Needed to board my dog last minute, I had a terrible family emergency. The people there could not have been more helpful and kind. They were able to accommodate our dog, wasn't during the typical busy boarding time. They took excellent care of my little guy. He came home with all his belongings that I left with him and he smelled like my pup not a kennel. He did need little special care during feeding time. He's a picky eater and not being in his normal surroundings doesn't want to eat. The staff was prepared to work with him and did excellent job. Very clean both inside and out in yard. Both the drop off/pick up office and kennel area looked clean and smelled good. Great prices too. Could ask for a better experience. Thank you and Fred will see y'all again.

This kennel is clean! They offer a trial playtime to get your dog familiar with the place. Our dog came home in great shape and was excited when we brought him back for his boarding days. Again, he was happy and healthy when we picked him up. The staff is truly caring and are happy to receive calls when we checked in. We recommend this kennel.

Ansonia Silver Hill Pet Resort has taken such very good care of our pampered English Bulldog Bubba, to the point that he didn't want to leave when we'd go to pic him up. They groomed and boarded him, administering his meds and prescription food for most of his 12.5 years of life. Pat Marin even sent out her search team when I called her to let her know that Bubba, after a two week recouperation, made a break for freedom into the wooded hillside. Pat even came to our house to show how to and then remove a tick from Bubba. They have gone above and beyond right up until Bubba passed in April 2020. We will forever be grateful for the love and care they gave to our beloved Bubba.

I called this place to bring my dog in and the person who picked up was extremely rude. I was told they are not taking any new pets and he slammed the phone aa I waa speaking..good service needs to be provided all around.
