I just recently discovered this pet store & I absolutely love it. A few months ago I switched all 4 of my dogs to a raw diet and I had trouble finding a pet store that even sold raw food. A few other stores in the area are extremely overpriced so when I stumbled upon WAGS I was pleasantly surprised. They have raw food, freeze dried raw, dehydrated treats, bone broth, goats milk & many more things I love to buy my dogs and they are at reasonable prices! The owner is very helpful and always so kind when we come in. Definitely worth checking out!

I get my pups raw food here and they love it. I can call and they will order me whatever flavor I need and after 12 bags the 13th will be free! Amazing store and every friendly staff. Also love the self serve bathing station here!

The staff here is very knowledgeable, they can help navigate the confusing pet food market, but you really can’t go wrong with anything in their brand new location, it’s all high quality. The new store now includes a nice self serve dog wash! They also have a larger inventory than the local competition and better customer service too. I’ll be back.

This is easily the best business I have ever been to when it comes to purchasing healthy items for my cats. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Two of my cats have cancer and they were able to make outstanding recommendations on supplements that could be given to help them as well as better food that they could eat. Not only has the staff added to the quality of life of my cats with their recommendations, but they have also provided my family hope. I can't say enough about this business, and if I could, I would give them 1000 stars. If you have questions about the health of your pets, this is the place to turn.

I've been going to WAGS for about 2 years now, and Kenny and the WAG team have been nothing but extremely helpful and kind. I first called Kenny when I was struggling to find the best food to feed my English Bulldog puppy who was struggling with health problems. Kenny taught me a lot about my puppy's problems and recommend a new food for him to try. Two years later and both of our dogs are on the diets Kenny recommended and the vet is blown away by how healthy our dogs look every time we see her. Would recommend WAGS to anyone!

Love WAGS! Have been a customer for at least 5 years now. I have two dogs and when I first started going I had 3 dogs. That store is purely organic. The food they sell is THE BEST. My dogs are healthy. My breeds get ear infections. I told Kenny & Susan about the problem and they gave me a probiotic last year to use everyday on the boys and no more ear infections! Very convenient to access and park.

Love this store! They sell, and educate, on the best quality products for dogs and cats and i’m here for it! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and am very picky when it comes to feeding them. WAGS offers a balanced diet for all 4 of my fur babies, from raw to dry food, 10/10 🙌🏼

I headed over to WAGS after our 2-year-old standard poodle, Finn, had a seizure. Ken and his staff spent over an hour giving me recommendations (much more time than our vet), and those recommendations have completely transformed our dog. We now give Finn a raw food diet, mct oil, and drops for a liver detox. The results have been nothing short of astounding. Finn never enjoyed his kibble, but he devours the raw food, and as one of our kids recently said: “Finn looks at lot happier lately.” Which is entirely true. Not only that, his coat feels better, his eyes clearer, his teeth cleaner. The slightly increased cost of a raw diet is more than worth it, and I only wish I’d done this since day one. I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now. I reached out to Ken at WAGS out of desperation because our dog had been diagnosed with Cushings Disease and we were very discouraged by our vet at the time. We had already started doing research and everything told us that she should be on preferably a raw, natural diet but our vet kept pushing kibble. Needless to say, Ken got back to me right away and has been a KEY factor in our dog's health since meeting with him. Thankfully our dog has seen major strides since changing her diet (because of WAGS) supplements and seeing a holistic vet also per his advice. Our experience shows the importance of being an advocate for your pet. Ken deeply cares, checks in and continues to be a great resource. Go out of your way to go to WAGS!

Ken at WAGS has helped us tremendously as new puppy owners - our puppy had some digestive issues and he found us the right food which solved the issue. He is always wiling to talk to us for long periods about health and nutrition as well as behavioral issues with our dog. He is a wealth of knowledge who has clearly done his research and we trust him! We love our vet but feel we get more comprehensive nutritional support from Ken and Susan at WAGS as they've done their research on food, vitamins, etc. Our dog is doing incredibly well and is very healthy because of their advice.Susan Conly is their resident trainer and she is an absolute Godsend - she has helped our puppy with biting, jumping on the couch, and most recently with anxiety issues. Just last night she helped our puppy with some issues with walking and today it's like she's a brand new dog. Susan is the dog whisperer, and she is absolutely amazing. She is worth every penny for the time she invests in helping dogs be their very best. And she knows so much about various products - even grooming products that may have ingredients that aren't safe. She has saved my sanity on more than a few occasions and we highly recommend her!

WAGS has changed our lives in terms of how we own dogs. Seriously. Kenny the owner is wonderful. We brought our 9 year old dachshund and 2 month old golden retriever to him when the puppy was having GI issues, and he turned it all around by helping us find an affordable and healthy option for both dogs. I used to buy relatively expensive kibble (but, admittedly, still didn't really know what was in it or why I bought the brand I bought...), and now my dogs are on an amazing diet of Raw food combined with high-end kibble - the contents of which I understand!!! My pets are HEALTHIER than they've ever been. It's amazing!!! All because WAGS took over an hour to teach me what to buy, how to feed, how to make it practical and affordable. I feel I have an invaluable resource in the essential responsibility of caring for my animals - no more calling the vet as the only option (though we love our vet, their suggestions are expensive and often unnecessarily invasive and, unfortunately, don't always help!) Run don't walk to WAGS to check it out!!!

I just wanted to recommend this holistic value to any of you with pets. After 4k at a vet and no answers as to why my dog's ALT liver enzymes were sky high, not eating or drinking, vomiting and pretty much on the brink of death, I was recommended to call WAGS and speak to Kenny. Kenny and Sue 10000% saved my dogs life. The vet loaded my dog with so many meds at once she was dying. We originally went to vet for arthritis. Not only did Sue make a house call AT NO CHARGE, she told me exactly which food to get, which natural supplements would bring my dog back to life. They are truly a god send and I can't thank them enough. They literally just wanted Emmy better, it was not about me buying ANYTHING from them, although I definitely stocked up on my own. All natural is the only thing I'll ever give my dog from now on. Not saying she's out of hot water but Emmy is here right now to see another day. I've spent almost 3 years researching, trying to help my poor dog deal with yeast. Vets have no idea what they are talking about and regular dog food has all the triggers for yeast. I've tried multiple foods, allergy tests, allergy shots, anitfungal shampoos and nothing worked- just masked the symptoms (if that). So I heard of this place from my mom who heard about it from a patient of hers so I decided to try. I walked in almost in tears asking for advice for my furbaby and Ken was so helpful. He had a lot of knowledge on yeast in dogs and recommended the perfect food! My dog has been on it for 2 weeks now and we already see a huge difference!! He has more energy, I don't have to beg him to eat his food he just loves it! He's even loss some weight and his coat is so nice and soft. No more itching!!! Thank goodness for this place- I was really at a loss of what to do. I cannot thank you enough!!!

Kenny has been incredibly helpful with the issues I’ve had with my puppy, Max. Max had issues with allergies/itching for months before I first visited WAGS. Kenny has been working with me on figuring out and addressing the root of the problem instead of just trying to cover up the symptoms with conventional medication. Both Ken and Susan are the most amazing people you will ever meet. My dog was really sick and needed to be on a specific diet and I kid you not... Susan sat on the floor and read every can of dog food with me. Susan help me do research on his condition. They both called to follow up on how my baby was feeling. My only regret was not finding them sooner. They go over and beyond. They really care. So grateful for them.

Kenny knows his stuff! My 14 yr old cat with severe IBS and food allergies, recommended by my vet to euthanize him..through my research , I came across raw food and found WAGS in my area. Kennys suggestions and instructions turned my and my cat's life around! Ever since I adopted my cat over a year ago she had been experiencing food sensitivity and was throwing up her food constantly, sometimes right into the bowl (no, it wasn't eating too fast). The vets I went to did multiple tests, prescribed literally every single Science Diet prescribed food they had. My regular vet was even starting to say that I might need to do a steriod treatment!My parents had been recommending WAGS for months, so I finally decided to give it a try. It was a bit out of my way, but I took the time to drive out there and check it out.They were extremely helpful and friendly right off the bat! They suggested I put my cat on an all-wet diet and gave me a few cans of a particular brand that they assured me worked perfectly with cats with food sensitivities. They also gave me free samples of things to try and were willing to talk and answer any questions I had.....The result? It worked! My cat is now fully transitioned into the new wet food and she hasn't thrown up in weeks! Better still, she loves her new food! Sure it's $2 a can, but it's a price I'm more than willing to pay, as WAGS has saved me hundreds of dollars in vet bills.I would recommend this place to every pet owner, particularly those with pets who have food issues. The service is excellent and the prices are a little more expensive than the norm, but still within reason. It's a very friendly place, and it's a small business, something I always love to support. To make things better, these people really know their stuff. Their explanation on why my cat kept throwing up made perfect sense, and the results from their recommendations proved they were right! So try them out! Chances are you won't regret it at all!

This isn't a normal pet supply store. It's specifically a store that sells high quality food options and treats. I went in looking for bulk purina pet food, and the store owner straight up said it was garbage and to get this alternative expensive brand. It felt like we were being upsold, but we took the chance. Well over 6 weeks later, we still have that same cat food for our two cats. I estimate that it was actually cheaper long term to get the brand he recommended. It was 2x the cost, but 5x more nutritional. It was that much more nutritional than what we were getting before. Now we go there exclusively for all our cat's food, and will likely get dog food there in the future.

I stopped shopping at WAGS after the third time visiting when the staff was not wearing masks, when I had specifically asked that they do so on two previous visits. I'd been a loyal customer for years and truly believe in supporting local businesses, but my safety comes before supporting a local business that is so disrespectful. The owner (Ken) on the second time said they generally don't wear masks but would if asked. I'm a science teacher, and I gave him a brief reason why businesses should ALWAYS wear masks, for their own safety as well as customers'. When I came in the next time their clerk was not wearing a mask and I simply left and emailed Ken. He said it was their policy to leave it up to customers to choose, but he fired the clerk. I won't support an organization that so flagrantly disobeys the law, does not respect the health and welfare of their customers, and then blames/fires an employee who was simply following the boss' policy. I now shop elsewhere and hope that Kenny learns from this.
