We live full time in our rv. We needed a veterinarian for our 9 month old golden retriever, Marvin. Compassion is a great name for this place. After terrible experiences with a corporate run national animal hospital we turned to these people.Cost was shockingly perfect for the service provided, Marvin was treated wonderfully by the staff and it was clear that their focus was on the treatment for Marvin, not selling add on services.I asked them if I could bring Marvin back when we pass through each year.

Have been here a couple of times to bring my pup in for check ups and teeth cleanings. Have enjoyed every experience and they treat their patients and humans so well. My dog seems more relaxed here than any other vet we’ve previously gone to.

Took my cat in for a place on it's forehead. Dr. Cooper is very professional and cares about your pets. Explained everything that he observed and what my options were along with a price breakdown. Ended up letting them fix my cats issue and got medication for the problem. The parking lot is really small, I would advise against bringing an extended cab truck here. Lot is always full from their customers and the customers from the donut Mill. Put your pets on a leash or in a cage before going inside. 😃😄

They had me in "same day!" Just got a puppy named Winston nand he now has a "forever" Dr. Everyone was super informative and awesome. The other clients were super nice too! I really liked the visit and highly reccomend their services.

Dr. Cooper has always provided great care for all of my dogs over the years. He provides valuable information about their health without being condescending, and offers options unlike some places I've had to visit that just keep on up-selling. Plus - all of my dogs have liked him which is a relief since they are usually very protective of me and don't like anyone to get near :)

Great vet! The staff is very friendly and wonderful with my dog, who can be difficult with strangers. Prices seem very reasonable. Highly recommend for anyone that lives in the area.

These are the Sweetest People. They clearly love the animals, are Intuitive and intelligent with Veterinary medicine, and reading & filtering symptoms and information they have….Soooo glad they are 2 1/2 miles from us !My friend referred me to them, and warned me about another Vet in the same town.

Dr. Cooper took care of our pooch Cider since we moved to Woodland Park in 2010. He has been the best vet ever! Calm, honest, upfront and gentle. When the time finally came this week to make the hardest decision ever, Dr. Cooper was compassionate and really lived up to his practice’s name. He made the process smooth and helped alleviate the pain. Thank you for everything Dr. Cooper! RIP Cider 2006-2022.

We were in the area on vacation and needed to get some last-minute immunizations for our dog. Even though he knew we wouldn't be repeat customers, Dr. Cooper did a thorough examination and recommended some additional care for our dog. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. Their prices were very reasonable as well.We didn't realize it until later, but our daughter left her sweater at the office and they mailed it back to us! Outstanding vet care with exceptional service!

Their name says it all - these guys are compassionate. My experience with Dr. Cooper and his staff has been really wonderful. They are all very friendly, gentle and understanding. They've gotten back with me quickly on all of my questions and have reasonable pricing for their services. all the staff here, including the vet, are incredible. theyre so friendly and caring about our pets. we had to put our cat down a few years ago and they cleared their schedule for us. they took excellent care of our puppy when she got fixed. we will always come here for our pet needs. also, their prices for different things are reasonable.

We were visiting from out of state with our dog. We decided last minute not to take her with us to Pikes Peak due to the altitude and her age. They were able to accommodate us and kennel her same day while we were gone for a few hours and even took her on a walk while we were away. Daily kennel rate is very reasonable. Very friendly staff.

We've been coming to Compassion Animal Hospital for the last 8 years with three dogs. Dr. Cooper is fantastic! He is thorough, kind and honest in his assessment of every pet and their ailment... Absolutely amazing! My pets have been going here for 14 years. They cry with you when you have to put your pet down, play with your puppy and everything in between. In every emergency or everyday need that my pets have had, they are there with knowledge, compassion, great advice, and quick action. I could never imagine taking my pets anywhere else. If you want somebody to care about your pets as much as you do, compassion's is where you should take them. Their name is accurate, they are very compassionate. Please note they are a full service veterinarian. Our cat was dying and the vet we've been to a few times near our home said we couldn't bring him in to ease his pain because we needed an appointment. Ellen at Compassion told us to bring him in right away and they'd make room for us, even though we've never been there before. Dr Greg and the entire staff were very gentle and empathetic. They will be our first choice for all our vet needs in the future, even though we pass 3 other vet offices on the way.

It was Charlie’s very first Vet visit. The ladies up front were very kind to my Charlie. Brenda was absolutely amazing with Charlie and I really appreciated it! He was very nervous and the Dr. was great and patient with him. I will definitely be back.

I drove from Colorado Springs to Woodland Park just because I had read the great reviews. Absolutely worth the drive! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely visit again!
