There are many things here that are needed by this community and the majority of the time this useful and serviceable store provides them. Their variety of merchandise includes outdoor grills and smokers, lawn tractors from large to small, power saws, tools, hardware, paint, lawn fertilizers, insect repellants, tires, diesel cans, clothing, rubber boots and kids toys. Great space with a very large parking area, too.

I LOVE TS. I could wander for hours in here . From clothes , outdoor supplies, animal feed , toys and tools as well as safes and kayaks and home decor. It’s got a little bit of everything. Staff is helpful and never a long line at check out .

I love this store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store has a wide range of products and although the prices may not be the cheapest around, they are competitive. Where else would you find a tractor tire or cattle feed?

Fun store, friendly staff. We always find something on sale that is a great deal. Finding the foods our cats like has been tough for about a year, but they enjoy the Tastefuls that it seems we can only find reliably at Tractor Supply.

I stopped into the Barkhamsted store to grab some dog food after work. I had a couple questions and the cashier Savannah was very knowledgable and very friendly. Every time I visit the store, she always welcomes me with a friendly attitude and a big smile. The store is always clean and everyone is helpful!

Nice store, has all the basic necessities for backyard farming and some heavy duty equipment as well. Not the best prices, but where else are you going to buy cattle wormer and shavings and jewelry at the same place. Nice staff, very friendly and they allow dogs in the store.

No one greeted us or acknowledged us when we came into the store, when we finally found someone to help us (the manager) the manager was short and cocky with me. There was also no toilet paper or paper towels in the woman's restroom. You guys can do better.

There isn't really any other options in this town for the supplies they have here. That being said, the customer service is decent but it is ine of those places where some of the employees dont have a vast knowledge of the supplies they sell but that's to be expected at most stores. Overall I have had a pretty good experience the countless times I have shopped here and have no complaints.

Tractor supply company is great, they have a little bit of everything, from books and supplies for pets, yardwork, or any home project really, they have everything from light machinery to even the heavy stuff, they have clothes too, from jackets to work boots, to even a nice pair of cowboy boots! Their is constantly sales and great prices! I wish we had more stores like this

So typically I only go to Tractor Supply for plants but this time I decided to go there to look for a new lawn mower. I was pretty excited to find a brand new lawn mower with a warranty 4 less than what I was Finding online for a used lawn mower. The associates were all very friendly and very eager to help and my experience was overall quite enjoyable. I definitely recommend Tractor Supply in Barkhamsted

The nice thing about this store is that it's easy to navigate unlike Home Depot but there doesn't seem to be a lot of urgency on the stops to help. They did help when I asked but nobody greets you and asks you if you need any help how small the store is you would think that they would

It's a tractor supply and a great place to wander around. They are like a hardware store but catering more to the working man/woman than the weekend man/woman like Ace. You want a 2-1/2" socket? They have it. Plus some farm supplies, actual trailer and tractor parts, and good yard equipment.

TSC is a nice hardware store. Not as big a selection as companies like Lowe's or Home Depot, but it's nice to have one close for small things. Associates are usually friendly.

The store always looks dirty and grimy. Some of the stuff is worth buying but I don't get anything with a gas motor anymore and I don't recommend it. They are a pain when it comes to dealing with it at the Barkhamsted CT store. The manager doesn't want to take anything back. I bought a chain saw, took it home, it wouldn't run went back to the store, within an hour after buying it, and the manager wouldn't exchange it untill I said I was going to call corporate. Even had problems returning shavings I bought there that were moldy. Not what you would expect from a national chain.

Great prices on tools, as well as any needed pet supplies. They carry most farming supplies, including animal feed, as well as veterinary care essentials. Equine riding gear, and equipment to saddle, and ride horseback. There is a new store on New Litchfield Street in Torrington. The staff is very helpful and eager to be of service. The store is meticulously clean, and very easy to get around in. This is a welcome addition to the Torrington and Litchfield area.I'd highly suggest stopping in. Their Grand Opening was December 2nd 2021.**Update 2022:This store in New Hartford is still going strong. They have a much larger footprint, and carry a much larger selection. Especially when it comes to safes, tractor repair products and fencing.

Tractor supply stores have such a great supply of everything under the sun.. They've got baby chicks in the spring time, dog food, bird seed. And whatever else you need to keep a farm running. They've got a large selection hardware including nuts and bolts, eyelets, and cable. A large variety of tools, equipment batteries. Also a bunch of work clothes, and boots. Like carhartt and dickies, and muck boots. The store is always clean, and the staff are always more then helpful.

Manager forces medical advice on customers instead of allowing them to make their own decisions. There is no proof masks stop the spread of covid, but there IS proof people wearing masks can get bacterial pneumonia so if my husband comes home with pneumonia because of what you force on people and my newborn catches it and dies oh well at least he won't have a virus with a 99.9% recovery rate for ALL age groups. Absolutely disgusting. What happened to freedom?

Staff are always friendly and they always have the dog food my dogs eat in stock. I never have to wait for help(if I need it) and they quickly open a check out lane if a line forms.

Tractor Supply is the best place to go for various types of feed for different types of animals. In addition to feed it has a wide range of tools for large machinery, hand held tools. They have a reduced price rack for hand tools and a wide variety of other item. If need clothes Tractor Supply is a good place to shop. Come on over and check out Tractor Supply, you will be glad you did!
