We booked one of their townhouses directly through their website and had an absolutely amazing stay the week of Christmas. The location was amazing with multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were also only 3 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort where we went skiing during the week and only a few miles from the Tubing and Ice Skating rink in Fraser.The townhouse was very nice and allowed for all 7 of us to sleep comfortably and the living space was big enough for us to be much more comfortable than any hotel. Having a garage was nice as well just took a bit of skill in the snow to back into it but was a life saver when it was 4 degrees and snowing outside. The views from the living room and top outside patio were amazing as well.The communication was great with detailed instructions to get to the townhouse and into the unit once we were there. We would highly recommend staying at one of their townhouses and may even look at one of the ski in/ski out places for our next trip.

We stayed at the Luxury Chalet in Fraser. Our jaws dropped when we walked in and saw the view. It was well worth it! The kitchen was outstanding as well. Some of the beds could have been better (as family mentioned they were not the best.) but aside from that, we were very pleased and would travel with Winter Park Escapes again. We asked if our kids could sleep on the floor, and they were fine with that. The kids loved the hot tub as well! All in all, a great stay!

Basecamp Ski In/Out Luxury Villa #452 is deceptively spacious!!The radiant floor heating coupled with 2 gas fireplaces kept us toasty in -0 outdoor temps. Thoughtfully appointed, well stocked with bathroom amenities, humidifiers, fans, closet shelving dresser drawers & extras for infant or pet needs politely stored in the substantial closets. The heated garage was an ideal drying space for our ski gear, along with well appointed in house cubbies & mudroom. Large fridge and Wolf Stove/oven can feed a crowd - and we cooked a lot. Jacuzzi was a delight. Lovely grill. A 5 minute walk to slopes along a well worn wooded path & up a flight of metal stairs is your warmup! onto to the slope leading to the gondola.Kudos to the amazing daily AM snowplowing crew & the staff shoveling pathways, stairwells in the HOA every day between 6-7am - they deserve our highest commendations - especially in such extremely cold conditions.Lovely home and obviously well attended by owners. MichelleRooms: Well appointed. Good mattresses, sheets, duvets/blankets, bathroom amenities, closets, and good amount of hangers per coset, dressers, fans, humidifiers. Perhaps a different variety of pillows to accommodate allergies, otherwise good.

This was perfect location to enjoy the slopes and the town. The condo was clean with a gorgeous view and a gurgling stream as well. Kitchen was well-tooled. (I'm a chef so this was important.) The space was spotlessly clean and the linens nice. And the hot tub was perfect large enough to have multiple parties but designed so each group had their own spaces as well. The Management team did a great job of staying in touch with us as well. GO! STAY! LOVE IT!

We stayed at a cabin in Granby and it was so cozy and beautiful! The location is very convenient with the grocery store only 3 minutes away. The next town over was 10-15 minutes out. The cabin itself had a beautiful kitchen and spacious rooms with lovely mountain views. We loved the hot tub! There is room for improvement in cleanliness but overall we highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

I booked a vacation for myself and ~9 family members to stay at one of their properties on Memorial Day weekend approximately four months beforehand. One month before we to check in, they tell me they have sold the property.They didn't even call me, just an email saying I need to call them or they will cancel my booking. No offer of discount, not even an apology, but they do tell me that I will be responsible for any difference in price now that I am trying to book a holiday weekend for 10 people one month away.Pretty ridiculous considering if I were to cancel on them, I'd be responsible for my booking in full.If you choose to book through winter park escapes, I'd check local listings to ensure the property you are trying to book is not for sale.

We stayed at condo #2204. The location was great and the building was rather new with covered parking under it and a large hut tub outside. When we arrived, we ran into several problems.1- The owner had disconnected the internet or did not pay for it, so it did not work.2- The furniture was fabric instead of leather or fake leather. The green sofa was filthy full of pet hair and dirt stuck to it.3- The condo description said that it had a sound bar under the TV. So, i did not bring any Bluetooth speakers with me. No sound bar was found anywhere even under the tiny 43" TV hanging on the family room wall well above the fireplace. Who puts a 43" tv in a rental condo family room?I had to call and text the management for two days regarding the dirty sofa and she told me that it required a different cleaning company other than the normal cleaning people to come and clean it. Eventually, someone came with a shop vac and a sticky roller and cleaned the sofa.4- the tiny second bedroom was furnished for children and not adults with a bunk and a very short bed for todlers. It also did not have any windows which is illegal where I live because there is no fire escape if you cannot exit through the family room in case of fire.

The place was as pictured and had all things we needed for being snowed in. The staff was very accommodating when we needed an extra day stay and late check out. Would definitely stay with Winter Park Escapes again.The picture below was from the living room porch. A breath-taking view!

We stayed on a Bridger cache property managed by winter park escapes for a week and it was nothing short of perfect. The availability of the management company was excellent , they had great communication and responsiveness to any of our inquiries . I have stayed at many short term properties in Colorado and I have to admit that winter park escapes had been the best in terms of managing and accommodating any needs the guests had . It was also awesome to have the complimentary activities that came with the house .We can’t wait to revisit winter park on one of your properties again !

We stayed at a wonderful condo in Winter Park. We had 9 people in our group and there were plenty of beds for all of us to sleep. Additionally, there were 5 bathrooms which was terrific!The kitchen, living, and dining rooms were very spacious and nice for us to gather when we were done skiing for the day.With the indoor/outdoor fireplaces and the hot tub, there were many amenities to enjoy. We all (kids and adults) had so much fun playing the Pac Man game in the lower level.The location was awesome and we could walk to restaurants and there were many spots that we could get picked up for the shuttle to the ski resort. We definitely would come back again!

WP Escapes offered a great selection of places to stay and very fair prices. The reservation process was simple and efficient, they communicated details very well. They offer access to a booking service with many free offers in the area which was a great bonus. The unit we rented was very well equipped and met our needs perfectly. The whole experience was excellent.

We booked a three bedroom condo through their website directly and it was Amazing! We had our own hot tub, plenty of space for all 8 of us (two families), great location for restaurants and the bus line to get us to and from the mountain. We also enjoyed some of the free activities (tubbing and the rec center). The app from the rental company was easy to us and made navigating the rental very easy. It was an amazing spring break and great accommodations!!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, well decorated, and well stocked. Great location! The bunk beds were a hit with our children and allowed the 2 bedrooms to actually be used by adults. Definitely looking forward to another stay!!!

Pros: This is a beautiful 3rd floor condo. Decor is current and tasteful. Beds are really comfortable and the hot tub is wonderful/clean. Kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. Cons: the master shower floor could use a little bleach, but everything else was clean and fresh. the train tracks are a little close, but nothing a little white noise can't help.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay! The price seemed too good for the photos we saw online, but the condo was exceptional. There was plenty of room for our whole group, the furniture and appliances were high-end and functioning, and I think the floors in the kitchen were heated??? We also appreciated the convenient "key pad entry" instead of having to stop somewhere for a key. 5 star stay - we'll be back!

We had a great time at Winter Park! It was our first time booking with Winter Park Escapes and I would highly recommend them. The process was easy and we had no issues. They communicated everything we needed to know and were available had we had questions. We stayed in the Timber Fox condos which were fabulous! It was one of the best rentals we've stayed at because it was very well equipped in the entire unit. Also, we were steps away from the bus shuttle to the resort. Would definitely stay here again!

I have never had an experience like this before when making a reservation with any other company like I did with Winter Park escapes. They were professional, friendly and so very helpful. The info they sent me was full of information about the town we were going to. When I would call for information, they were all so kind and I didn't feel like I was bothering them. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo had a garage, a private hot tub, great WiFi AND amazing views. What more could we ask for? How about close proximity to the grocery store, restaurants and the ski resort. As if that’s not enough we also got $500 worth of free activities. I paid $0 for my ski rentals at Christy’s.Just what we needed! Thank you Winter Park Escapes!

My family had the most spectacular time here. The condo and the views are spectacular. It's conveniently located halfway between downtown Winter Park and the town of Fraser. Easy to walk or ride bikes to restaurants. There is an abundance of dishes, glasses, flatware, and towels. The hot tub is a great way to end the day under the stars of night. The only down side was the sound of the train passing by at 2am. Will plan another visit in the future.

I have rented a lot of places over the years, and Bridgers Cache Ski In/Out Luxury Chalet #275 is by far the top of the list. In fact, I don't think the pictures do justice to this place. From the extremely well appointed kitchen with real pots and pans (unlike many rentals that only supply a few bottom-of-the-line pots), to more than enough plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking pans, etc, that our large group never ran out of. My wife's favorite part was the enourmous dining room table that let our entire family sit down together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious and everything was well maintained. The icing on top of the cake was it snowed about 7 inches over one night and our driveway was even plowed. If you're in need of a large rental, this IS DEFINITELY the place to reserve.

Had a wonderful experience with the chalet we rented from Winter Park Escapes. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the double garage, and the fact we could bring our two golden retrievers with us! The chalet was close to Winter Park and Fraser, which made it very convenient. We also loved all the trails in the Rendezvous neighborhood! Customer service was great, and were easy to reach if we had questions. Would definitely rent from Winter Park Escapes again!

Great location close to the base and nice size for our group of 5. The kitchen was well equipped. It was great having the locker and covered parking. A couple of opportunities for improvement - black out curtains would be nice. The hot tub in our building was not functioning and the parking system (QR code) was never fully operational.

Very nice open concept condo. Large community hot tub. Ideally set up for just 4 people. Living room had a TV and just that. One book. A few more accessories along with wine glasses, kitchen bowls (mixing, serving, - anything), something to wash dishes with other than a miniature sponge and a decent master bedroom mattress would have netted 5 stars. Also a bit disappointed that no one mentioned or noticed dishwasher not cleaning properly. Top wand would not rotate due to improper reinstallation no doubt after flushing the wand. I repaired it. And lastly, no reply from management after answering email asking if there was anything we needed.

The condo's are very nice and centrally located in downtown Winter Park. We could walk to restaurants and it was just a 5 minute drive by car to the ski resort. Overall, I would definitely recommend booking through Winter Park Escapes.

I regret to say that my recent stay at an Airbnb home managed by Winter Park Escapes was far from the luxurious experience promised in the listing. The overall cleanliness of the property was appalling, with the need for a deep cleaning evident throughout, particularly in the kitchen. The floors were dirty, and human hairs littered the floor, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The walls were marked up and visibly dirty, suggesting a lack of proper maintenance. The presence of used items left behind instead of being appropriately disposed of was not only unsightly but also demonstrated a lack of attention to detail. In addition, there were water stains in the ceilings, the bathroom fixtures were broken and not of luxurious quality. Privacy was compromised on the bottom floor, where a bed was provided without any blinds, leaving occupants exposed to the outside world. This lack of basic privacy measures is unacceptable. Before my checkout, I was sent a message that I would receive a 5 star review. Instead they said I was difficult to communicate because I denied their solutions. I must express my disappointment with the retaliatory tone and the assertion that I was difficult to communicate with during my stay. Throughout my visit, I consistently communicated the issues I encountered in a constructive manner, providing detailed descriptions of the problems I faced. While I understand that addressing such concerns can be challenging, I was trying to continue to work with them. The proposed resolutions they provided were, unfortunately, not acceptable as they did not adequately address the issues at hand. I provided a solution and requested a partial refund and it was denied. Therefore I will not be staying at any home that is managed by Winter Park Escapes.

We just got back from our stay in Colorado at Arrow Townhome #282. It was beyond amazing. The townhome was so beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for all 8 of us! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The resort is a very short drive - not even 10 minutes! There is a grocery store in Fraser, which is a super short drive as well. Beautiful views.We booked directly through Winter Park Escapes. It was much cheaper than going through a third party site. They were very communicative and shared all information very timely! Very professional.We can’t wait to stay here again next year.

Very beautiful place. Worth the drive up into the mountain. Loved staying here rather than town. For the money the beds need to be way better. The fitted sheets do not fit the matresses well so they all come off in the night. Our entire crew never slept good. That is the only reason it is a 4 star instead of 5. If they got new beds it would be the best place we have ever stayed.
