A pleasant surprise. They had a few lagers and ale, so not all IPA. The Mexican lager and Munich lager were excellent. Good price points and quality beer. The beer-tenders knew their beers. Very nice and welcoming.Get your munchies from the hot dog stand next door.I will agree with another reviewers sons description of “fricking exquisite, and delectable” fries.

Visited from Virginia two years in a row.. Now just recently as April 4th 2024. People call me a beer snob.. I have a love for stouts and porters. After this second trip I told my son who lives near by; I have to grade the stouts I've drank and sampled a solid "A". Come to find out after the fact, the current brew master came here to live and previously brewed for Goose Island Beer Company. This guy is considered by those who know, as; The "Rain Man" of brew masters. How fortunate for me, to have the chance to enjoy the best stouts available right in Winter Park!!

Had a good variety of brews available. The establishment is dog friendly (for friendly dogs). We chose a flight to sample 6 options and enjoyed them all. Bartender wasn't as interactive/friendly as we are accustomed to but overall the service was excellent.

Great little brewery in Winter Park. One of the best in town! and now a bit bigger than before. Just FYI... it is dog friendly, and there is in my experiences, usually always local dogs off leash in the brewery.

I visited this brewery with my dog. Moments after arriving, I watched one patron's off leash dog attack two other dogs inside at the bar. That dog headed toward us and I blocked it with my legs. When I said something to the owner about the dog attacks, I became the next victim! I was verbally and physically attacked by the attacking dog owner. When I called the police, *I* was charged because I verbally responded to the owner's attacks. The aggressive dog's owner claims to frequent this location "all of the time". I guess this is some kind of dog fight bar now. I will never return to this location OR Grand County. Locals are violent and supported by the county/PD. I was the one that called the Police, The bartender and Police sided with the locals. UPDATE: In response to owner reply. Owner was NOT there. No one was asked to leave. I left on my own after the police report. The local physically attacked me, but I did not respond. I called the Police instead. That was a mistake. The attacking dogs owner was issued 3 citations, including assault, but only after I insisted multiple times, I was issued one for verbally responding to the attacks (dismissed by judge) that were all initiated by the other party. It was obvious the cop was annoyed and looking for something to cite me for. I have video evidence of the entire incident including bodycam. Do not let these folks white wash this. The other dog absolutely attacked two dogs. One was inches from my feet. My mistake was saying something about it and not being a local.

Cool little brewery! Super dog friendly, outdoor seating area as well as indoor. It’s kind of a small place and can get crowded. There’s parking out front and There’s also a bar area. Not a huge selection of beer but what they did have was good, place was clean, organized, friendly staff. Merchandise was on sale and we bought a shirt and pint glass. Both were great quality.

A local recommended this spot for the Dastardly stout which was fantastic. If you like barrel aged stouts, this is definitely your place. And if you like IPAs, Gose, or a variety of beers, this is still your place! I got a flight of several varieties and each of them was unique and well done. The atmosphere was also welcoming and warm. Definitely a must try if you like local breweries!

Great selection of craft brews, made in house. Some selections are bottled to take with you.Bring food or order food from next door. They’ll give you a walkie-talkie and let you know when your burger or hot dog is ready.Large outside seating area.

Google Maps says open until 9pm, but servers decided to turn the open sign off at 7:30pm and refused to serve us at 8pm. Either update your Google page when you decide to close early (takes a minute) or stay open until your websites say. Heard the beer is good but I won’t know for a while since this is our last night in town.

Very cool brewery. The beers were so on point. Chill staff and you can tell locals really like this place. They have 100 handmade mugs on the wall for that calendar years patrons who paid to have a dedicated 20 Oz mug at the bar. I think Ryan said 43 pours in that cup pays for the value of the mug itself. That's just cool, man. Loved this place and the whole vibe.

If you want the best beer, vibes and service you've ever had make sure to put this place on your list! Sarah, Andy, Ryan and the rest of the crew are stellar humans. They have a wide range of craft beers that you can tell are made with love and dedication. I could drink buckets of the all day cream ale and look forward to every time I walk through the front door and see it up on the board. Hideaway is a gem in this community and one of my favorite places on earth. You'd be sorry not to visit.

Hideaway is the first brewery stop in town and often is fine as the last - the beer is that good. Andy’s constantly improving operations and that includes bringing on and retaining quality staff. To those of you posting one star reviews when you come to town in shoulder season remember that a) everybody needs some sort of break and b) everything else closes early as well so why pick on hideaway?Whether you love IPA (plenty of options) or something else, be sure to visit when you’re in the Valley. If you’re in from out of state, follow my rules and a) be nice and b)spend money.

My friends and I walked in here for a quick mountain beer. Upon entering, we were greeted by the stench of must and wet dog. We would’ve loved to stay and enjoy a beverage but the unfavorable smells were too much to bear. We love dogs, but perhaps an investment in air filters and air fresheners would help this place out.

Do not miss this brewery! The brew master really knows what they're doing. The beer is exceptional. It's a cool place and the staff is great, but the beer is an out of the park home run!!

Hideaway Park brewery has the best beer in town and the nicest barmaid I ever met worked there. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the beer. I think her name was Anna or Hannah and she was just great, so helpful! Five stars.
