Quite the mess! Nothing was where it belonged and there was so much merchandise all over the floor, it was hard to push a cart!It wasn't the employees faults this is mostly customers rummaging through things. In my opinion, one more employee per shift to help maintain this stuff would be very beneficial!! Loss prevention is very important, but don't make people feel uncomfortable by pretending to shop then staring at them!

The items are usually good; but the attitudes of the tellers is a different story. I’m either ignored or stared at when I check out. I usually see if they treat the next customer behind me in the same manor, & they go over & beyond to be friendly & ask if they need bags. This place has an ”I’m better than you” attitude.

I stopped into this Dollar Tree to pick up some great odor rwmovers they have for sale because a rude skinny old couple of smokers blew a bunch of their cigarette smole into my car intentionally because I'm not one of the blue shirts <ykwim>. As i went down the aisle, a couple of employees, one shirt brunette about 55 and a skinny taller man were talkong rudely about someone [me? :( just paranoia lol] when the lady saw that I had to sidle past all the studf they had blocking the aisle [nbd] so she CORRECTED ME and said I could have just said "pardon me". Get a clue...you're too old for that. Its amazing how little any employee appreciates their job or how little any store appreciate our money in 2023. I miss the days when Americans loved one another, but it seems like people really believe all the divisive stuff they see on TV. Throw those things in the trash.... it would be worth the heaping landfills. Better than all the wrappers from couch surfing.

I was in the Woodland Park, Colorado store today and very disappointed! The isles were packed with freight, could barely get around without knocking the boxes over. Shelf items lying on the floor. When it came to checkout, NO greeting by the cashier. When he ran out of bags, we were offered old nasty used bags like the neighborhood dropped off. What the hell! The cashier never even thanked us for shopping there. I will never shop at the Woodland Park store again!!

Decent place to get some cheap stuff. Not really a dollar tree anymore, more like under $5 dollar tree, but thats life now. They seem to have an issue with keeping staffed and stocked, but that isn't usually trip ruining. Honestly, I just come here for sodas and batteries. Maybe some cheap mugs every now any then. So its works perfect for me.

It was a TERRIBLE shopping experience! I went in with the intention of finding ice cube trays. I walked the aisles and could not locate any. I stopped a woman whose name tag I could only read as MANAGEMENT. The woman was short and a bit chunky with long dark hair and probably 50s age range. She was stocking the shelves and I stopped her and asked if she knew if they carried ice cube trays. She told me to go look on the aisle that I had just come from and I informed her that I didn't ask her where to go look I asked her if they stocked them. She took that as being rude and I did not intend it as being rude I intended it to be specific. That is what I explained to her. All I could get out of her was "I don't know". It was my expectation given especially that the store was not busy that this woman would make an attempt to help me. Instead, I went on to look for some birthday cards and dropped the matter. While standing in the card aisle, I could hear this female employee describing her disgust with me to a male employee whose name badge clearly stated Lee. While she was in the middle of defaming me, I walked over and informed the two of them that the store was very echoey and I could hear every word. Then MISS Management decided that she had to instruct me and how to behave never even offering to help me locate the item I went there for.The gentleman named Lee did offer to help and did help me locate the item I went there for. I think him kindly and went back to the card aisle.Next thing I know, I could hear Lee and this female employee discussing me again but this time from the stock room. I went back there and explained to them that the store was extremely echoey and that I again could hear them discussing me and at this point I really didn't care what their opinion was whatsoever. The female employee apologized but with reservation and then proceeded to lecture me again! I explained to her that it was extremely unprofessional to discuss customers within earshot especially when they are out of line and the customer, as I was brought up to believe, is always right.I don't believe a customer has the right to be rude or misbehave in a store but I do believe that when a customer asks for a specific item that they should make some effort to help the customer locate that item. I didn't go in there to be treated badly and it will be a long time before I go back.I have never had a negative experience when shopping in this location but this one was enough to last five lifetimes.A phone call to corporate offices is forthcoming on Monday.

I originally had a horrible experience, but it's a good thing I live here to go here often. The old Manager was a foul person, but in the last year, great service! Rita is especially helpful in trying to find some food items like Mounds for our Road Trip! Great rotation of items and stock, and great staff as a whole!

I always enjoy visiting our local Dollar Tree store in Woodland Park. I've always loved Dollar Tree for their fabulous prices and huge selection. I especially love the store in Woodland Park because it has a small town feel, is not crowded and there aren't huge sections of missing products like I've noticed in other Dollar Tree stores in Colorado Springs. The employees are always friendly and the store is clean.

There was a lady working today around 11 to 12 and she was so positive and kind and very helpful. It's nice seeing someone so positive even though the circumstances and having to wear a mask that is uncomfortable for hours. She was super nice to my son and I wish I could have got her name.

Receipt machine was empty. Larry a new employee printed me half a receipt. I asked for a full receipt to be able to put into my QuickBooks for my business, and he went and asked Terri but she said that printing one was just not possible, which is dumb. How do you people even do business? I’ve been coming here for several years now, and every single time it’s either locals who are extremely rude or the cashiers who are incompetent.. Train your people better! Now I get why locals are so grouchy here!!

The cashiers are always so kind and helpful. I am teaching my two kids about money, purchases, taxes and shopping. The cashiers are patient and understanding as I teach the kids.Thanks!!!

Not the store it was. Boxes every where, you could not get around. But the shelves were empty . When Ken was running that store and Dan it was a very clean store. Something is very wrong. The last manager was a SLOB. I don't know who it is because they are never there. Corporate needs to pay the store in Woodland Park a visit.

Don't have much to say since I found out they have "big-name" distributors "shrink" their products to a size priced at $1!Definitely have to watch what you buy. One-Third of their products can acutally be bought at other stores; up to 30-cents cheaper...

Extremely poor example of a dollar tree store. Always messy. Completely incompetent management. I was told by the store manager she would contact me about a return and I was never contacted nor emailed. Completely worthless store manager.

It’s a dollar tree. The prices are obviously great and it’s nice that we have it in town. Sometimes it’s busy and there may be some boxes out but can’t complain with the prices and convenience.

First dollar tree I’ve been to where they don’t allow you to pay to blow up your balloons. People stand at the cashier waiting for staff to get done talking to help you.

The store was very busy with only two checkers so I had to wait in line quite awhile. But they had what I was looking for at the right price and the store was clean and organized.

It's a dollar tree. They have stuff. It's costs a dollar. Waddya want for a dollar? That said, as far as dollar trees go, the staff is what you would expect from a charming mountain town.
