Switching to Walgreens. Meds were on hold and I called them to fill on the same date their own system texted me to fill. The automated system also called to let me know the exact date to pick up. They word for word told me they would “maybe” be able to fill it tomorrow and couldn’t even come up with a correct date for me to come in for pick up (which I would be fine with them filling it late, I just need to know what date it’s being filled so I don’t take a car ride for no reason) anyway I would “maybe” recommend this pharmacy. Be nicer to people in the future. Hope CVS has you running around stressed out sweating like rats in there. I will not be playing ring around the rosie with you guys anymore. “Maybe” get your system fixed! Good Day!

There's usually not a long wait but they always have stuff in stock. If not they order it quickly. I've been coming here for years. I trust em and I've had numerous rxs filled here. So I highly recommend it.

This is the worst place ever to get a prescription filled, rude staff, incompetent pharmacists and workers who have no idea what they are doing.

Pray to your god that you are never inside on the wrong half of the building in an emergency.Management deadbolts and electronically locks one egress from inside at night until 8am as part of policy, in apparent fire code violation. Manager on duty (Dean) dismissed concerns out of hand and insisted it was not a violation, and then cited an unrelated ADA requirement about the presence of handicapped ramps. Unreal.

The staff at the CVS on Pershing Drive In Ansonia- Derby CT. Always go the extra mile for their customers and then some. They answer my questions and concerns and notify my doctors to renew my subscriptions.

The some of staff at the pharmacy is just so rude especially if you call because you have a question. The pharmacy has gone downhill at this cvs.
