We bring our three dogs (known lovingly by them as the trio) for regular check-ups and for grooming. We love it because it’s one stop care for our dogs. The staff are friendly and if you have a concern about your fur baby they are quick to get back to you or get an appointment.

I was very happy with the warm environment and professional skill of the veterinarian and the veterinarian tech. My dog had a very anxiety producing experience at different place and so I wanted a no fear place. They exceeded my expectations. I was given good advice and a good strategy to address my dog’s anxiety. I highly recommend Garden Valley Veterinary Hospital.

All the employees, from the front desk to the doctor, were amazing. I’m so glad I found them to help with my beloved Coco, so is having a rough time these days. Dr. Wiser gave me the tools to alleviate Coco’s pain in her last week of life. Such caring people and beautiful facility.

Outstanding care over and beyond the nail trimming and Dremel on my three Whippets. The tech went the extra mile when she, after returning one of my dogs from her procedure, felt an enlarged lymph node on one of my pups. The tech requested a quick consult with one of the veterinarians. I am always impressed with the level of care at this clinic provides.

Garden Valley is the best place around. I traveled 40 mins for an emergency on a Saturday with my dog and they were able to help us right away. They were thorough with their intake and were so caring through the process. I have another appointment for shots this week and another one for grooming. They also do boarding too! I liked my old vet office but decided to make the extra trip out to see them from now on because I loved this place and my pets are worth the drive. It was clean and inviting and prices are reasonable here. Highly recommend!!!!!

Very friendly, kind and amazing team all around! We boarded our dogs, but needed some vaccines and an annual check up as well and they were able to provide all of those services in one visit and keep them for boarding. I feel very comfortable and confident with my dogs with them for boarding.

What this clinic does well - grooming (for the most part).What they don’t do well - communicate well, pricing for their services compared to competition, their actual job… we had to take our pup for hip/elbow x-rays, standard OFA work; and the clinic forgot to do his elbows?! Making us take him back to finish the work they forgot, we had to lobby hard to make sure they wouldn’t require us to pay again.This clinic has many incompetencies that outweigh the few good employees; we will be looking elsewhere for our dogs.

Jessica is the absolute best! She not only does a wonderful job grooming our furr-babies, but she always treats them as her own and takes the time and added care to keep an eye out for any abnormalities in our dogs. We love her!

Dr. Awery helped us during a recent difficult time with our sweet senior dog, and we sincerely appreciate her caring and patience approach. While we’ll no longer be actively using Garden Valley clinic, we highly recommend them for their Veterinary, grooming and boarding services.

Very helpful as a New customer that took in three sick kitties that was taken way to early from Thier mom, and I very over active dog we adopted in July. Team help I'm so many ways with my hands so full. For all that needed to be done with all the pets with medicine plus test and shots for the dog for all four was under 600. Can't beat that price for the loving and caring staff. Thank you for everything Ms. Watson

I took my 10 month old puppy for a haircut and was very impressed with the staff, location and environment. Everyone was super friendly and showed great care in my dog. His haircut came out perfect and was reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend!

Jess is the BEST groomer ever. My dog won't let any one touch his feet or get near his face, but Jess has a way to always make my 14 year old Yorkie look like a puppy again! I followed her from Niwot to here for my 3 dogs to get groomed.

Everyone balances knowledge and experience with a pleasant, conversational demeanor. Finally, they are genuinely interested in my pet’s well-being, including calling weeks later just to “check in.” Love this place and it’s people!

i took my 11 week old puppy into this vet today (11/9/23) because she was having a lot of diarrhea and threw up once so i was worried. right off the bat after she had an accident in the room the vet tech said she thought my dog had parvo just from the smell of her feces. as i appreciate her honesty I do not appreciate the assumptions before even testing my dog. While waiting for the test results to come back, the vet tech mentioned surrendering my dog to one of the workers, if she did have parvo because it is extremely expensive to treat. I was disgusted and appalled by the unprofessional and discriminating behavior the vet tech showed. Dr. Ary was very professional, and I wish I was able to speak to her before the vet tech. Lastly, as I walked out of the room there receptionist took my dog out of my hands and I agree she is cute, but she was under a lot of stress and was not feeling good so I do not appreciate that. I believe that the vet tech and staff thought I was irresponsible and financially unstable because of how young I am, which is extremely stereotypical. I would not recommend this vet especially if you’re a younger client just looking for answers. I would give 0 stars if that was possible.

Appointment was at 8am on Saturday. Arrived at 755. Door locked. -5 degrees outside with 2 one year old Jack Russels. Ring door bell. Receptionist at desk. Knock on door. Vet tech comes out to tell receptionist to open the door for us. Receptionist unfriendly and unwelcoming when she lets us in. We didn’t know arrive 15 mins early. Lots of non existent “fine print” to keep an eye out for. Free new patient visit turned into an attempted $80 charge for the visit, TWICE! First it was that only one pet per household was eligible for the new client visit, then because they change our appointment from a new client visit to a sick pet visit without telling us until it was done. Also tried to sell us blood work for the pets, 3 sets of an only 2 set needed vaccine and all the other things you can think of. Attempted to give our dogs shots before even discussing prices with us. The vet was extremely dismissive and made us feel stupid for voicing any concerns in the first place. Overall, a terrible experience, absolutely will not be back.

Awesome staff. We've been receiving vet care & grooming from them for many years. They take great care of our family's dogs. We recently boarded our little Morkie with them for a week. She got anxious and barked a lot, but they were patient with her and tried to help her adjust.

We are first time puppy parents and this office has been nothing short of amazing!!!! Highly recommended!!!
