I LOVE this pet store, owning a dog with anxiety is tough sometimes but every time I’m in town I come here and they have the perfect supplements for him. They have a great variety of food and treats as well as bones and chews.

Owner is absolutely amazing and very kind to anyone who walks in the door. There lead worker Karen M. Is so knowledgeable on food and animals just as much as the owner Nancy. Very clean, the staff is always courteous. They have answers for most questions. The store is small, but don't let that fool you.Its jam packed neatly with so much. If you are looking, you will probably find it here. They have a whole line of natural pet foods too!!!

Little pricy but the products are all very high quality for all pet needs. If you want holistic foods and medicines for your pets it is the place to go. Owner is a great person who gets to know her customers by name. I go there all the time for treats and pet food. For all pets as well. Dogs cats fish horses...nearly any pet.

Went in to buy Kefir just for dogs because my dog had a gastrointestinal situation and wanted to try it before getting him to my vet. This was a great experience and I was in total awe of how diverse and huge their inventory was! I spoke to the owner and she actually sold me on a homeopathic oil/drop products just for what my dog was going through! Hours later? He was already showing drastic improvement! 24 hours later? Back to himself. This gal totally knows her stuff! Yes, a bit more expensive ( not crazy), but worth the vast pickings and great knowledge and customer service this store provides.

Such a bad experience. I arrive at 8:45am because online they still have their regular hours rather than the temporary hours —10am- I called and left a message about that. During the time it took me to leave the message, around 5 minutes, 3 more customers approached the store, and left disappointed just like myself.In the afternoon, I come inside and some rude lady tells me they’re at capacity, to go outside and call for curbside pick up. I call and she tells me to come in?? What?? I say I was just there and was told to go outside. She says well, you can place the order over the phone or come in, whatever you want -very conflicting-.Sadly I won’t be coming back... awful service.

I noticed a couple of people here mentioned the word "pricey." Maybe a tad more expensive, but when you consider the garbage sold for pets in grocery stores, I'm not complaining. Plus Nancy (owner) has an encyclopedic knowledge on nutrition and excellent advice on health, training, local pet services, etc. You can't beat it.
