Dairy Queen is quite good and their food and Ice cream is pretty good.Their parking is okay and their drive though is tight. There is a larger parking out back and some nice tables outside for those warm days.Service is what you would expect with the younger generation. Long term staff as far as I can tell does not exist unless its one of the managers.Their bathrooms are pretty well kept.The counter has a coin epoxied in to it.Its a pretty nice place.

So I placed an online order last night 2/22/24 and when we arrived to pick it up they had not received it. I showed the lady on duty with glasses ( my guess a night shift lead) my conformation and where it had come out of my account. Her words to me was I can take your name and number and have "my boss refund it". We did not get our food nor a refund. Unacceptable in my eyes. The food should have been made considering it has come out of my account.

My friend did an online order and the staff was very rude. She waisted more than an hour and ended up leaving without her cheeseburger. A little sympathy would’ve been nice from the dq workers. Please give my friend justice and her money back.Parking: Stupid

Memorial Day me and my wife tried to bring our emotional support dog in the building to enjoy a pup cup. A very rude and entitled lady yelled at us to get the dog out of the building installed of asking if it was a service dog or emotional support!!! She told me to leave !!!very unacceptable in today's world especially in Colorado!!!

I guess they figure since they're the only fast food around customer service doesn't matter. Ordered food and sat at the window. The young girl at the window handed me a bag and didn't say anything just shut the door. I thought maybe she was getting another bag or something so I sat there. When she looked up from her phone and realized I was still there she opened the window and I asked if that was it. Proceeded by a rude yep with an eye roll and slammed the window again turning away. As someone passing through this small town, it was not a good reflection on the business or the town. Will not be returning

A huge appreciation for Tina specifically, who is about the only employee that runs the drive thru that will read back my order clearly and wait to confirm it's correct. The food is great, I have eaten here more times than I can count and don't remember a bad meal. Lines get long and slow sometimes.

Great food!!! Although the people could be nicer, just got a grumpy face when my food got handed to me. Customer service is very important to keep people coming and it's not my fault someone pi$$ed in your coffee.

Burger was great. Got the number two. A spicy half pound burger with onion rings (only get about 5)Staff was polite and responsive. No complaints in that department.O really a good visit though quite pricey at $27 dollars for two burger meals and two ice cream variants.

It is a good space to spend alone or with family.Parking: It has enough space and space for people with disabilitiesWheelchair accessibility: They have space in the parking lot, the inconvenience is that they do not automatically open the doors in case they are alone, only people or staff could help them access the place or leave it.

Walked in knowing the place was busy but the amount of time it took to get our ice cream was absolutely ridiculous, took 30 min for blizzards. Probably 6 workers in the place and only one actually doing something. One lady was too concerned about bossing ppl around and standing there then actually doing something. The rest were too concerned about everyone staring at them, yes we all had dirty looks but honestly do your and you wouldn’t get judged. Finally got our ice cream 30 minutes later and it tasted rushed, had no flavor, and not mixed very well at all.

10/5/19 Food was good this time! Fries and food were hot.10/3/19 Usually it's decent, but this time the staff was extremely slow, my food was served cold, and best of all I got to watch it sir on the counter getting cold from the drive through. This has been one of the few places to go to for decent food so hopefully these issues are temporary.

I only eat at this dairy queen when I'm in Yuma for some kinda sport with the kids. So every time I have been it has been crazy busy. The food is good it doesn't have time to get cold. It's the staff that doesn't let the long lines ruffle there feathers.

i’ve had many bad encounters with a worker. he has a very bad attitude not only with me but with all the customers. This worker is always in a bad mood and brings the whole place down. They can at least smile.

Update 4-17-22: I ordered at drive thru. I hadn't completed my order before I was told a total. There was no "Is there anything else?" I said excuse me I wasn't done. Completed my order. The rude gal at the window didn't even say she was sorry. Ordered cheese fries and got chili fries. They weren't busy as one car inside and only me and the vehicle behind me in line.Usually they are good with orders. Today was the exception. Ordered cheeseburger pickles only and got ketchup ok but mustard not ok. Not just a little but so much it made the bun soggy. I despise mustard.

Every time we go through the drive thru we have to sit and wait for AT LEAST 15-20 minutes. I get they're busy but when there's no cars and it still takes that long there's some issues. Also arguing with the customer when the order is wrong is not very professional. I've worked fast food, it's not complicated. I understand people make mistakes but when it's constant there needs to be something looked at. Sadly, this is the only drive thru restaurant in town that's open later.
