What a gorgeous Walmart! Keeping up with the town theming was probably forced, but obviously Walmart caved in. We all know they're a garbage company to its employees, vendors, and consumers. This isn't a rant about the company, but this particular store.It's very clean. It looks shoppable and pleasing to the eye at the first impression. The employees are friendly and helpful, despite not getting paid what they're worth. The leaders at this location are obviously doing a good job! Y'all should be proud of your store.

I have been to my share of WalMarts in my life and this is my favorite one. It is clean, very well stocked, and the employees are really nice! They are always willing to help, they greet you in the aisles, and the Walmart Pickup experience is fantastic!!!!The pharmacy is also great, Todd and Hugh are very nice and attentive, and they are quick to get people in and out.Updated June 2022-Great Walmart, always clean, well-stocked, and the employees are very hard-working!!Updated August 2022-Have recently gone organic, they have a fantastic fresh vegetable and fruit organic selection, and the prices won't break the bank!Update!Continues to be my favorite Walmart for in store and pickup shopping!Update April 2023:With the new no bag policy Colorado has, I was wondering how pickup would go. So far this year it has gone pretty well. I meet the Walmart employee at the back of the car with my bags and let them know I will bag everything, so this frees them up to help others. Most of the time the employee leaves the bins with me so I can bag everything and then they check back at the end to take the bins back inside. It works perfect and I get to bag things in the order that I want to unload....so it actually helps!Update July 2023:Still a fantastic Walmart, especially grocery pickup and customer service! My go-to Walmart!The produce is really good- I know that may be a surprise for Walmart but it is!For a smaller town Walmart- there is a lot of variety of different kinds of food.And the 6 pack of gourmet cupcakes....oh my....delicious!Their garden center is a bit smaller than I would like and not as well stocked....hoping this will change next season. They have plenty of soil but I would like to see a larger variety of pots, gardening tools, and plants/flowers!Update September 2023:Have had to return a few things lately, and customer service is so quick and efficient! Great experiences with the return policy and process!Update November 2023:A few not so great experiences lately with employees however still gets 5 stars because managers reach out immediately when there is a concern to address it! Still top line with customer service at this Walmart location!Update January 2024:Continues to be the best and CLEANEST Walmart I have ever been to! Returns are easy and quick- and the customer service area is always neat and clean, and well-staffed.

The employees are very sweet. Two things need BIG improvement though. The onions are always nasty and moldy. Not sure why, but the onions are really bad. Second, they are always out of stock. It seems that no matter when I go, morning, noon, or night, they are low or completely out of stock on most of the items I need. Very frustrating. The Southern gentleman that works evenings at the self check out is amazing and SO nice! The other gentleman with white hair who works as a greeter is a fantastic human being and treats everyone with respect.

I would like some clarification on the self checkout policy. Why when there are approximately 30-40 people waiting at both self checkout and employee operated registers, are there not more self check out lanes open? It is 1230 on a Friday and yet there are 6 closed self checkout lanes. This makes no sense as the purpose of self checkout is to speed up customer satisfaction and reduce labor costs. This seems like the perfect scenario for self checkout and yet…people still have to wait.

This Walmart is located in Wonderful Woodland Park, Colorado! It’s a beautiful location!The staff is friendly. The lines are rarely long. Anytime the lines start to back up, they get more cashiers.I had a tire repaired and was completely happy with my experience.They have pick-up, so you can order online and grab your stuff, without the need for waiting in line.

I visited this Walmart to pick up some items and did the self check out.After leaving, my bank contacted me because I was charged fraudulently. I called the store to report the problem and the operator who answered basically just blew me off. Instead of being concerned, she told me to just call the bank. She should have asked questions to prevent this from happening again to someone else, like what register and assured me that they would look into it. Guess this Walmart doesn't care about what happens to you after they take your money. Very bad customer service. I filed a report with corporate. Don't buy in Woodland Park if you don't want to get hacked.I'll never visit this store again.

Grew up here and was in high school when this Walmart was built - and was honestly spoiled by how great this Walmart is. I live in Colorado Springs now and came up because this location was the closest one that already had patio umbrellas in stock. It was a great reminder how great this store is compared to the one I now go to. Their patio and outdoor section was already up and ready to go and looked great! The store is very clean. I did self checkout and the attendant greeted me and was incredibly kind.

The outside of this Walmart is unique, they stay true the architecture of the area, very cool. We used the pickup service since we are visiting the area. They have a nice little section of tourist items near the front door, very nice selection.

I'm getting really sick and tired of every time I try to buy milk at this Walmart the milk case is always disgusting, I can never buy milk here, the last time I was in, milk was exploded all over the dairy case and it was dry no one cleaned it up and all the jugs of milk regularly look like they were dropped in the parking lot. The milk jugs are always covered in dirt. This is disgusting and a regular occurrence at this store. I don't buy milk at this store and I wonder where the health inspector is. Stop signing for deliveries that come in like this refuse to accept it. I'm not buying your dirty gallon of milk.

We went into the pharmacy and quickly found what we wanted! We walked to the back corner of the store for milk and then went to the checkout. We had a good checkout. You have to buy a plastic bag if you want a bag and soon Walmart in Woodland Park will not carry plastic bags anymore.

This is the only Walmart I have ever been to that had actual customer service. The ones in the Springs don't even try. An older man helped me find rope to tie a christmas tree to my roof and I was shocked.

I have no complaints about this location, the people are friendly and you can get anything you need. I was really shocked that there was a full service auto center which is great because it is the cheapest oil change in town.

Love shopping here but won't be buying any produce from here anymore as the last 2 times I have gotten rotten meat even though it wasn't close to expiring. I normally by the big 5lbs and separate them into zip locks for meals but the last 2 times I have gotten meat from here. The meat has been brown and smelled really gross. The pictures are from the last trip. I talked to customer service and tried showing them the pictures when I went to get a refund but the lady didn't want to look at them or even care what I was saying. While shopping I noticed alot of fresh fruits and veggies has mold on them as well. I feel as though something is wrong with either the truck bring food or the cooling to keep food fresh but something is definitely going on. Look at the food your buying!

As far as Walmarts go this is one of the nicest I've ever been too. That being said, it's still a Walmart. I'd recommend that you shop at a more local smaller store, but something's are just cheaper here, I get it. Employyare nice place is clean and they normally always have whatever I'm looking for And much much more that I'm not looking for.

I like the mountain town feel this Walmart has & it's usually pretty clean. I love how big the clearance section is. My only complaint is that some of the product pricing is strange. Like some stuff is marked as clearance when it's $0.02 lower than usual. It's very bizarre.

As someone just visiting, I prefer my local Walmarts much more. The staff were cold, the store was dark, and I found things to be placed in less than ideal places. Overall, I just wasn't very happy with this Walmart. It's not offensively bad, but you might want to shop at other stores instead.

This is without a doubt one of the nicer Walmart stores in the US. And you can't beat the scenery. Staff was helpful on my visit.

I give them 3 stars because they have a policy often these days of trying to check your receipt before you leave the store, and if you need bags you have to buy the $.70 ones and they don't offer the naughty, thin plastic bags. Wanna guess what the new reusable bags are made out of? Plastic. It's a sham to make the poorer folks pay for the pollution big corporations, like Walmart create.They already have us trained to be cashiers so they don't have to pay humans, and now they want us to assist and their anti-theft efforts. You know what I do when they ask to see my receipt? I tell them no and to review the camera footage of me and they will see I did not steal anything. And then I walk out.
