I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Walgreens pharmacy this evening. I arrived at the drive thru line at 7:58pm, just two minutes before the pharmacy closed. As I pulled up to the window, I noticed that there was one car in front of me. However, as soon as the clock struck 8:00pm, the gentleman working at the pharmacy closed the blind and refused to help us, despite being the last customer in line.I understand that the pharmacy has a closing time of 8pm, but I do not understand why we were not helped when we were already in line. It would have taken less than two minutes for us to receive our much-needed prescription for an infection in the neck. However, because of the poor customer service, this did not happen.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive the necessary assistance, especially when it comes to my health. The fact that the pharmacy was still open and we were not helped is unacceptable. It is frustrating to be turned away when all we needed was a quick and simple transaction.This experience has left me disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at Walgreens pharmacy. I hope that this issue will be addressed and steps will be taken to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future. As a loyal customer, I expect better from Walgreens and I hope that this situation will be rectified.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called this store to see if they had a medicine that has a nationwide shortage. The lady I spoke with was rude and condescending. She repeatedly said smart remarks as I spoke with her. I was confused by some things because this was a new medication that I was being prescribed. She then proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. I called back to ask for a manager and the call was directed. I begin to tell this next young lady what just happened on my last call and the whole time it was the same lady that had hung up on me. I told her I asked for a manager she goes I am the manager and that’s not how the conversation went. I told her it was what I experienced because you don’t like your behavior it sound horrible don’t try and call me a lier she goes is their anything else and I told her I wanted to have her boss info before I could get that out she hung up again. I called back and they transferred me and she just let the phone ring and then answered and put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I will never shop at Windsor Walgreens ever again. Life had got really busy for me and I had forgot to reach out to cooperate.

Pick a different pharmacy. My experiences there have never been positive, however, I must reserve my negativity towards a select few of the pharmacy technicians interfacing with customers. I've personally experienced rude customer service, but a bigger concern is how I've observed technicians poorly treating other customers, especially the elderly and those with impairments; many technicians lack awareness, patience, and empathy.

Do not trust this pharmacy to fill anything for your family. Based on my experience with them, they will tell you prescriptions are ready for pickup (via an automated message) you will wait in line for a minimum of 20 plus minutes to only find out that they do not have it. On top of that, they could care less. Our toddler son is on medication that he has to take to keep him alive. They continue to make mistakes on a monthly basis, fail to notify patients when a medication is on back stock, fail to fill auto refills and offer pathetic customer service. I’m surprised this location can keep their license with how the business is ran. Today was the final straw when I called on the prescription to pick it up and the Tech said it was ready to pick up. I get there after waiting 30 minutes in line to find out they actually don’t have the prescription, they are unsure why it wasn’t filled and it would be an additional 3 business days to get it even though they had just told me it was ready for pickup.

The store is okay but the pharmacy is the worst! They never let you know when your prescriptions are ready and if you go there you alway have to go back because they didn't have time to fill them. After coming home from the hospital I needed medication. I went there the next day because I didn't realize I was missing the important one. They told me it wasn't filled yet because it wasn't important!!! Who are they to decide? My doctor said I needed this medicine after my heart surgery. I'd give them no starts if I could.

Firstly, the young lady who processed my vaccine was great. She was clear, caring and was very cordial.While waiting to show my information, another lady was dealing with a prescription order. The pharm tech who was handling her order was very abrasive towards the woman, who admitted she was confused. Rather than deescalate the situation, her tone was very direct and harsh. I understand she has a job to do, but her communication was way off. The situation calmed down, but I'll just say I'm glad my interaction was not with that woman. I don't know her name but she had pink highlights in her hair. Mark was great though, he was very friendly and gave me my vaccine!

Got a staff infection on my face from a cut on a dive trip in the Bahamas. Dr called in a prescription for multiple antibiotics. Windsor Walgreens said we got the prescription and have filled it but you can’t pick it up because they had a software problem. Said go to Fort Collins 20 minutes away or come back tomorrow. Went to Fort Collins, they said they could not run it through insurance because it wasn’t called into the lot of Ft collins store. Go somewhere else.

The pharmacy here has been EXTREMELY unprofessional……. The witch with the ugly blond hair needs to be FIRED……. I have gone to Walgreens for almost fif. teen years…… I have NEVER…. NEVER been treated so poorly..Please hire new pharmacist.

Worst pharmacy!!! My wife called 6 times on Friday to ask a question about her prescription and no one answered the phone. She went in this morning to get an answer to her question and was told that they were waiting for an authorization from our insurance. company. Had they answered the phone and told her that she could have called before the holiday weekend and now she whas to wait.

Disappointed. A frenzied pace in an unprofessional atmosphere. Called to say prescription was ready, I drove there to pick it up, then they said the drug was not available until the next day. Has happened twice. I’m stuck due to insurance but King Soopers was much, much better.

Made appointments for vaccines but were made to wait a long time for them to take care of prescriptions before even taking a moment to check us in. Would recommend getting vaccines elsewhere next time.

I am not surprised to open the reviews and see everybody complaining about this place. Would give 0 stars. When I spoke with the pharmacist and gave my complained about the HORRIBLE customer service I was told “ yeah well welcome to corporate America” worst Walgreens and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line just for them to close at 1:30. Wasted my entire lunch break trying to get my prescription. Came back after work, been waiting for 20 mins in the drive thru (only 3 propel ahead of me) after going inside and finding this sign. I will be driving to Loveland for better service or switching pharmacies. This is ridiculous.

Every time I receive a text that my RX is ready to pick up, I get there only to be told it's not ready yet and to come back. I came two days ago to get my RX and it was actually ready except their screen froze and she couldn't process it so, again, I had to come back. She had my RX in her hand, already bagged up. I didn't get a chance to come back that day so I called today to make sure it processed and the lady said yes but it won't be ready for at least an hour. How is it not ready when it was already bottled and bagged up 2 days ago!? So are you telling me you dumped my prescription out?? I asked her why its not ready when it was already bottled 2 days ago and she just said in a snide tone "itll be ready at 3:30". This is the worst pharmacy ever and I'll be switching after this. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

I’ve gone in a few times to pick up photos or documents. It takes awhile to pick them up. You typically have to get in the main line and wait just to ask for help at the photo counter.Customer service is bad. The people who work there are miserable.Skip going in and ship them to your house! Will save you a headache.

I just have to give a huge shout out to Miranda and Sarah at the Walgreens in Windsor, CO!! They went above and beyond for me! I was having trouble figuring out my new medications that I needed and my doctors office was not helpful. Sarah and Miranda called my insurance for me and asked them what they would cover and got that info to me so I could get the right medications. I am so thankful for them! I don't know what I would've done with out all their help!! I truly appreciate it and can't thank them enough for all their help!! You can tell they truly love their job and want to help out their customers!! Thank you Sarah and Miranda!!!!Thank you,Morgan

Absolutely horrible! They do not listen, do not know how to bill insurance, and do not answer their phones. I waited 50 minutes to speak to them. Then after trying to speak to the tech at the drive thru to no avail and speaking to a diffe tech that didn’t know how to bill my insurance and told me there was nothing he could do I asked to be transferred to the pharmacist. The female pharmacist interrupted me several times. Then she billed my insurance for my prescriptions without giving me a reimbursement for what I already payed out of pocket for my prescriptions. Therefore, they got paid twice for my prescriptions and I still have no reimbursement. Then she wouldn’t let me finish talking and hung up on me.

I rarely have a good experience with my prescription pickups. Once again, I was told that they would follow up with me and even asked me if the last 4 digits was in fact my phone. I acknowledged, but as always, NO FOLLOW THROUGH. I’m switching pharmacies when my present issue clears up.

I have never been so disrespected at a pharmacy like I have with this one. There are only two pharmacies Jimmy and Frederick that are amazing and they will go out of their way to help you. There is a blonde pharmacist that I have a problem with I got my prescription home and opened it just to find out that they put the WRONG PRESCRIPTION in my bag. I drive back to let them know since I don’t live in Windsor just for them to say IT HAPPENS I AM ONLY HUMAN. I am sorry but something like this should never happen especially when it has to be checked 4 times which in my case it didn’t. When we let her know that could’ve hurt someone or worse she didn’t even care. Also this girl who came to help me acted like oh not a big deal. This is not ok and those people shouldn’t even be working there. I have never had this happen in my life. I plan on transferring my prescriptions to a different Walgreens pharmacy

Updated: Do not recommend for prescriptions, they hand delivered my prescriptions to the wrong address instead of having fedex do it because there was an issue in the order on their end.The staff are sometimes friendly, sometimes not, they definitely have some unhappy staff members that put in no effort to appear happy or friendly. The pharmacy has not had bad customer service at all, very nice and helpful.

By far the rudest employees I have met. The guy at the photo counter lied to me and told me I had no rewards to use when I didn't even put my phone number in so he wouldn't of known. I had to pick up other photos the next day and showed the lady my rewards on my app. She said if she can't see it on the computer she can't use it in a very rude manner. I just had to put my phone number in and she saw it. I would not take your business at this location.

Beyond frustrated with this pharmacy. They refuse to answer the phone - I've been on hold endless times for the better part of an hour before giving up. Every time you call to do an automated refill, it fails and kicks to required to speak to an employee - an employee that never picks up the phone. They do not refill prescriptions when requested, they lose prescriptions regularly (no kidding - I've sat waiting to pick up prescriptions multiple times as employees tear apart the pharmacy and can't find a prescription, only to be told that they will have to refill it again and I'll need to wait another 20-30 minutes or come back for it) and on and on. I've also stood in line in this store with 12+ people deep for over an hour, with zero movement on the staff's part to bring additional employees to help until customers get cranky with the manager of the store. It's truly a nightmare pharmacy and, despite being a Windsor resident, I am considering driving to FoCo for my prescriptions.

This pharmacy has been a great resource to our family for many years until the last many months. I do understand COVID. The pharmacists Jimmy and Frederick are top notch and go out of their way to be helpful whenever possible. The customer service staff is overworked, at times under educated and rude likely due to the above. The wait time is totally unacceptable, waits typically of 45 minutes to speak with anyone and when you finally get to a staff member, they do everything within their power to get you out of their way. This is especially frustrating when you inform them what they might need to do to complete their job rather than sending you on a run around to your insurance company or asking you to do tasks that have already been accomplished. I am so disappointed and frustrated by the decline and hope that staffing is increased with efficient and competent friendly people to return to what once was an excellent pharmacy
