Went to drop off a prescription that the pharmacist denied to fill, due to her not having enough of a personal relationship with me. I felt like I was being labeled a drug seeker because she did not know me. She did not know that I personally work with many of the doctors in town. I work at 3 different hospitals in the region. She just wanted to be a crusader and not an advocate for her patients. It's embarrassing to be treated that way. I will never use the pharmacy or grocery store anymore, or any of the gas stations, or Krogers anywhere. It's a sad commentary that we have become a society that treats people with suspicion and not with respect.

The older female pharmacist was talking to an older gentleman not wearing a mask about how COVID-19 is fake and how her "degree in medicine" makes her an authority on the subject. Let's be clear, the vast majority of pharmacists certainly know more about all fields of medical science than the general public but being a pharmacist does not make you an infectious disease expert, nor more qualified than the front line medical workers being innundated with COVID patients. I would not want this person to dispense my medication.

Changed pharmacy hours without notifying customers. Had to make special arrangements with the pharmacist personally to pick up my wife's medications. Store manager said the pharmacy did this, but the pharmacists are saying it was Kroger.

Nice grocery store, lousy pharmacy. Unfortunately pharmacy department makes you feel like you're an interruption and if you have questions be ready to feel like you're not intelligent enough to speak with them. I've changed my pharmacy to WalMart but will still grocery shop here.
