We are so lucky to have this store, if you look long enough you will probably find it and more. I know it is hard to get good help they are doing the best they can. I do get frustrated when I have to move big carts to see what is on the shelves, definitely needs cleaned up and organized.

The store is pretty picked over and def unorganized. Prices are ok and they do sometimes have good sales. The customer service really isn't that great, except in the afternoons when stephanie and Jodi are working. They keep things moving and both are extremely friendly ,helpful and both have always had smiles on their faces. Keep up the good work you two..it def doesn't go unnoticed

Great selection and prices. Nice large store, easy to move through. Bathroom was functional, but not well kept. Staff was not overly friendly, but not rude either. They had some clothes on a rack outside which was being bleached by the sun. Overall it was a good store.

Definitely not the best General Dollar I've been in. They seem to have difficulty keeping items stock, and staff available. Chances are you will probably need a little extra time to wait in line or for someone to come check you out. All in all, it is still a useful store in the town of Wray, maybe not your first choice if you can avoided.

So I mean I’m not gonna lie as it’s the best the town has due to everywhere else shutting down constantly but the prices of the merchandise is a bit ridiculous and the staff is either hit or miss. If you get certain staff they are front and center and ready to help right away with a smile. Sometimes however you get some cashiers that seem to prefer that you light yourself on fire. The rude staff does outweigh most other things about this place. Customer service either is on point or absolutely disgraceful. I’m overall giving it a 1 star cuz honestly the management really should step up here and get on their less than courteous staff, and the chain itself needs to prioritize the customers.

This place is a joke! The cashiers are slow, the store is always a mess, when there is a line to the back of the store, you have to pull teeth to get a second checker to mozy up to the register to help, and then you're met with attitude And rudeness. And the management could care less! Deal with it right? It's sad that we are practically forced to shop here because there aren't options in this town. But we are supposed to shop local right?

I had purchased a gift card on behalf of a friend, but didn't realize until later that I had been over charged. I went back the very next day to return it but despite the card being fully intact and paired with the receipt, was turned away. I was not informed of any extra fees or the fact that I would not be able to return the card upon purchase. Apparently company policy is more important than customer service or loyalty. In a small town, businesses should be willing to work with their customers in order to reach some sort of compromise, rather than telling them to "read more carefully next time". I won't be supporting them any longer.

It's the dollar general.. what good would a review do? Even the best one you've ever been in will always be the worst ran franchise in the history of franchises.. every one you ever step foot in will be completely under staffed and every worker you talk to will always be unhappy to be there.

Who has not heard of a vertrial credit card given to people through emails by VISA? All the cashiers need to do is type in the credit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit security code from the copy the customer has given to them off the internet. These cards are real money, people! VISA would never endorse something they didnt own. No different then paying with Pay Pal. Of course, have your ID ready to show you are the true owner. These can be $10 vertrial credit cards up to $100 +. Its money you have earned through surveys, etc. Real money. So simple to use. WRAYS LIQUOR STORE accepts these cards along with 7-11.WELL, there IS ONE store that wont even accept this type of payment or even look at it. They MUST HAVE the HARD CARD. Something they can put their fingers on or just swipe. Yet, thier till's can accept a manual key in. So they do work. Perhaps they are just to afraid of advancement because General Dollar will not even TRY IT. Soon, cash will disappear and plastic cards shredded, no longer existing. Everything will be done through the web. Then what, General Dollar?I say, go back to your office and revisit this technology before shutting the door tight. Come on, try to keep up with the changing of time. Dont just tell your customer "We need the hard copy." VISA ISNT GOING TO SEND OUT A HARD COPY! Perhaps you could say, "Wow, that's interesting, but as of now, we cannot accept this. We sure can get with our district manager later and see what it's all about!". Hey, doesnt that sound better?

Not enough people on the floor during the day, have to wait 15 minutes at a register before someone comes to ring your items up. Really bad for business. No security cameras in the shopping area or outside the bathrooms = no bathroom which chases customers away even more. Help wanted sign advertises 0-20 hours which if you advertise 0 hours in anyway it is useless to put one up.

Is it messy? Yes. Are there long lines? Yes. Is it a tiny store in a tiny town? Yes! Idk what people are expecting, but I got what I needed and I wouldn’t had found it elsewhere

At least they have thinks stocked to were you can half way find stuff and they hire people just for that so the cashier's can wait on people and keep the lines down.sometime when there is just one checker makes u fill like u r in Walmart waiting to get checked out.

Entered store a little after 7pm to purchase one item. Stood in line about 35 minutes because the one register that was open was broke down at the time. They didn't open another register even though there were about 15 people waiting in line and another employee on the premises that was not involved in fixing the register.

They have a much larger selection than I originally thought. All I needed was a legal pad, obviously had it and I ended up being there for at least a half hour. When I saw a roll of gorilla tape at 3 bucks for 10 yards and then looked up a roll on Amazon it was only .04 cents cheaper by the yard. Do what you will with that information.
