Can't say enough about Lakota Vista house from Winter Park Lodging Company. Amazing view of whole mountain. Immaculate condition. Layout was perfect for us with 4 families; each had own area in house. Every detail had been considered: Mud/Ante room was huge with space for a dozen ski boots. Boot/glove dryers and oversized washer dryer.Also we had 4 feet of snow during our stay and the rental company came multiple times to check on us and dig us out; top notch. We will only rent from WP lodging.

March 5-10, 2023This is my third ski trip and this has got to be my most FAVORITE one yet!! Winter Park Lodging Company was right in the heart of everything. Less than a 5 minute walk to the gondola. The general store/trading post was less than a 2 minute walk. Perfect location to walk to all restaurants in less than 5 minutes. Rental shop across the walkway made it super convenient!! This place was beautiful. The room was perfect. The views were spectacular, even though we weren’t facing the slope side. The Winter Park Express train ride from Denver was scenic and way less stressful than fighting traffic on 70! If you are wanting to venture out, Winter Park is the place to be!! Thanks for the GREAT memories!!

The Zephyr Lodge at winter park is a great location. The room that we stayed in was very nice and well equipped. Meaning they have every pot, pan and utensil needed to make meals in your room. The views from the balcony were breath taking even with rain clouds moving in. Zephyr Lodge is close to both towns of Winter Park and Fraser. There are also a lot of hiking trails in the area that range from easy to hard. We will definitely be back again.

This place was great--it was so well appointed, they thought of everything. Nice sheets, nice towels (for shower AND for hot tub) GREAT kitchen appliances and tools, lots of entry-way hooks for ski wear and a coat tree for our other jackets, wet racks for our boots, helmets, gloves etc., a bedside coaster for that much-needed middle of the night water, humidifiers, heated bathroom tile floors...and on and on. We had a little trouble with snowy-ice (our car fishtailed 2x) right by the entrance to the garage--I texted management and they were on it immediately. This is a terrific place with management that cares! And, it is within walking distance (if the roads are clear) to most bars and restaurants.We would be happy to return.

We had 6 adults and 5 kids (12-16 years) and this house fit us perfectly! Plenty of space to spread out and all the games and TVs and lounge areas met everyone’s needs.The location of the house was also perfectly situated between the slopes and the little town of Winter Park. Quick drop off or the bus stop is literally right around the corner from the house.The kitchen was expertly stocked!! All the cooking utensils you could need and the extra touch of spices and other essentials you typically love to see and not have to buy given you only need them temporarily and won’t take them home (ie coffee filters, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc).The Winter Park Lodging Company was also extremely responsive both before and during our reservation.Oh and easy checkout To Do list!! There is nothing more aggravating than having a whole list of “cleaning” expectations when you are paying a cleaning charge. Not the case here. Just start the dishwasher and get the trash into the outdoor bins. Easy!!Thank you for our wonderful experience!

Arrow on the Creek was amazing! Definitely would rent again! Location and the amenities were wonderful! Short walk to the ski shuttle. Short walk to some great places to eat! Close to shopping. We had 10 adults in our group and lots of space! Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was a bonus after a day on the slopes! The staff had great communication! We will be back!

The Ponderosa Pines condo we stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and had a fully-equipped kitchen. We got over 10 inches of snow during our stay and never had any issues getting in or out of the condo. All instructions and communications were complete and easy to understand. Someone from Winter Park Lodging Company texted daily to make sure we didn't need anything. 5+ stars!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I will never book with this company and encourage you to think twice. We had an unfortunate injury in our group and had to cancel our trip, with weeks in advance notice. We were able to refund our Winter Park lift tickets with no questions ask, get United full flight credit, no questions asked. However, Winter Park Lodging Company afforded is no flexibility. We offered to book for a later day and pay the difference, a credit, ANYTHING. Nothing. They took our $3000, an continued to REBOOK the same rental for our weekend, and make ANOTHER $3000.Can't wait to go to Breckenridge or Vail, or literally anywhere else next year!In response to WPLC : Of course we have explored every avenue possible. The HOST sets the cancellation policy on Airbnb and any exceptions or considerations are made by the HOST. Of course we are still working with the credit card, but that is a final resort, as once again, the credit card tries to go back to the HOST company for the refund (so still all on you). Even if the credit card does refund, you've still made double off the weekend. You're welcome for the free money - while there are now medical bills that need to be handled. Maybe you can use it to update your outdated rooms.

We love staying at this location in Founders Pointe. The parking is so easy and a quick walk to the slopes. The condo has all of the amenities (shampoo, lotion, tea, coffee, laundry detergent, hot tub towels) you need and nicely upgraded decor and the beds are comfortable. Luggage carts are provided to easily bring all of your belongings up. If you hear the snowplow in the morning you know it's time to get up and hit the slopes. We will be back!

This was our 9th stay with Winter Park Lodging Company and as usual they knocked it out of the park. The condo at Rendezvous was perfect for our family’s NYE ski trip. It was impeccably clean and well appointed. The Winter Park staff promptly communicated instructions and information and they are always friendly and polite and helpful. We loved the private hot tub and basement living area for our teens. We are lifetime customers.

Stayed in Zephyr Mountain Lodge 2307 for an incredible week of skiing/snowboarding. Amazing view of the slopes. Beautifully equipped condo. Roll out of bed and onto to the slopes. Any time you need rest or food or hydration run into the condo instead of standing in line at the base. Warm your bones by the fireplace at night.

Winter Park Lodging Company: Thank You for providing a place where memories were made for the Taylor family. This past weekend we stayed at you 840 Elk ... property, and it was the BEST!!!For others looking for a place where memories can be made, our location has a kitchen that is very functional and great for large family or friend gatherings (i.e. 2 dishwashers, 2 trash cans, large island for food preparation and eating area). The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat 12+ people. Each bedroom has adjacent access to a bathroom (e.g. we had 4 couples and each had access to their own bathroom). The game room was also great, providing ping pong, pool table and very large TV viewing area. I also liked the location, which is 1/4 block to a hiking, biking path. Restaurants are about 5-8 minutes away).Clearly for my family this is a do-again property!NOTE: Images are from the back upper patio deck and front yard.

We had a great time at Base Camp 476 in Winter Park! It is a gorgeous condo. Beautiful woodwork, spacious bedrooms, fabulous kitchen. Cozy linens and lots of pillows. Skiing/walking distance to the Winter Park resort chair lifts. The back of the condo overlooks a forest with a small creek and walking trails. We were there for first snow of the fall (beautiful!), so we got to use the heated driveway. Very nice feature! Parking available for one car in the garage and another in the driveway. The property was ready with hot tub warm and a few snacks when we arrived, and the management company was very responsive to our minor questions. We hope to come back!

I recently had the pleasure of booking a rental through Winter Park Lodging Company at Trail Head Lodge, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I inquired about the rental to the end of our stay, Winter Park Lodging Company displayed a level of responsiveness and professionalism that set them apart.The Trail Head condo we rented lived up to its online. What truly stood out, however, were the thoughtful details that made our stay all the more comfortable. Little things like coffee and laundry detergent stocked upon arrival which demonstrates that the Winter Park Lodging team is customer focused!One of the highlights of our stay was the condo's ideal location. Situated just a 4-minute walk away from a variety of restaurants and the convenience of a nearby bus stop, the Trail Head Lodge proved to be the perfect home base for our Winter Park adventure.

Property was just as described if not bigger and better (Lakota Vista). Hosted our friends for 5 nights and they couldn’t believe how nice the property was. Hot tub was large and helped us recover from the days on the mountain. Shuttle pick up (green line) was only about 40 yards away from the house and made it super easy to get too and from the mountain resort. Would 100% stay at this property again! Working with WPLC was also very seamless and made our stay very easy to coordinate and communicate with!

I operate a small not for profit bike shop and hire/train high school age kids to work it. This season has been extremely busy helping people who need bikes and repairs. To thank the boys and get a break, we spent two days and nights at Trestle bike park in Winter Park. The accommodations at Base loft 102 were perfect for the 10 of us! Very nice and comfortable and clean. The nicest surprise of the stay was the amazing welcome, communication and checking in with us about anything we needed from Winter Park Lodging Company. Seriously, I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, these people were intent on making our stay easy and trouble free. Highly recommend!

Had a group come out for our yearly ski trip at winter park. Second year using this company and had another wonderful experience - great and helpful team. The cabins I’ve rented are very nice and accommodations are modern but cozy. Comfy beds, lots of space, hot tub (gotta do it!), garage, and much more. Great experience - I recommend booking directly through them instead of airbnb or Vrbo, better service and you can avoid app fees. Lastly, pretty minimal clean up requirements compared to an airbnb so that’s a relief when checking out.

Winter Park Lodging Company deserves a 5 star review! They are a top notch company. I cannot say enough how their staff is always available to assist in any way to make your stay super amazing. I would like to mention a couple of staff memeber who did an outstanding job to make our stay so special Joey, Jill, Lucas and Tyler. Trailhead 822 is a beautiful condo for a family to rent. It has a warm and lovely atomsphere and is decorated nicely. I would highly recommend Winter Park Lodging Company. Thank you for helping us have a incrediable vacation celebrating so much. We appreciate the great wine to toast to couple who were engaged at Winter Park Resort 2-6-24. We definetly book with you in the future. Thank you!!!!!!!

I recently injured my knee in a skiing accident and had to cancel an upcoming vacation to Winter Park. I was disappointed to discover this company would not allow me to rebook my lodging at a later date or make any exception to their no refunds policy to offer at least a partial refund or credit. I was forced to cancel, and am currently out nearly $2,500. I will certainly not be rebooking with Winter Park Lodging Company.Edit: This company ended up booking my unit the weekend I had asked to reschedule, and thus did not lose any money. They act like there is nothing they could have done, but they could have met us halfway in Airbnb's "Resolution Center" by offering a 1) reschedule, 2) partial credit, 3) partial refund. They chose to instead do none of these and make double off of us. Be clear, the host sets the cancellation policies, not Airbnb.Lastly, Jill and Casey did nothing for me. Nice try.

This unit was perfect for my friend and I. The living room furniture is plush and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room were a huge plus. Each bathroom had plenty of counter space and adequate linens. The kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was lovely with nice seating. The rental company was very attentive, communicating with us prior, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this unit!

We can't say enough good things about Winter Park Lodging or the property, Jane's Chalet, they prepared for us. Eleven of us go on ski holiday every Christmas and Jane's Chalet is the finest property we have ever let. It lacks for nothing. It is nice to have a rental that has every accoutrement we could have ever wanted. We brought a chef, and the kitchen was not only stocked with all the spices and equipment she would need, but it had place settings for 15 and the space to seat everyone. There was no need for that first-day trip to the store to get all the things that most kitchens should already have. We were fully stocked. We entered into a two-car heated garage attached to a large Mud Room that had plenty of room for all of our skis, hooks for our coats and a dozen cubby holes for our individual gloves, hats, helmets, and gear. It is such a time saver to be getting ready to go out and not have to search through the pile of glove liners to find my own. Everyone had their own storage space and it was wonderful to hang our skis in the heated garage so there was never puddles of water anywhere. This unit is a true ski-in/ski-out. The slope is 5 yards from the back deck so we dressed inside, carried our skis 15' to a roped-in lane that separated us from the downhill skiers. We then headed straight downhill to the Gondola at the main lodge. There is not a single trudging step through any snow. If you are so moved, you can also carry your skis up the hill about 200 yards and take the Super Gauge Express straight to the top. The kids walked up, we skied down, it was perfect. The Great Room is ideal for cards and puzzling or just watching one of the many big-screen televisions. It is nice to have a big fireplace, as well as a hot tub located just two steps out of the living room door. We used the tub every day and it is typical of the type of service provided by Winter Park Lodging that there was a basket of towels just inside the living room door for when we came in from the tub. We did not have to bring down our bath towels. And, in the middle of our trip, someone came to check the ph of the tub. The showers are hot and the water pressure more than adequate, the washer and dryer are brand new, and there are a separate drink refrigerator and dishwasher, downstairs, so we did not have to go up and down all the time. If you have not spent a lot of time at altitude...this is a fabulous benefit. I could go on and on...but you get the point. Dealing with Winter Park Lodging is like dealing with the most luxe of Five-Star resorts. They do everything first class. For example, we were arriving from all over the world and we had shipped things in advance. We did not have to go to the Rental Office to pick up our gear; the folks from Winter Park delivered all the goods which were waiting for us when we arrived late Saturday night. It is such a comforting feeling of relief to walk in the door and see our skis already there. This has been our best group experience and we are sure we will go back.

Our family of 8 (5 adults, 3 17-year-old young men) stayed for 4 nights in mid-March, 2019. We could not have asked for a better place. The condo is tastefully decorated. A great touch is that all the light switches are labeled. My wife commented that the beds were the most comfortable she had ever slept in. (It's a Leesa matress.) Humidifiers were provided for every bedroom - a thoughtful touch. Three full baths and a powder room meant no one was waiting for a bathroom. The kitchen amenities were all there, including most cooking staples. We had an issue with the hot tub on the first day, and by the next morning it was fixed. Towels for the hot tub are conveniently located in a basket by the patio door. The Green Line shuttle provides convenient service to the slopes every 20 minutes, and is about a 100-yard walk from the condo. Communication with the management company was wonderful. Lakota Antlers 300 was everything we had hoped it would be, and then some!

Our stay in Winter Park and Rendezvous Lookout Point was fantastic! Winter Park and Fraser are beautiful in late June/early July when we stayed. We had a couple of wonderful cool nights and the daytime highs were mid 70s at most. Our townhome on Lookout Point was perfect! We had the mountain view we had hoped for as well as that feel of being IN the mountains. The drive from the main road had us climbing up to our road where we overlooked the town a bit and then of course look out in all directions to mountains. The townhome was of course very clean, updated, and had all the luxuries of home you could ask for. We had all the space we needed and then some. We cooked out on the grill and ate on the balcony in the perfect weather. Winter Park Lodging Company made every part of our vacation seamless. We arrived late in the evening after a 14 hour drive and it was nice to be able to easily enter our vacation home with no hassle at all. And it was so convenient to have a few items to get us started, such as coffee for our first morning! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and there is no question we will make it back. All my family asks of me is to FLY them there to avoid the 14 hour drive :)

Lovely unit with amazing views! We brought our elderly parents for a nice week-long getaway in Winter Park, and Timber Fox was a great place for this! It was easily accessible for those in our group who cannot do stairs or many activities and close enough to town and hiking options for those of us who wanted walkability options! We loved the views, balcony with fire pit, hot tub, and entire condo layout. Our unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The service we received from Winter Park Lodging Company was wonderful - they answered our questions, were quick to respond, and always pleasant to interact with! And, we saw a moose out our window one day!! We would return here in a minute!!!

We stayed at Lakota Antlers 300. Five adults shared this lovely home for a week. It was fabulous. The hot tub was "clean as a whistle" and was serviced twice while we were there. It is one of the larger ones we have enjoyed in our many vacation rentals. We loved it. The umbrella on the deck and the Weber grill were perfect. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the grill! The house is well appointed, roomy, and a wonderful place to make new Colorado memories. If you're an easy-trail summer hiker, don't miss the Serenity Trail that starts just a bit down the road from the base of the Gemini lift. Also Lower Roof of the Rockies Trail at the top of the Gondola. Enjoy!!

This is the 3rd time I have booked with Winter Park Lodging Company. I have been able to rent top quality condos. This year was no exception. The condo was absolutely beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, & a lot of room to spread out. The properties have always been spotless & have great furniture & beds (even humidifiers). We were going to the Blues Music Festival & the condo was 2 blocks away from the venue. The staff is always so nice & helpful-- very wonderful people. Highly recommend this company.

We had a blast on the slopes along with sitting outside at one of the restaurants. Ryan the chair lift operator made the kids special by giving them a pin to attach to their jacket. The best part was from our room (Zephyr Mountain Lodge) you could watch everyone on the slopes and go in the room for a break and go back out again at your own convenience. Not loading the car or on to a bus was a big plus for us. Loved the experience.

These folks are some of the best to work with! Communication was great, and the house was wonderful! Check in was easy, and the house was super clean and well maintained! The view was also incredible, the slopes were less than a mile within walking distance which made it very easy to get back and forth-- we also had access to the shuttle, which was very convenient. We cannot wait to come back!
