We have never been to this location even though we have walked by it at least 100 times while going to other shops in this shopping area. My husband wanted some cigars and to support local business. Came in here- the shop is so well organized and VERY neat and clean! Christina greeted me as we entered the cigar area. She even helped with picking out a few cigars and getting some free ones for me due to the amount I was purchasing. The shop has a rewards program as well as a bonus program where if you spend 60.00 you get a 9.99 cigar free! What a great bonus! I made 3 transactions on my first visit and set up a rewards account. Christina was so patient and made sure that I was able to apply savings where I could for all my purchases. She was efficient, professional, and friendly! We will definitely be back here!

I have been going here for a year and the service is not always great. Sent my 24 year old son in and they accused him of not only having a fake drivers license but also a fake passport when he showed them that. Just lost a customer that spends over $200 a week in here.... Just sending me an email saying there was a misunderstanding with the ID now I contacted you please spend your money here doesn't work. That is not an apology for anything. Your employees were completely rude multiple times and you don't even say sorry what a terrible business.
