The reason I'm giving the store 5 star rating, is because Tyler always has a smile and always greets me as I'm walking in the store!April goes above to make sure everything is stocked & ready for the customers. If something is out, she will restock it or make more coffee or tea.Sasi can't even fill the hot dog bun warmer or make more tea for a customer. Plus there's never any fresh food in the case & he doesn't like to be asked to make any!!

Enjoy the stops here for snacks. Nearly miss it sometimes as its not on the corner. Yet the additional drive around makes it worth the extra effort.

This is a very busy store and the employees are always friendly. The staff knows how to maintain their calm during rush times. April is very friendly and always makes sure that the customer is happy. Very nice business.

Wray's 7-11 is a great convenience the employs are nice but they need to stock cups and straw and ect better. It really need a good cleaning job.

Its an extremely rare day I wouldnt give this local 7-11 a 5. The staff is generally friendly, the store is clean, everything is stocked, and unless its a rare occassion everything is in good working order. Great place for a fast stop when you need drinks, or a quick snack.

Sasi provided a terrible experience today. Awful customer service and I feel like this location is a frequent user of predatory sales tactics. Walked in with the empty cup I had purchased about 3 hours previous filled with just ice. I hold up the cup and show Sasi as to prove income in with it and was getting a refill if ice. I said I'm just gonna get some ice. He said ok! And I filled my cup. As I walked past he said 1.37! I said what? Ok...OK.... I waited until the customer in front of me left and tried to ask why he would wait for me to fill the cup and try to leave to tell me it cost money to refill ice! That means I paid over 260 for 2 cups of ice. I asked how much a bad was. 237. I asked why he wouldn't try to provide customer service and treat his customers better and he just tried to argue and said people get ice. Awesome.

*UPDATED*So sad that it's the only 7-11 nearby and yet Mr Sasi decides to be rude to his customers.. The only reason i go back is because im pregnant and crave the iced coffe but i guess Sterling's 7-11 will have to do the trick from now on. So i went back today and had the most amazing experience. Im so glad i stopped by today April was so nice and made my visit very pleasant. Thank you Mrs.April. I will be back just because of you.

Truly the worst 711 I’ve ever been in. Waited 15-20 minutes to be helped while the employee talked on her phone. Place is filthy, they’re we’re not napkins insight and customer service is a joke.
