I took my shaggy old lady in to get a bath and fulminator treatment on Wednesday. My 13 year old short-medium coat dog sheds extra due to age/thyroid and the white in her coat doesn’t quite shine like it used to.When I picked her up she looked shiny and new! Her whites were bright and beautiful. Her coat looked glossy, smooth, and toenails trimmed.The customer service was great. The staff were calm and quiet with the animals I watched them handle. They were great about explaining things to me, and listening to me. They even went out of their way to call me to let me know my dog had an accident in the kennel, so her feet might be wet still when I get her. The situation was handled very tactfully and they told me our options if it is a regular occurrence in the future to eliminate the issue. They were very understanding that it may have just been nerves and next time might be better. Needless to say the communication was above and beyond and very appreciated.

They usually do a pretty good job with my scared little guy. I suggest taking the same groomer each time though.
