This was our home base for a destination wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch. Our large family stayed here the entire week and we were so amazed by the wonderful accommodations, from the spacious living areas, to the comfortable sleeping capacity for up to 12 (or more), to the fully appointed kitchen, to the hot tub, and to the access to so many outdoor activities nearby. There are hiking trails right in the neighborhood that take you to a beautiful vista overlooking Fraser and Winter Park. You are 35-40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and 10 minutes from Winter Park. While our trip was in the summer, this would be a perfect ski lodge for a Winter Park/Mary Jane ski trip.We could not have been more pleased with our stay in this wonderful house and thank our hosts for such a memorable trip. This is a must if you are planning a trip to Winter Park with a large family or group. The attached picture is of a moose taking a little rest in the backyard of the house. There were actually 3 moose hanging out in the backyard.

We choose Granby Ranch (Summit 2-206) for a first time sking experience because it was cheaper than the other resorts. I realize that for about $100 a night (plus the cleaning fee they charge which is ironic) I was not going to get a 5 star place. But, I expected that it would have been well cleaned prior to our check in. Here is what I found when we got there: "This place sucks" written into the dust on the lamp, beer cans in trash can, used medicine cup in cubbard, dirt or some other substance film on counter, dirty utensils. My wife had to put a towel over her pillow because she said it smelled. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because it was only $100 a night. The place appeared run down in need of a paint job and lots of wear and tear in furniture etc. I supposed that's what $100 a night gets you, however, having a dirty place is unacceptable. The pics are what I took when I got there (see attached photos.) The front of the place with the random piece of plywood lying there is the front entrance. This management company appears to manage a ton of condos up there and the google reviews are pretty good so maybe this is just an isolated experience. However it was bad enough that we won't be back or ever go to a place managed by this company. Overall we were extremely disappointment. I would recommend that whoever runs that management company take more of an interest as to what kind of care is being taken on the properties there. Paying someone to do a good job to clean, especially when you are charging a cleaning fee, and something as simple as some painting would go a long long way. 2 positives are that when we couldn't get the TV working they sent a guy over right away to fix it. And there was ski lift very close to the building.

Stayed Nov 22 2019 to Nov 24 2019This place has everything for a perfect trip to the mountains. Newly Remodeled with all the comforts of home and more. Great entertainment options for kids and adults, cozy fireplace, bedside plugins for electronics, hooks throughout for all our gear, comfortable beds, and you can’t hear anyone in other units. Ski bus pickup right outside the building so no hassle with parking at the resort which made it very convenient. It was great to walk to breakfast, the grocery store and dinner as everything is just a block away. All the adults could enjoy the local brews and just walk home. The rec center was a great way to end each day in the hot tub and big pool. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great location. Steps from the lifts. Great family ski resort. Good restaurant and ski shop in the lodge. However, Base Camp One 205 needs updated. It is very clean and laid out well with nice beds, bathrooms and kitchen, but the TVs were a complete joke, no instructions on the remotes, the fireplace wouldn't work, the dishwasher was very cheap and the lounge chairs were aged. For the price of the place, the little things need to be updated. Would stay here again, but might look at a different unit.

The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed to host a group of 9. We spent so much time on the deck. The view was amazing. We enjoyed using the fire pit and grill. Check in and check out was super easy. RMG was very responsive to any questions that I had. Overall, we had an amazing trip and will likely book again in the winter!

Wow! Inspiration Point was absolutely wonderful. The view was spectacular. The pictures do not do it justice. All of the amenities, especially the hot tub, made our stay warm and cozy. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone staying in the Fraser/Winter Park area.Resort Management Group made everything very simple. RMG even surprised my husband and I with a bottle of champagne since they knew we were celebrating our anniversary. It was a perfect vacation!!

Our family of 9 rented Whispering Aspens from Resource Property Management. The house and view exceeded our expectations. With 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, there was room to spread out and for everyone to have their own space. We found the house immaculate on our arrival and the beds were comfortable. We had requested a pack n play and high chair for our 2 year old grand daughter and they were in place for her to use. We cooked many meals in the expansive kitchen and seated all of us at the dining room table. Resource Property Management was easy to deal with and answered any questions we had during our stay. We recommend this property to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway in a beautiful mountain home.

Our daughter was married in Granby and this was perfect cabin to rent for our family. Plenty of room and natural light for the girls and family in the wedding party to congregate for hair and makeup. Beautiful views, large rooms, and comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. This cabin had everything we needed including appliances you wouldn’t find in most cabins. It was also in a great location. Close to the Lodge where our guests were staying and close to the grocery store. Would defiantly come back again. Great for large groups. Only negative is some of the wood planks on the deck were lifting causing a potential tripping hazard. I reported it to management and they were going to repair it.

High country haus 16-11 is a gorgeous condo that had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing family getaway. It obviously was just remodeled and in exceptional condition. We loved the local artwork and rustic decor. There were so many entertainment features that impressed us (games, TVs, speakers, Nintendo, bunk beds). Our children didn't want to leave! All of the small details and perfect extras are covered so we didn't have to worry about missing anything. There is a spectacular view of the back country from the picture window - perfect viewing with coffee by the fire. We will be back for sure!

When we arrived there was about 1 1/2 inches of snow on the walkway. We have a wheelchair bound child and that made it difficult. When we got inside it was only 55 degrees. It would have been so great if you had had staff sweep the walls and bump the heat up before our arrival. We all agreed that though it wasn’t expected, it would have been a pleasant surprise and made us feel more “at home”.The website stated that the kitchen was “well-stocked”. Yet we didn’t even have enough dishes for 8 of us (cereal bowls, silverware, and glasses). That being said, the beds were comfortable and everyone had good sleeping room.We were hoping for a DVD/Blu Ray player but there wasn’t one there. We loved the proximity to skiing and tubing and the grocery store. But we have stayed at many different properties over the past several years and will most likely opt for a different one for our next trip.

Stayed at Mountainside and the price matched the value, a little dated, but not overpriced. We will go back. The ski in/out was a little difficult to figure out on account of the distance to either entrance. For those staying in units 100+, you are close to the west side entrance. For those staying 1-40, you're closer to the east side, crossing the road. Both of these require a walk up and down some stairs. For everyone in the middle, equal distance, but east requires less steps.Granby is a small ski area, but it was never crowded. The 3rd floor bistro is the best place to relax in between runs.Mountainside is a little dated in their units. The maintenance crew took a couple days to fix some issues that kept us from using some of the amenities like the ski storage and hot tub. But they ended up getting to them before we left. Fireplace needed a new part so never turned it on. I believe it's because past vacationers didn't report broken things. Oh well.... A good place and a place worth going back to.

Couldn't find the room as the building was not clearly marked. Did not say 29 stair case with no elevator! The mattresses in all rooms were horrible and very uncomfortable. Very springy mattresses, and master bed we rolled to the middle. Blanket/spread in master smelled musty and old. Advertised on website having shuttle service only to find once in the room this was only offered in ski season. No cell service. We will never stay here again and will be leaving a review on this rental. However the place and layout was nice but very inconvenient and poor accommodations.

What a great location and perfect for our family. The townhome was clean, close to everything and easy to walk right outside and hike. The hot tub off the master is perfect for a relaxing night time activity and the kids loved the downstairs they had all to themselves. We will definitely rent again!

Resort Management was very helpful in all of our dealings with them. We lost our 1st rental due to people losing their homes to a wildfire. These people bent over backwards to provide us with an outstanding home called Whispering Aspens. Very nice house and some of the most beautiful mountain scenery you could imagine. Thanks again for a wonderful week.

The location is great. You can ski right into Winter Park base on an easy green run called the Corridor. If Mary Jane mtn is not open, you will need to walk 0.4 miles back, or take the Green line of The Lift, the free bus. It runs about every 20 min, but stops at 5:30pm. Bring your own bags if you plan to go to the store (any store), as the city charges 20 cents per bag. Not a lot, but it can add up. There are spaces to store your skis on the 5th floor. You can bring a ski lock. We didn't , but didn't have any problems leaving them up there. The condo had everything we needed for the 4 of us. The kitchen had lots of pots and utensils, but no storage containers for leftovers. Bring your own, or a roll of foil. It was very quiet. Another unit had a dog that barked whenever you went down the hall, but you couldn't hear it from the condo. They have a laundry area.As for check in, call to see if you actually have to go into town to check in. All of the correspondence said we did, but 2 minutes before walking into their office, they sent an email stating we didn't have to. This will save you some time.

The condo was neat and clean and totally updated. Brand new faucets, excellent kitchen and baths. Very clean. Resort management was very pleasant to deal with. After hours check in was a little stressful after a long day, but we managed to deal with it. All in all a great experience. Thank you.

We had a great time at our Lone Eagle rental property. The home was comfortable, well appointed and the views were great. The only snafu was that we were told we would have access to the fitness facility which turned out to be false, so, had to go to the resort down the street for a workout. Nonetheless, everyone had a good experience and we will be back.

Worst Customer Service & Maintenance. It took them 3 days to get out to us to fix the clogged toilet & then they left the dirty snake that they used to declog the toilet with in the shower. We also had very thick ice & lots of snow in our driveway and got stuck for about an hour trying to break up the ice n shovel the snow. All that should have been taking care of before our arrival. The sofa bed was dirty with cereal crumbs. Beds were comfy and view was nice. And fully stocked condo.

We stayed in Winter Park/Fraser last week. The condo was great. It was clean, roomy and everything in working order. We will stay again when in Colorado next time. Check-in and check-out were simple and the representative was friendly. We were given very specific directions to our unit so we were able to find it easily. Thank you for a wonderful visit!!

This place is outdated. It doesn't look like it has been updated since it was built. The TV was not working when we got there, when we called the response was " that person just left, someone will call you tomorrow" I had to fix it myself. Later that night there was nowhere to park our car, we had a parking pass, when we called the leasing office they basically said "not out problem we don't manage the building". When we tried to call the building staff it was impossible to get a person on the phone. My husband misplaced his hat by the hot tubs and again could not get a single person to answer a phone to ask about a lost and found. The hot tub was getting serviced at 4:00, right when everyone was getting off the mountain. The onsite restaurant was never opened, I'm pretty sure it is never opened so not cool to advertise on site food. As we were leaving we noticed the toilet was leaking every time it was flushed, I had originally thought it was wet from the shower. For the price per night, I'm not so sure it's worth the convenience of ski in ski out. Was not a fan.

The app was helpful in having details handy but for someone from out of town I felt like I had to figure a lot out on my own. I had forgotten what time check in started and couldn’t find that info anywhere and I then ended up showing up after hours in which case your keys and everything are just in an envelope outside. The condo we rented we were unable to shower in because the Sulphur smell was so so strong in our water (some is expected but it made the entire condo stink strongly) thankfully we were there for a wedding and were able to shower at another persons place but that is terrible! The heat also apparently wasn’t working(no instructions on using it and there was a piece of paper folded over the thermostat) in our condo and there were no extra blankets which made for chilly nights. The sofa sleeper was a little gross, had stains and the bed was pretty difficult to pull out. The Murphy bed definitely could use replacing and was not very comfortable. I do not think Summit 2206 was worth what we paid for it, they can just charge that because it’s in a beautiful location and one of the cheaper places you can rent there. Overall-RMG was decent, condo was not great.

We recently enjoyed an early-season ski weekend at Hi Country Haus 16-11. The condo was well-appointed with great art throughout and new and comfortable furniture. There was ample space for our party of 8 (four adults and four kids); a spacious kids' room with two bunks and video game console allowed the adults to enjoy downtime in front of a wood- burning fire. Getting to the mountain to ski was a breeze with a shuttle stop steps away from the condo. Apres ski activities included swimming and soaking in the complex's large pool and several hot tubs. The central location made all Winter Park's restaurants and stores accessed by a short walk. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Hi Country Haus 16-11.

This is a lovely condo in a good location. It was very clean and supplied everything we needed except an iron (we were attending a wedding and had wrinkles in our clothes). We were very pleased with our rental and would gladly stay there again.

The location is great and very close to the alternate chair lift. The accommodations were sufficient for a family of 4 but there are a few things that need fixed or replaced. Nothing major but several little things the most important of which was the stained up sofa sleeper that was missing some hardware and needs replaced since that represents half of the sleeping accommodations. There was a nice TV that gets about 1,000 channels but 995 of them are scrambled so you can't watch much but there was free WIFI so that was a plus. There's also a DVD player so you can bring your own movies. The room itself was nice and comfortable and would be worth 5 stars with a little work.

Beautiful place, very welcoming! Only negative was our condo itself, the bed sheets were like tissue paper- not comfy, we also expected a few kitchen cooking essentials like some cooking spray or oil or more seasonings. Minor things that would have made this 5 stars!

Our stay at Granby Ranch was wonderful. We encountered helpful and encouraging staff at every turn. Everything was impeccably clean and fresh. The kitchen was well supplied. One of our larger party had some medical concerns and the staff at Granby Ranch cared for them at the Ranch, at the hospital and then back at the Ranch. Outstanding!

Such a beautiful home in with a beautiful backyard setting! (not so much in the front with all the construction) One thing that was upsetting is that two smoke/CO2 monitors went off starting at 2:30 am. They stopped making noise, then starting up again an hour later. On the third time, we got up and disengaged them from the ceiling. We got new batteries and put them back on the ceilings. It was scary, loud, and we didn't get any sleep that early morning. Would have been nice to have spare batteries there for us to have used so we didn't have to buy them.

We stayed at this resort and booked through VRBO. It was quoted for 350.00 a night and I booked for 3 nights. My agreement came through and I signed it. My total was 1.000.00, but they marked it for 2 nights, so we were asked to leave the room a day early because others had booked. We were on the slopes and MIA when the resort tried calling. We made it back to the room ASAP, but management (Charlotte), was extremely rude and lecturing me that others are trying to vacation. I have never dealt with someone so rude in my life.I’m still trying to do the math on my bill being 1k when they claim I only booked for two nights. My room was clean and spacious, but management at the resort and the management resort were absolutely terrible.

We had no running water at Iron Horse for over 6 hours which impacted half day of skiing. We had to eat breakfast and lunch outside not to mention going to another building to shower and use the toilet. Immensely inconvenient! Took over 2 hrs after numerous calls for management co to even know what was going on. No apologies, no compensation for added costs and hassle we incurred. There is a basic expectation of running water in a unit one rents. If something unexpected happens in the building which impacts the guest’s stay, then fix it or make it right for the guest. In this case, they didn’t even call back to let us know the water situation was fixed. ( there was a leak in another unit which caused the water to be shut off for the entire building). Customer service is sorely lacking. Pray that nothing happens when you rent from them. Otherwise you are on your own.

Our stay was in June 2018. The location was very good. It is walking distance to the river. The condo was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. There are two decks and the one in the back faces a creek. Very pleasant stay.
