I ordered delivery on Instacart. The food is expensive, and their own products are very bland! The whole roasted chicken is both bland and dry! The Italian loaf is in a sealed plastic bag! This removes the crustiness! The chopped onions are in a plastic container and are poorly sealed! The smell got on my hands! I'll never shop here again!

We go to this market once in a while when in the neighborhood. Every visit someone has been kind and helpful. Register assistants are always polite and quick .Yesterday, Mark at the meat section was extremely nice - thank you for making my evening. One of the managers went out of his way to help me do a price check of a pre pack minced chicken (for some reason prices weren’t posted on the shelves ) .Thursday deals are the best. $5 sushi and different flavors rotisserie chicken is marked down. Store is clean.I’m just disappointed the prices are much higher than everywhere I’ve shopped.

What makes The Fresh Market great is the staff. They are always so friendly and will go out of their way to help. I once asked about small sandwich platters and one of the staff went in the back to make me a fresh batch of sandwiches for my special order.

Heard about their bakery section a lot, especially cakes! Went to try out their cakes before placing an order for a birthday. I’m really happy to finally find a bakery that doesn’t use tons of sugar like 99.99% of the bakeries. However, I was very disappointed with the cake. I went on a Saturday and got the cake around 2:30 pm, so there’s no excuse that I went late and the cake became dry later in the day! They cake was super dry and tasted old. I am pretty sure they sell fresh cakes but I the cake tasted dry and old. So with a sad mind, I decided to place an order for the birthday cake elsewhere.And the reason I still gave it a 4-star is their sushis. Their sushi tasted like freshly made sushis at restaurants! Hard to find such delicious pre-boxed sushis even in highly reviewed good stores!

Looking for a Birthday cake in a hurry , and Holly in the bakery saved the day with a smile!! She did such a good job that the customer next to me bought the same cake- Very warm and friendly- A gem of an employee!!

I’m not sure if fresh market is trying to be a large small store, or a small version of a large supermarket :-)The croissants are awesome, the pumpkin pie is fantastic. A ton of pre-prepped quick meal options. More to come as I try their meats. 🤩One of the classic items I rely on is their salt brine mix. I use this as a wet brine thanksgiving Turkey. It comes out amazing.

By far my favorite grocery store in the state. I appreciate the well-curated items and love the fact that there are only a few options to choose from versus an overwhelming market like Whole Foods.

We picked up our fully cooked turkey dinner.Unfortunately everything was frozen. The sides were easy to thaw, but I didn’t know how to prepare the turkey for my afternoon thanksgiving meal. So frustrating and sad. Of course, I tried heating it up in the oven, but you can’t warm a frozen turkey without it getting tough and chewy.I’d really like to get my money back.I wondered if I had made a mistake in not understanding what I was purchasing, but there was nothing that said the turkey would come frozen, or even cold, instead it said, “fully cooked “.

I'm wondering if this location is closing...I've always enjoyed shopping here but over the past couple months the quality of the pre-made foods has gone way down. Finding expired or near expired food is common and many of the things I previously purchased are never available. Often the shelves seem empty. They weren't this empty during COVID, why now? Where are the chocolate Croissants???? I was there today and left disappointed again. Sorry Fresh Market its time to move on.

Tried ordering yesterday using the app. Checkout screen just sat loading - could never checkout after adding a bunch of stuff to the cart. Tried killing / restarting a few times. Frustrating.

I love shopping at The Fresh Market. Today I purchased their $20 Fresh Family Meal Deal. It changes weekly and is always incredibly easy to assemble, cook and serve. Went shopping there today and usually the people at the register are always kind, they help unload the items from the cart and they bag the items as well. Hence why I shop there, since this is a more expensive grocery store. Not this time though. This time my husband and I were ordered around by a grumpy old lady at the register, barking orders at us to unload and bag ourselves and quit just standing there.

I had a very disappointing experience when I last shopped at Fresh Market. I asked the young man at the butcher counter for sweet, bulk Italian sausage. I was surprised when he didn't just take it from the display case but he went into the back. When he came out, it seemed that he had sausage links so I asked him if it was bulk. He said yes, it was bulk. The price tag noted that it was bulk but, when I opened the package, it was links. I don't understand what the problem was but clearly, he understood what I wanted.

This was my first visit. It wasn't crowded, so I took my time and just scoped things out. I found things that I've never seen in my area. There wasn't a staff member asking if I needed any help, but that was fine because I could take my time to look at everything. It's not a large market, just the right size. Expensive? Yes. But if you compare it to something similar, it is right in line with the other store. They do have a member program that can save you a little bit of money. The checkout staff were very friendly. For me it's roughly the same distance as the other place, so I would go back again.

Fairly new to shopping here. I am impressed with how helpful the staff is. I had gone in to pick up one of the meal specials, the young woman at the meat counter couldn’t have been more helpful. She went what I consider above and beyond to help me gather the items in the deal even though they were not in her department.

I crush some fresh market from time to time. There are lots of deals that may drag you in. But I have been enjoying the paninis, Italian style in particular. For the price it was a steal. Each one has a large amount of meat/veggies so they don't skimp.

Comfort in knowing when shopping at out-of-state locations, we find the same standards of cleanliness, products, service as our home-town store.

We are very disappointed in fresh market. We have complained to the manager several times. Terrible chicken, terrible butter nut squash from the deli 2 times and now we bought the store made meatloaf. It was like cardboard. We will not be returning. We will be going to trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Good bye Fresh Narket

Today I did my first order for curbside pickup, and it was a smooth experience. Because orders are limited to 10 items at my local Fresh Market, the store can offer same-day pickup, and ordering by phone is easier than going through a delivery service online. The staff were very friendly and helpful and also observed safe protocols.

Love this place. The best ground chuck I have found anywhere - and it is marked down every Tuesday to $2.99 a pound. Also chicken breasts marked down on Tuesdays. Their cooked chicken breasts, roasters and wings are great with several different preparations - lemon rosemary, etc. really nice. A lot of fresh nuts and candy and a great fish counter with fresh items and specials. Also a lot of fresh deli salads and unusual selection. Great !
