Walked in looking for a dog bed. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but they helped me order what I needed and now I have the most incredible dog bed that all 4 dogs want to sleep in. Excellent customer service, fantastic product, and great pricing!

AMAZING! My brothers dog sadly suffered a freak spinal cord injury last week on a hike we went on. They were so helpful, friendly and most importantly encouraging that she would be okay when I took her in for a long overdue bath. The facilities were amazing! I will definitely be bringing her back for regular baths here! The owners were thoughtful and caring and made me feel really comfortable here. I definitely recommend and will be bringing her back.

Our dogs have bad allergies and I have been making homemade food for them for awhile. While I love making food for our pups, it is very time consuming with a busy schedule. I went to Blues and what helpful staff! I am so excited to have some true allergy free food from our pups and ease of daily feeding! RUDE!! I walked in, and the person (older white lady with gray hair) at the counter didn't care to acknowledge me as I entered the store. I was ignored, and as I asked for assistance, she gave me a big UGH!! As if I was interrupting her social time with another person who was clearly a friend. I support many independent stores, but people or store owners with attitudes direct me to go to big name stores. Learn some hospitality and customer service.

Second time I’ve reserved both wash bays and dragged two dogs in to get washed only to be told they didn’t book our reservation correctly and we can’t wash our dogs. Women behind the desk just complain that employees don’t know how to book wash appointments correctly and complain about another customer that the same thing happen to and the customer was really mad. Sounds like the customer had every right to be mad because I know we are. Sounds like this a common problem. Beware when booking an appointment if you need both wash tubs at the same time. I’d say do t waste your time loading dogs up and driving into town.

This is a service to pet owners in the Woodland Park/Teller County area that was desperately needed. Driving down the hill to Colorado Springs was tedious at best, and life threatening at its worst with the way people drive today. The staff at Blues is always welcoming and helpful, sharing pet-lover stories and great human interest experiences. We are so thankful that this business is alive and well in our community. We recommend their service at every opportunity.

This place is fantastic and much-needed in Woodland Park. To have everything in one place to wash and dry my 100 pound dog, and I don't even have to clean the mess up myself is well worth the very affordable price. The employees were kind, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Absolutely fantastic experience at this Blues Natural Pet Market and dog wash pet market! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable (and friendly), at the ready to answer all of our questions. They are passionate about providing only the best food for dogs and care greatly about the health and wellbeing of our furry friends. My two dogs Roy & Lucky love their healthy(ier) lol treat options. This store truly goes above and beyond in their mission to provide the best possible selection for all pets - I highly recommend Blues to any pet owner in Woodland Park and the Teller County area.

Blue's is a wonderful locally owned business in Woodland Park. The customer service is above and beyond and the owner and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have 3 elderly dogs and Lars has helped me with so many products for digestive health, Skin and coat, top quality food, as well as CBD for pain management. If there is something I need that he doesn't have he special orders it for me! Its so nice to have this gem in Teller County and know I don't have to go to the Springs to get what I need for my dogs. We are from out of town and went hiking with our dog. She was living her best dog life rolling in cow pies and running through muddy marshes. We were in a bind because we were staying at a rental and could not step foot in the cabin with our dog that dirty. Blue’s Natural Pet Mart saved us! We called and they got us in for a self wash. The attendant was super helpful and friendly. The dog washing stations are easy to manage even when you have a dog that is not fond of being washed. Thanks so much!

If you love your pet you will love Blues Pet Market. Lars is extremely helpful and has great advice on all things animal. The shelves are filled with great quality choices of food, treats and accessories for your furry family members. I always find something unique.The dog wash is the amazing!We have a small fuzzy dog and a big, super-fuzzy dog. It is usually so challenging to wash them properly but not this time! The bathing tubs lift for ease! The shampoo, conditioner, cologne, brushes, towels and dryers are provided for a clean and happy family.Thank you Lars!

Where to begin? The guy who was working was clearly not prepared to do the nails of a large dog. He was anxious and nervous when I walked in and this is not a good environment, as dogs tend to feed off of our energy.I went to the next door grocery story to get some money for laundry, came back and see this guy who probably weighs about as much as my dog trying to wrestle it into position while she yelps, which has never been an issue before.Finally, I get her home and her nails are barely trimmed, so I basically have to do it again.I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. Maybe it's a good spot for dog food and natural dog toys and treats. But this is our third trip there and we have been unimpressed each time, with this one being the one that means we'll never go back.UPDATE: Called to speak to the owner, who wasn't there. Talked to the assistant manager who informed me of things people ought to know:* They basically let anyone who works there trim nails. The guy who did my dog was new and was leaving the week after. Great. Anyone who can operate a cash register is qualified to trim a dog's nails.* They're discontinuing the service because they have repeated problems, including employees being bitten.Do you think I would have brought my dog there if I had known that? Incredible. This was all presented to me as if it were some kind of explanation as opposed a reason they shouldn't be offering the service in the first place.

This store is a blessing! I appreciate their prices and their selection from food to toys and everything in between. I have 4 dogs. 1 is a 11 year old boxer and she loves the NUPRO joint support, it mixes in her food just like gravy so she thinks it’s a treat. In fact all my dogs like it. I have a four year old boxer and 2 year old lab mix and they get toys from here. They have water toys and glow in the dark balls that my dogs absolutely love! I have bought them KONG toys with squeakers and they are somehow still together and this store has them priced perfectly in my opinion. My husky puppy also gets toys from here and hasn’t been able to tear them apart… yet lol. The women that work here are kind and knowledgeable of literally everything they sell. This store is worth the trip every time!

Blue's has been an amazing experience for me and my dog, Jax! I love all the different toys and treats they carry, and the employees are always super helpful when I need to special order certain dog food.The owner, Lars, was especially amazing when Jax was diagnosed with a heart condition and we needed to completely change his diet. Lars went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect food, and Jax and I couldn't be happier! I can’t say enough good things about the owner, Lars! He always helps me by ordering my Dog’s frozen lamb food in advance (special order) and makes sure I never run out. He also has the best advice about supplements and toys for different breeds! And he will always brighten your day with his genuine and positive personality. Thanks for helping our fur-kids Lars!! I was so excited to hear that Sarah opened a new store! Woodland Park is so lucky to have Blue's Pet Market and Dog Wash so close to their homes. This store will provide much needed, high quality, services to pet owners in the area. I hope that Nathan and I can drive up there soon to check it out.

I love local businesses! Blue's Natural Pet Market and Dog Wash is my local dog store. Located centrally near City Market so I can grab human food and doggy biscuits, lol. Plus annually they host a natural anesthesia free teeth cleaning for my pups. So next you need to pamper your furry friends you have to check them out!

This place is so great. I called to walk in to give my dog a bath after she rolled in poo and at first they said they could fit me in. Then five minutes later she called and informed that they in fact could accommodate me. Such service. Great place! And we love the puppy donuts!

Great customer service. Always nice and very helpful in explaining the different food products offered. A little pricey but it’s not a big corporate store and since I live in cripple creek it’s a lot better than having to drive to the springs.

This was our first experience with a dog wash. It was fantastic. Heidi is welcoming, friendly, and gracious. The shop and wash facility are immaculate and well-equipped. Heidi even trimmed Virgil the Mountain Dog’s nails without issues. We will be back.
