Bella, my newly adopted Border Collie mix, just got her first groom and bath here. Prices are very reasonable for what's received. Bella looks like a new dog!! Ladies are professional and caring. Will surely make this Bella's groomer in the future.

I was happy with them before it was sold to a new owner and continue to be happy with the quality of care and service. My dog is a Tibetan Terrier and requires grooming every 6 weeks. She always looks beautiful! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. What I really like is that my dog isn't cooped up in a cage for hours. She has an appointment and is ready in an hour/ hr and a half. The location is convenient, plenty of parking and a grassy area for "taking care of business".

First time we've been to this groomer since the change of ownership. My wife and I were very pleased with Brandy and her staff. They took great care of our 3 Golden Retrievers. We'll be going back more often now that we know that they are trustworthy and deserving of our business.

The new owner is rude and condescending. We have 2 Bernese/Greater Swiss mix, every summer we get them shaved and we have done it at this place until the new owners took over. We brought them in today and the new owner took one look at them and refused. Told us no one can do that and "it will take all day and I'm not going to deal with this all day." She would not listen to anything we had to say and just kept insisting no one can shave our dogs. We have them shaved every summer and we used to do it ourselves, so i know it can be done!

My dogs are my kids and leaving them in someone’s care is very important to me. I feel safe leaving my babies with Woofland Groomers. My youngest is a rescue and can be skittish. The owner goes out of her way to be gentle and patient with her. Very nice and you can definitely tell they care about our dogs. They do such an excellent job with deshedding and bathing. Happy I don’t have to drive to the Springs any longer. Great place!

Told me $45-50 for full treatment. I offered$50, then tried to up charge for deshedding after we agreed on price. Pick up my dog, and they did not cut my dog’s back nails, and purposely didn’t let me know and let me leave with service not rendered. Once I got home, not only did I find nails not cut, I also noticed my dogs teeth were not brushed either, visible soft plaque on easily accessed teeth, which they failed to disclose also. It was confirmed that these services were included in the price, and I was purposely deceived. They didn’t even bother to finish drying or deshedding my dog, and I had to brush him later to prevent shedding.I’m disabled, and all tasks are difficult, especially anything down on the ground or fussing to groom my dog, or I wouldn’t need service. I had to bring my dog back to have the back nails cut, and they were still barely touched.The store is chaotic, too many animals too close together, highly distracting for anxious animals. Dishonest and takes advantage. Go somewhere else.

********This review is for Barking Sisters Dog Spa********My dog was odorous after 2 days both times they groomed her. I took my own shampoo and requested they use more the second time, they weren't too happy with me for asking, although I tried to be gentle about it. When I bathe her myself, we can go a month between shampoos. Her nails were not trimmed, and her foot pads were not trimmed evenly. will not take my dog back. My regular groomer is back, and was appalled at what she saw.

If we could post a negative star review we would. My parents brought their two dogs in for grooming and when they went to pick them up one of the dogs was whining/crying out. The groomer screamed at him to shut up! (We have a video of the whole thing) I am a veterinary technician and have worked with many groomers over the years and this is absolutely unacceptable. This specific dog loved going to the groomer when it was still The Barking sisters. Now he trembles and is so stressed when they pull up. My parents will not be using this place again. There is nothing this facility can do to change that opinion. I understand the owner has been out on maternity leave but her reputation is being destroyed while she is not in the facility. I highly suggest finding another grooming facility to anyone thinking about using them.

Our dog had been skunked, and despite trying to bathe her and use a commercial skunk-off product, she was still very "aromatic." I was lucky to get an appointment within a couple of days due to a cancellation. They took excellent care of our dog, and I will be a regular customer from now on.

They did such a great job! And gave me recommendations on conditioner and brushes to keep my pup's hair from getting so matted in the back. We'll definitely be back!

WORST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCEDHad appointments for 2 dogs. Got there 45 mins early, but still had to wait over 5 hours (literally).At the three hour mark of waiting, the owner apologized and said one of the dogs would be “free” because of the extreme amount of time I had been waiting. I was kind and understanding, and I said ok to the agreement.So I continued to patiently wait.After an additional two+ hours went by, I was told my dogs were “finished.” At the last second when telling me the total amount due, without any indication, the owner reneged on the deal she made. She went from one of the dogs being “free” and changed the deal to a $10 discount for each dog.I was awed by the level of audacity I was witnessing. Based on my observation it appeared that the owner also felt the awkwardness of the situation as well, but I digress.I paid the newly proposed cost since the extra couple bucks were not going to effect me and left.Upon inspection of my dogs at home, it was obvious they were filthy. It appeared that they had not even been bathed and were perhaps just sprayed with some kind of freshener? I don’t know but I had to bathe them myself.Finally, and this is probably the most important part of this review. There is reason for concern regarding the manner in which this establishment handles animals. I will not expound on this but I HIGHLY advise anyone that wants to bring their pet here to remain present and supervise the ENTIRE process.I will never engage in business here again, nor will any of my family.

I just left barking sisters... I called three times this morning to make an appointment and ask a few questions as I've never had my pup groomed before. They didn't answer. Figured they just had their hands busy and weren't able to get to the phone, I drove the 30 minutes into town to get here. When I arrived I was not greeted with a happy smile or a "good morning". I was greeted by a very frantic looking lady who was chatting on the phone. (Guess that must be why they didn't answer.) I walked to the desk and asked if I could get my dog a bath and nails clipped. She said " what's your name?" And looked down at a list. I told her my name isn't on the list as I wasn't able to get through this morning by phone. She said "we are by appointment only, and most places are like that." Like I said, I've never gotten a dog groomed so this I was unaware of this. I then told her that's why I was trying to call. She called over a groomer and asked if she would be able to squeeze my pup in. The groomer said sure, and then explained how things work, as far as washing, drying, ex.. the groomer was very sweet and kind (so my one 🌟 goes to her). I asked how much does it cost for just the wash and nails. She said 45$. "Wow, for a wash." Was my reaction, however I wasn't mad about it, just surprised, (again all new to me). I looked up just then and the front desk lady rolled her eyes and shook her head.. I asked if she was shaking her head and me? She said "yes, (very rudely) that's actually not that much." I was agas.. this lady was so rude I couldn't believe she actually said her eye roll, head shake was at me... I then said, thats alot of money to me as I have kids. (Any mom out there knows that 45$ is a new pair of shoes for a kiddo) I then spoke to the groomer and said I wouldn't be leaving my pup with them for any service on account of the receptionis' attitude. That was uncalled for. Thank you Barking Sister for making me feel like a second class citizen and passing judgement on me for making a joke about your prices. You lady, are a horrable person and I hope your boss sees this. I will never return to this place unless, perhaps if I would like another dose of "you're not good enough to be here".Update: this is the reply I just got on FB... As you can read they're very nice lady's (heave sarcasm!)Kati, you need to educate yourself before you leave nasty posts for a business. You showed up with no appointment and we were nice enough to work you in since you were already here. When we explained to you that it would take a while, you were not happy and wanted your dog done immediately. We can not make other clients wait since they had an appointment. You then asked the price and proceeded to tell me that my price was ridiculous. For you information $45 for a bath, brush, deshed on a large dog is a great price. We work hard to run a good business and make our clients happy. It goes back to no good deed goes unpunished.FYI: never said anything about wanting my dog done immediately.. I have no idea where she got that.. lol this is comical at this point, this reply fully explains and proves how I was treated this morning.

Tracey groomed Bentley this morning. He's an 8 month old Golden Doodle. She did a perfect Teddy Bear cut. He is adorable and was finished in 1 3/4 hrs. Bentley especially enjoyed the homemade cookies.
