skin care needs. It was great that they were knowledgeable in their product line and I appreciated that she asked questions about my dog’s skin care needs (rather than assume every dog is alike). I was impressed with setup and cleanliness. They made sure my dog was secured, at ease and checked on us frequently. By the time I started blow drying my dog the staff was already cleaning and disinfecting the bathing area. Very affordable, great customer service and my dog loved the gourmet treat. Most certainly would recommend a visit.

I wish I could give this place more than five stars! Everything about our experience was top notch and I wish we lived closer so I could bring my pup more-often. Every employee knew every pups name, they have birthday celebrations for them, and no one was scared of my overly excited pittie.Might be a bit more-expensive than a self serve bath at Petco, but it's worth every penny.There was even a pup who did NOT want to go inside to get their nails trimmed and the brave employee climbed into the back of their human's pick up truck to trim their nails outside.If that's not great service, I don't know what is -- thank you for the best experienc!!

Janet and her team at Dirty Dog are kind, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The bath process is incredibly smooth, they’re very patient with my dramatic dogs’ nail trims, and they carry only the best products (including homemade treats!) in store.

If I could give less than one star I sure would have. I booked a DIY online for the first time. I requested type of service etc. Figured when me & my pup arrived everything would be prepared. I walk it, the girl says you have appointment, yes. She ask what kind of shampoo I tell her it's our 1st time so my pup is a little new to this. We walk to bay, my pup is a little skittish because of the noise and traffic. Another girl walks by and says what's this, I say it's my pups 1st time here so he's a little nervous. She says no no we can't do this we have too many in-line waiting. Too many digs & people. I said excuse me. The other girl still trying to explain to me about the process, who is also still calling my male pup a " she", not waiting for me to help my pup get comfortable. Then before I realize it the girl puts a LEAD leash around my pups head pulling him towards the tub. Still saying.."We can't do this we have too many waiting". Now let's not forget I made my appointment online and picked the the they provided for us to come in. Why would the rush a pup like that? I would hate to see what this team does with pups while grooming and the humans aren't there. I just know these two, especially the one in the back bays are not looking out for the best interest of your pups. I wouldn't bring you best friend here! So disappointed!

As a former dog groomer I prefer to bath my own animals but doing so in my home tub is a pain. This little shop is fantastic. Everyone there is super attentive. They maintain a clean store and tub area. The shampoos and conditioners used are high quality, the same I've used professionally, and the different sections are wonderful. The retail shop is great as well, my pup loved the cookies.

The staff at Dirty Dog DIY Pet Wash & Pawstry Shop was beyond amazing on our first visit. I called to see if we could bring our two schnauzers, giant and mini, in for a diy dog wash about an hour before they closed. Our house caught on fire on Easter Sunday and our boys were trapped in the house but made it out unharmed but covered in smoke and soot. The ladies here were so super sweet, patient and understanding with their baths and offering assistance throughout the process. We seriously can't thank them enough for their kindness and help and understanding❤. We will definitely be returning, especially with our big cry baby. Thank you for being amazing.

Brought our pup, Loki, for the first time and it was more than I expected. The staff was so friendly and helpful, got us set up with everything we needed from shampoo/conditioner, to face wash and ear cleaner. They clipped his nails for me, and gave tips on how to get him used to the water which was helpful.There is everything you need to get your dog fresh and clean! He even got a new collar while he was there. In addition to toys and other supplies, they have homemade dog cookies, so brought some home for our other dogs and all loved them!

Dirty Dogs! What a find! Thank goodness there's still homey places like this for self grooming our dogs. Plus there's grooming available if you prefer not to get wet!Woman owned for 18 years.Kindness is the word that sums it all up.We, hubby and I washed dried our 5 goldens. It was an enjoyable bonding time for all of us. So looking forward to the next 6 weeks for another bath time.Everything is given to you. Shampoo. Conditioner. Dental wipes. Ear wipes. Leash. Warm water. Separate area to dry. All enclosed. Lots of towels.Love this place.Shhh! Very reasonably priced. Two for Tuesdays the second Tuesday of the month.

My dog and I went to a dog park where she was laying down in the mud! I saw a flyer for this place and took my dog right there. I found out you need an appointment but the staff was so kind and understanding and worked me in! I had 0 expectations and I was just happy to be able to clean my dog off but they have gone above and beyond for service. As a self wash place $15 for amazing products that left my dog smelling professionally groomed.If you're more of a diy person then this is the best spot to go. They provided shampoo, conditioner, face wash, ear cleaning and teeth cleaning and they also have blow dryers and brushes! All for $15 that is such a good price I have paid $60 for my dog to get groomed and not even leave satisfied.They also gave Katsuki a treat for her first visit! I also bought her a new collar and leash because they were so pretty and very well pricedKatsuki and I will definitely be regulars here everyone was kind and the prices and services are unbeatable(my dog looks sad all the time in pictures but her fur is super soft the next day)

Staff was professional and kind. Beyond helpful with my occasionally reactive dog. They made sure the facility was clean and safe for all clients and owners. Great place! We came to Dirty Dog for the DIY washing stations. This was the best place I've been to for that. You get a dedicated "bath stall" and a dedicated "drying stall" and you're away from any other dogs that might be there at the same time. The staff was friendly and very helpful & accomodating.You get a choice of shampoos and are provided conditioner, dental wiping pads, ear cleaner & face wash.Our Beagle Carla loves Dirty Dog! We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely love it here! I have a long haired white shepherd. They are the only groomers I will ever let touch her! No one else has ever been able to make her as white as snow! They are also able to get her knots out with voting all her fur off!

Love it! The customer services was fabulous and the place was amazing. It was my first visit with my 3 year old, 92 pound Golden Max. The best part was that I didn't feel rushed we took your time using the great products provided correctly. The price is amazing and it comes with great options base on your dog needs. The establishment have great treats and they also have the product you use for your dog bath for sell. The room are very spacious me and my Neff had enough space to move around to ensure Max was comfortable and we were able to give him a great bath. The fragrance the front desk associate recommended was amazing it smell great and Max didn't mind because when we got home he didn't roll around in the grass trying to get the scent off!

I completely love taking my fur baby to this place whenever he is due for a bath (stinky boy). The prices are very reasonable and the staff is beyond friendly!. Plus, you don’t really have to worry about the mess left behind. They also offer add ons to your dogs bath like nail clipping. I have only done the bath by myself so I can’t review about the groomers and their job. Love the variety of dog treats they bake and I usually pick up peanut butter ice cream during the summer.

Dirty Dog is phenomenal! So glad we found it. Was able to book last minute to do a DIY bath and I can’t decide what was better - the facility and amenities or the wonderful and kind service from their entire team. I wish we lived locally so we could come more often but I cannot say enough about how warm and helpful the ladies here are. These are dog lovers and it shows in everything they do. I highly and enthusiastically recommend!

We called and made an appointment to bathe and have our dog's nails trimmed.We arrived and were immediately greeted and directed to the bathing room.The associate explained everything we needed to know about using their facilities.The associate then gently led our dog up the stairs to the tub.The facilities are exceptionally clean and maintained.We had an excellent experience and will definitely be returning for future needs.

Chelsea rang us up and helped us through the whole process of washing and drying our two dogs.. my big dog was very calm but my little one hates blow dryers! However, we were able to get them washed all over- including their ears and teeth with the special cleaners that dirty dogs supplies. We had a wonderful experience and meeting Nikki the parrot was such a delight! This place is also a store that has wonderful treats that look good enough to eat for a human haha

I love coming here for the DIY pet wash. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. My dog hates getting groomed and he runs into the store. Love the environment and all the workers!
