Its a good thing these people work with animals because they suck with people. I will never set foot in here again. In fact, I'd sooner drive to Wyoming to have my dog groomed than do business here.This would be zero stars but that's not an option.

Highly recommend this place! New in town and my first time visiting, they took excellent care of my pup. She looks great and I can tell she feels much better without all her sheddings! I'd recommend anyone looking for a place to come here. I'll be taking my pup back when the time comes!

I had taken my Morkie puppy to get his nails trimmed as soon as I got here for the summer and made a return appointment for grooming. I was quoted $58 since he only weighed 6 lbs. I came back for Appt and when I picked him up they said it was $68. I told them the quote I was given and was told the person who gave me quote was fired because she gave wrong quotes. They said price starts at $58 but changes depending on how wiggly the dog is and if they need extra help. Also I wanted his hair long and was told they only do Comb #1. If I wanted it longer they would have to use scissors at a ridiculous price of $1 per min. Than I noticed how sharp his nails were and they said I would have to pay $2.50 per 2 paws more for them to grind them smooth. I paid the $5 and they were only able to do 2 paws instead of all 4. Still charged me $5. I will never return to this groomer. She isn’t upfront with her fees.

My husky hates getting trimmed. He loves being trimmed. They did a great job and didn't leave him traumatized. I hope they were not traumatized doing the work. Great job!

Brought our sweet Chloe (maltese) up from Louisiana for a couple weeks, with long hair, expecting cold weather. She was burning up in this heat wave. So we looked for a groomer in Woodland Park and randomly picked this one. We are so pleased. Chloe looks great, everything exactly like we asked. Could not have been better. And groomer was very nice and compassionate with our baby girl. Highly recommend this groomer. (Review written by husband after listening to wife for half an hour singing praises about this place.)

I would hope that other people got better service because when I brought my pup over I had them trim nails and wanted them to wash him, they refused saying they "didn't have time"? They cracked and barely cut most of his nails I'm sure that the person who did it was upmost unprofessional I would be highly skeptical when they performed this poorly cracking a dog's nails is very painful for them and is almost equivalent to animal abuse very upsetting

Cami and the rest of the staff are wonderful. My dogs love to go visit and always come away looking great. They do a fantastic job with nail trims - even on my girl who hates to get her nails clipped. They also have very reasonable prices and there is never a long wait to get an appointment.

Excellent service. My Standard Poodle and my Golden Retriever come home beautiful and happy. They offer a non-perfumy shampoo that doesn’t make my retriever itch. The ears are done, the nails are trimmed, every hair trimmed and the groomers are happy and friendly, never rushed or grouchy.

Thankful to have them in town! They do a great job on my westie and always able to get him in in a day or two of when I call or a date in advance. He doesn't get too worked up there at other groomers that hold half a dozen dogs.
