The new store is bigger and the options are great. Since I'm handicapped, the ease of getting in and out of the store is perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. We recently used the dog wash, and found it very easy.

I like the new location and like the self serve dog wash except—-the 2 times I have been there to wash my dog, it has been around 5 pm both times, and the sun was shining in my eyes the whole time I was washing my dog. Pretty uncomfortable!! The second time I used the dog wash, I wore my sun glasses. But then it was too dark to see and still didn’t stop the sun piercing in my eyes while washing my dog. I don’t think anyone working there has tried to wash a dog durning the same time the sun is piercing through the window. It is awful!I mentioned the sun after the first time I was there but the worker said they were not planning on putting up curtains. I think blinds or tinted would work great. Even a flat cardboard box would great too!Well—my opinion, something needs to be done about the sun because it is brutal.Also, the second time I went, the towels were flowing over. I tired pushing them down but it was super full. The dog wash room did look clean just messy with the mountain of towels. Oh, and the drier pieces were missing.I do like their shampoos : ).

Only pet food store we will go to. Very knowledgeable, and I have picky kitties. They always let me return my food that my cats don't eat. They have definitely helped me save $100s of dollars. Thanks, ladies!

The big red headed WOMAN named Callie/jayden is incredibly rude. I had walked in and it blatantlyignored me and walked away. I then go to ask it a question and they just looked at me and had to go grab another employee to answer my question. . . All of the other employees are great and have all helped me. Seems it needs to be trained on some of the brands they carry and customer service. I shopped here regularly but I’ll take my business else way.

I went in to grab dog food, never expecting such an amazing experience at a pet supply store! Julia was absolutely incredible - she was so friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly cared about the wellbeing of our pup. The quality of products sold is here is top notch and this will certainly be our go-to spot for pet products!

You can buy a 12 dozen cricket punch pass and can get small, medium, or large crickets. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Super helpful local feed store. I get dog food, chicken food, scratch, all sorts of things here. They might not have the biggest selection just due to size, but they've got the best of what they do stock. They're always willing to do special requests, or hold items for you, which is very helpful. Also, the shop dogs are adorable and well behaved! I'm always happy to see them when I come in.

Bought a 30 lb bag of purina pro plan and they charged a full $23 per bag more than Petco. The woman said “no we check our prices against the bigger stores and ensure that it’s never more than $5 over.” Then I called back to let her know my findings and see if they had charged me for the wrong size, and she said “oh. I guess that’s no longer our policy.” I love to support local businesses but that is obscene. If you care about how much you spend on pet supplies, shop elsewhere. When I went to return it their responsive was incredibly dismissive and they said “well she and I don’t set the prices.” Yeah, I know 🙄 but you have access to a manager and a 35% premium is unacceptable.

I've moved back to Windsor from abroad recently, and I'm so happy to have fou d Poudre Pet & Feed. The staff have always been super helpful, and quite knowledgeable. The hours are fantastic, and the selection (for cat food) is really great. A lot of high quality choices that are hard to find anywhere, as well as some new ones I've enjoyed trying out. Great local business, great quality, great staff. Way better than any of the big box pet stores.

Amazing store with such friendly people! Angie and the other younger gal are so helpful! I took my pup in to the store today for their self wash pet station and it was so nice to be able to groom my own dog for a fraction of the cost and they had all the supplies! My kiddos, my pups, and I will definitely be back in! Highly recommend!

Pricing is outrageous. $72 for a 15 lb bag of Blue Buffalo, which you can get online for $55 or less. My bad. But next time I'll know.

They have everything I need and want for my dog, who is a full member of my family. They have glucosamine for his joints (recommended to me by the knowledgeable and friendly staff), they have my dude's favorite bones called Buff Bites, that I can't find anywhere else, and they have really healthy food options. Plus, they're a small, local business which feels better to support than a big chain store!

Thank you to the lovely associate, Beth who answered the phone and advised me on what I could find at their store. She even offered to locate the items I needed that they did not have at another one of their stores. Once I got to the shop she was up front stocking shelves and yet offered her assistance immediately! She was a pleasure and incredibly helpful! Thank you! 👍

Excellent customer service. Local business with a nice selection of high end pet foods. The clerk was able to answer questions about the food and the supplement I was interested in, and they have a great policy.bif you pet will not eat the food or supplement you can return it, even if it's open. They then donate it to the pet pantry! What an awesome way to satisfy customers and help the community.

I think the local Poudre Pet Feed could get a more friendly staff... I go in there ever 2 weeks or so for my Dog food and my Cat food and the young girls that work there have NO customer service skills what so ever!A few weeks ago I went in there and noticed there were two different types of bags of the dog food I got so I tried to ask the girl what the difference was and In return I got a short unhelpful response and she just turned and walked away... Another time I went in there were a couple girls working..one was behind the counter and the other one was off to the side of the counter I walk up there with my dog food and stood there waiting while the two girls talked about clearencing items and how they didn't like how they clearance them and customers end up liking the items then asking if they will be bring it back.. all the while I'm standing at the counter in front of the girl behind the counter.. I patiently stand there and even attempt some small talk while I stood there and the response I got was more of how I was interfering with their conversation... as she goes a head and answers the phone when it started to ring.. again I'm still waiting.. eventually she was kind enough to ring me out.. then today I go in and I noticed there was a cute little dog in a dress there and I thought it was so adorable so I asked the girls " oh who's dog is this?" And the response I got was a quick flat "it's a store dog" response and that was it.. I do not care for the staff that is working at this location and the only reason I keep returning is because of the store owner which is extremely friendly and helpful.. if it wasn't for her I would probably go else where for my pets needs

I prefer the windsor store over any of the other locations. The staff there just vibes together so much better than anywhere else. They know how to treat their employees at the windsor store! Love love love

If I could give Sarah the employee at the Windsor store six stars I would. Sarah knows my dogs' food and tries to keep it in stock for me since they do not have a lot on hand. Friendly, convenient, and nice folks running the store.

Not impressed with the customer service here! I have given this store 3 tries and all three have not ended well. 1st visit, completely ignored when looking for certain cat food. (I walked out) 2nd visit I was told they would keep my cat food and I could pick it up once a month, when I stopped in they didn't have it even though it showed in stock, I finally gave up and left. 3rd visit I stopped at 735am and could not find the new food I had purchased at north FOCO store. I said "hello" several times and finally went to the counter and the young lady was sitting on a stool watching a show on her phone and acted as if I was interrupting her when I asked for help to find the cat food. It's really too bad the customer service isn't as good as the Fort Collins north store! :(
