Always a pleasure to order online and pick up at the store. Especially when you are in a rush. Easy to pick up and go. Target is my favorite place to buy household stuff.

I went there to pick up an online order. I purchase the ninja power blender ultimate system. Great blender for making smoothies, ice cream, chopping and shredding, making spreads, etc. Just want to thank and give a big shout-out to Viv, Arianna and Ryan for providing excellent customer service and assisting me with my order.

I totally get that we are all short staffed and we’re running low on items, but this was out in the open in the produce, and I just bought raspberries that looked fine and at the bottom they’re covered in mold. They had 4 people checking inventory on kid shoes while this sat out…..Then I check out with over 100$ in items and no one says anything about bags. I say “do you have bags?” And he just says “no”. I loaded everything into my car without them. A warning would have been nice and I would of bought a reusable one.

Self checkout now limited to 10 items or less , only 1 register for all others ... very slow and inefficient. Would avoid if getting more than 10 items.

I usually never have an issue at this Target and have been going for years but after today I question if I’ll continue to go to this location. The girl at self checkout with hot pink and black hair looked at our flashing register multiple times and just walked away and got on our phone leaving us there with no help, grabbed our items and went to the guest services counter instead and only when she finally noticed the flashing abandoned register did she actually care calling over other workers to look at it.

Awesome this store has gotten better cause now they have self paying cashier so it is alot quicker. They have everything you need and want it is a bit more then other stre but quality is better

I’m editing my original review. There are never, ANY PEOPLE on registers. People with full carts are forced to go to self check out. We don’t work for target, and there isn’t enough space in that tiny section to do that. This is ridiculous. On top of giving target our money we all have to do the labor to take it home. What a joke.It’s Saturday and there are only 2 people on registers. It is always like this and so we are forced to ring out and bag full carts of groceries etc. I find that the attitudes of the customer service desk is also really negative as if you’re bothering them by asking for help. Sometimes they are very friendly but it’s a coin toss for what you’re going to get. Honestly, they probably don’t get paid enough and I would be miserable too 🤷🏼♀️

I returned $10 markers and only got $2.65 back on my card because I used “Target Circle Earnings” on my purchase. So even though I spent like $20 that trip, Target only applied the Target Circle earnings I used to the markers, because I returned them. Such a money grab and a scam. I’m thinking twice about everything I purchase at Target now. Also, the associate didn’t even tell me this when I was doing the return. I found out when only $2.65 was returned on my card.

Asked for help from an employee to carry a baby stroller/car seat combo to the front as it was too heavy and couldn’t fit in the cart. He said he’d get some help to bring it up front. Not one person would help. Registers never open either.

Me and my family just came from shopping at Target at around 6:45 on a Thursday. While walking around there was a group of six approximately 13 year old boys walking around very loudly. One without a shirt on. They walked in a group through the Electronics department which I assume got the attention of security because I saw a woman security guard appear keeping her distance but watching them. Good. She'll kick them out if they're up to no good. Nope. I was wrong. My wife witnessed them pop the keys off keyboards in the gaming section, nobody said or did nothing. A few minutes later we were in the grocery section. The group appeared at the end of the aisle, loud and goofing around. I saw one lift up a watermelon. It was clear what was about to happen. I walked towards them and they all quickly vacated the pet aisle. Sure enough, the watermelon was smashed in the middle of the aisle, pieces of it everywhere. Since nobody else on your staff was clearly going to say anything, I chose to. They were dismissive saying it wasn't them. The one who was engaging us said "yo, if it was me I'd be running". The other members of the group realizing I was calling them out, trying desperately to get the attention of any Target store employee, the security guard now suspiciously nowhere to be found, anybody besides me, the customer trying to address the situation. Nope. Nobody cared. We tried to get the manager, but then the security guard appeared. Not to go after the kids who were just sitting outside the front door loitering, but to explain and I quote "I'm not allowed to follow them around the store. They didn't break anything when I was watching them." It was unreal. So I saw her watching them at one point, but she stopped following them to monitor their activity that was clearly going to be destructive not only to the store but to other shopper's experience. I was flabbergasted. If this is your corporate policy it's a joke and we'll be taking our business anywhere. I'm going to file this complaint with corporate too. Your store turning a blind eye to wanton destructiveness and instead of addressing and leaving it up to a customer to do so was absolutely shameful. Shame on you as a business.

Target is a great place to get things at a more affordable price point but it suffers greatly in certain areas. The online ordering is completely broken. Ive ordered items then been made to wait up to 3 hours after the listed time, only for them to sell out or my item as I'm waiting. There are never enough registers, sometimes only one on a busy afternoon. Employees vary, some being super friendly and helpful, and some being too busy chatting with other coworkers to even do their jobs. But more often than not the employees you come into contact with are pleasant and helpful. I come here often to buy school supplies games and house supplies, and thats where target shines in my book. But overall, it's a mixed experience.

It's target 🎯 overpriced but not a lot of options out there and seeing that gas is expensive I can either pay what target is asking or pay for the gas I waste going elsewhere. Kinda lose in one way or another

They need to hire more staff. This place used to be so organized and clean. Now it's like a bomb went off and items on shelves are mislabeled and misplaced. They have been out of cart sanitizing wipes every time I have visited this location throughout the pandemic.

I went into the store yesterday to pick up a few things, the clearance aisle for the girls section was really great, I was able to find a lot of nice things for my daughter. However the store was just a total mess, and it was really hard to find things. I also noticed when I went into the grocery section the melons were going really bad. And some of the veggies were over ripened. I’m not sure if it was because I went in after 4pm ...The last time I went it was early in the morning and the store was fully stocked and well-maintained. Would’ve given more stars if the place was cleaner!

Decent target store. Cart guy (Old Man with grey hair) was extremely rude because I didn’t grab the cart he felt was appropriate and yelled at me telling me to take another cart. I don’t like public altercations, I walked away. Secondly, I know target customer service values and that’s not it. Hopefully he wakes up tomorrow and likes his job again.

Target is always clean, well-kept and carries everything I need. The staff is friendly and helpful. I often find great items at great prices. It's my go-to store for everything from toothpaste to dresses (Knox Rose!)

I love the environment of target. It’s so stylish and uplifting. As my mother and I were looking for a vacuum, a staff member was so helpful and even went to the back to find the vacuum we were looking for. Also, as we were checking out, the cashier was very friendly and made a conversation with us. Also, mom and I were shocked by how low the total came to for the dorm furniture and essentials.
