This was honestly one of the best goodwills I’ve ever been too, very clean, organized, and my friends and I found so many clothing items. There were tons of dishes and misc stuff too we got. I love when the racks are organized and not over crowded. Friendly staff as well. It was busy when we went!

This is the nicest Goodwill I have ever visited. We were in town on vacation from Kentucky. The store is well organized and it is easy to look for what you want. It even smells nice!

Small enough to go through fairly quickly, but not big enough to get lost it. I don't always find things here, but they always have a good selection of clothes and house goods. Prices have gone up some, but so has everything in this economy. I'll continue to support our small town goodwill!

Wouldn’t recommend this place to people of color. Yes the selection is great but the glares and being treated differently isn’t okay. The guy checking me out had such a bad attitude (his name was Issac or Isaiah or something like that.) Anyways I brought up a pair of boots that were not priced . I brought a similar pair up and he proceeded to tell me that they were $20. No other shoes in the section similar in style were $20. All the shoes similar in style were priced 12.99-14.99, none as expensive as $20. I’m sure if I go back they’ll be priced 12.99-14.99 like the rest . I passed on them. He also made a big deal out of being charged for a bag. Then I found something on the way out and while waiting in line the second time I watched him give another customer an XL bag for free. Probably won’t come back to this goodwill.

Whomever is pricing old, stained, ripped blankets at $20 a piece has lost their freaking minds. Also, you have to buy clothes to try them on due to their lack of dressing rooms, and they will tell you you can just return them if they don’t work out- you can only return for store credit. They are actively scamming customers.

It you are a person who takes his or her time to buy things in a thrift store.. Look around and find a treasure... Be aware, they will be keeping an eye on you. Then when paying for your things. Cashier will be looking at your purse(staring)Very unpleasant!!

They have gotten very picky with what you donate! Come on a like brand new high chair that has been used a handful of times when the grandchildren came to visit. I’m sure someone could have used a high chair (liability maybe but bought new just a couple of years ago)! I had some really cute decorative pillows we were told don’t take bedding! Not bedding BTW they did take a comforter! It’s like they take the “good stuff” they get for free to make bigger bucks. I’ve been donating to Goodwill for decades and never ever have I had someone ask about everything! What’s in that box? What’s in this what’s that etc etc etc! Had some really nice things that I know someone would appreciate! So from now on I will be donating my nice items somewhere else! TBH I’ve seen worse in their store than the stuff they rejected on our last trip there.

Sometimes find good products/pricing but they are no longer a store that people can turn to for things at inexpensive pricing overall. Seems like they are more of a classy boutique that generally has pricing that is too much for some to pay! Some say it is the times we are in but the poor/less fortunate are always the poor/less fortunate.

Reliably fantastic high quality finds. I often find a good selection of many well known outdoors brand clothing in nice condition. Store is impeccably organized with clothing by type, size and color. It's fun to shop among the rainbow racks! The restrooms are incredibly clean. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. And I don't know if any other Goodwill has a view that rivals Pikes Peak.

The owner of this place is a multi-millionaire- taking versus giving back to the community. The prices are expensive. The only thing that saves this rating from being a 1 is that the employees are so nice, and the store is organized.

They are asking $40 for dirty used shoes, they don't have changing rooms. Go to the Arc if you want a good thrift store.

Choose the Good Will for reduced prices on gently used items. Lots of treasures to be found at this location. To support and promote sustainability -- recycle, reuse, repurpose. So perfectly good items don't end up in the landfill. Different colored tags everyday for 50% off and 30% off. You can find just about anything you need for a fraction of the cost.

Great store until they started using air freshener that sprays into the hair every couple minutes. The clothing already smells strong without it. Now I can last about 2 minutes and have a migraine. Poisoning your customers and employees

Woodland Park has one of the newest and cleanest goodwills in southern Colorado. All of the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. The store is kept nice and clean. There is always a fresh pot of coffee waiting for you.

As far as Goodwill's go, this one is pretty small. However, it's in a small mountain town, so it's to be expected. But that means you shouldn't go there expecting a very big selection of anything, really. The staff was extremely friendly, which made for a pleasant experience.

Update: Had a great experience today with helpful customer service people x3. Thank you. :) Sadly the rest still applies, and people arr taking clothes into the restroom to try them but when i asked [dumb] if i could bring my intended purchases in that I didnt need to try on anyqay but jist didnt want to jave taken, I was told "no" lol. So, dont ask dont tell.I originally liked this store because of the nice clothing available there and the fact that it is a clean thrift store. However, the recently closed off their < 3 quite nice fitting > rooms which is obnoxious. Who wants to fork over $8+ on some used jeans that dont fit at home? I almost did today, but the line was so long and slow I had no choive but to leave, especially after overhearing a lady talking to an employee about the closed fitting rooms and that they had to close them due to fears of bedbugs. Now, all of the items in the thrift store are donated in piles from people's homes, who have them stored in conditions only God knows, but Goodwill thinks its customers wanting to spend money trying on clothes are bring in bugs?! As if that weren't ill-thought out enough, everyone is using the restroom, that you have to ask for use of, to try on clothes. Im calling for people to start using brainpower. This idiocracy has gone far enough! Bye, Goodwill! Looks like my fans will have to follow me elsewhere!Head to ARC with your donations and to find a better selection of donated items!

This is a great Goodwill, with excellent periodic selection. There are few visits where I walk out having found nothing. The staff is kind and always friendly. The managers are also very good at their jobs. My family and I always enjoy dropping into this Goodwill location.

I love Goodwill thrift stores and this business is one of the best I've ever visited. It is by far the cleanest most attractive store anywhere. The merchandise is top notch and if you were to find this quality elsewhere you would pay extremely more, if you can find it. I make special trips to Woodland Park Goodwill just to see what new goodies are there. It seems as though new items are always available so the turnover of products is evident. If you are looking for something and don't know what that something is, you will definitely find it here.

I love this Goodwill, and have had great experiences working with their staff. They have a manager there who is absolutely awesome. Their selection of items is outstanding. I think my only complaint is that they really need to pay their employees better, but that's a nationwide issue with Goodwill, so I'm not going to hold it against this branch in my review.
