Clean rest area with a dog run.. vending machines.. picnic areas and truck parking. There's about 20 truck parking spots here give or take but the problem is that there's not enough room between the rows to pull in the space when it starts to fill up.. so it gets pretty difficult to pull in the spaces the more trucks there are.. other than that it's not a bad rest area..

Very nice rest area right off the highway. Good place to walk around only drink vending machines available. Only 4 stars since the family restroom wasn’t that clean. Gas station nearby as well.

I've been here a few times but today I was creeped out. While in the men's stall a man kept trying to open my door and slide his foot under the door several times. When I left he stared at me the whole time. I went to my car to rest and saw the guy go into the bathroom every time someone new went to the bathroom. He did this several times. Too young girls went into the bathroom while thier parent stayed in the car and I immediately started walking to thier parent to warn them but the guy came out and went back to his truck. When he saw me he got out of his truck and went back into the bathroom. He finally left but as I was writing this review he came back and past close to my car 2 times. and left again. Anyone who reads this please be safe and don't let your children go in unattended. He's now stalking me. He has a white truck and he's a heavy set man with a beard. He looks like a serial killer.

Update to my last post under a different account. I can't edit my last post or write a new review. As I was finishing my last post and about to leave. The creepy man passed my car for a third time. When I looked up he was across from me just staring. When I noticed he aggressively backed and parked right next to me. I asked him if he had a problem and just stared at me. I made it clear I had a weapon to defend myself but didn't faze him one bit. So i immediately left. That's when he backed up and parked next to a red van and stared into thier vehicle. He then backed up and started to leave. I wish i was able to take a picture of him and his vehicle but im not sure what he would have done. I hope CDOT sees these reviews and checks thier cameras and reports him to the authorities before someone gets hurt. He had a white pickup truck, driver side door had a dent, he was wearing what look like hunting gear sweatshirt with jeans and a baseball cap. I will never go there again and warn everyone to be careful.

Nice newer looking Rest Area with clean bathrooms but the grass is posted "no dogs" and the area marked dog run is full of small prickly thistle balls that I had to pick out of my dogs paws!!! I even had 20 of them in the bottom of my tennis shoes that even after I picked them off, left little spikes in the sole of my shoes!DON'T STOP HERE WITH DOGS!!!

I stayed there for 3 days, nobody bothered me even though the sign here says “no camping” (”Google” CDOT rules, cause basically, you can stay overnight in any rest area in Colorado). Very nice and clean inside/outside, also you can find the outlet inside in the lobby (on the wall by the lady's room). 2 little rabbits live here. Gass station and liquor shop next to the rest area. The only issue here is the smell outside, but it is almost not noticeable.

Cons: Like other areas of the "high plains" it usually smells. Amarillo, west Kansas, and parts of Nebraska, South Dakota. This is not the rest area that smells. That's just how the land smells with so many cattle living around.Another downside is that the train rolls through every 3-4 hours. If you're not a heavy sleeper or very tired, you're likely to have bad sleep with those trains.Watch out for snakes!Pros: There's usually always a place to park no matter what. If the rest area fills up (which I've never seen happen), there's a truck stop next door. On top of that, things are lax around here where you could make a couple parks on side streets and it would not be a big deal.The restrooms are always clean and stocked.Next door has a barebones restaurant, it's nothing special but it will fill you up and you won't have to eat chips and cold sandwiches.If it weren't for the train I'd give it 5 stars

Nice little rest stop. Plenty of room for both truckers and cars/trucks. Split parking area but plenty of dark spots of a nap is needed.

It is fairly easy off and easy to get back on the main road. The signage to get there may be a little small but they are placed to clearly navigate you to the location. There is ample parking, with restrooms that were clean. There is a dog run with grass to one side of the building

I love this place and feel total safe to get a few hours of rest. There is a lot of people doing the same and this is my stop at 10ish pm. Get 4/5 hours and drive rest to Denver. I have not seen any police drive through yet but do hope it’s done every so often.

Really nice rest area, bathrooms and everywhere was clean. And as a BONUS we got to see a bull snake hidden underneath one of the benches. Overall, great place! Just watch where you sit.

This one of the cleanest rest stops I’ve been to on my journey of being a trucker.- The bathroom had locks- The toilet paper was double plied- The parking for trucks where good- There was also plenty of space to walk aroundGood job on the staff for keeping this place in shape

This is an amazing rest stop. It has a family restroom with a sink and a toilet in an enclosed private room. It also has a dog run so your dog can get out and stretch its legs as well. All areas are very clean even the men's room as told by my male companions.

Great place to overnight when driving to a coast. Gas station with rudimentary food items right next door; nice building with restrooms etc. on the site.Used to be very quiet, but the word's out now - get there early to secure a space; lots of truckers use the facility for overnights. As usual in truck stop areas, DO NOT EXTEND YOUR SLIDES (if you're in an RV)...Be sure to have earplugs - the diesel generators can be loud, and there is a railway crossing next to the parking area - trains will blow their horns throughout the night before passing over the crossing.

Nice rest stop restroom clean and have family separate restrooms also .they have nice landscaping picnic tables and plenty of auto parking and just on the other side longer parking for Rv's and vehicles pulling travel trailers and semi truck parking to the right front of the rest stop 👍

The grass is green, obviously irrigated. Waste of water in this part of the country but it's nice for dogs I guess.Keep driving unless you have to pee.

A good place to stop and catch your breath or stretch. They've got a decent selection of hot food here gas station stuff of course. Also has a liquor store diesel fuel regular fuel ethanol. The rest area itself is nice and big and clean there's plenty of parking. There's also lots of truck parking which there were a lot of trucks here as it is very close to the interstate a little bit confusing and there is a lack of lighting so navigating the parking area can be a little tricky

Very large open area for big rigs, 2 designated RV spots, and a very confusing sign that says no overnight camping? It’s a rest stop so they have to let you sleep overnight lol. It’s dusty, has SO many flies, bathroom is a little run down but works just fine :). It’s loud and kind of confusing to get to, but hey! You’re right by a train track and the interstate.
