literally the dumbest staff. Tried to pay with an old style 50.00 bill which I got from the bank , she marked it with her special marker it passed . But it didn't have the markings of the new money DUH it's old money but still GOOD money. She refused to take it because she has never seen one before. For future you ignorant fool, I have attached an image.To all of the younger generations please do the world a favor and educate yourselves pull your heads from your rears and LEARN. Because of this idiot I will now order Everything I need from chewy and vow to never spend another dime in PetSmart. May all of their stores go broke.Update.used this same money at next door store. I loved the puppy training class. Mike was an excellent instructor. He was an expert in not only how to train dogs, but how to teach people to act in ways that dogs would understand and respect. He recognized my weakness that made it difficult to train my puppy and offered respectful advice that worked! The class was also fun!

They have the food I feed my dogs? Not sure that cuts it. The app they force you to use for "free bags" of food is trash, and never works right. Why is it always an app these days? Anyway, they have pet stuff, it's all over priced and service is ok, but stop trying to upsell me a your vital care subscription or whatever it is. Ugh.

Prices are very high. I purchased my dog food there because it is close to where I live. They do not give coupons anymore to help with expenses dog food costs. The people that work there are not very friendly as well. I’ll look again on line to see if I can purchase there.

Really clean, well kept Petsmart out of a lot I’ve been to! I’ve been to a lot around the US and honestly this one specifically is really amazing!!! Super clean, Amazing customer service, animals in great conditions, living spaces for cats are larger than the other Petsmarts I’ve been to. The animals and organization is well balanced. Only thing is I wish they had more variety of gender of species, I see more male animals than females in the small pet sections. Nothing wrong with that! I honestly adore everything about this place!! I wish I could adopt and take care of all the animals there!!! I really love them, and maybe one day I’ll make some of them a part of my family :)

Overall, this is a pretty excellent pet store, they do well at keeping it stocked on the staff is pretty decent! I try to hold my expectations low since I am going to a pet store, but this placed as well! I highly suggest stopping here if you need anything for your dog or cat, or any other animal for that matter!

I had an appointment with Nicole A, grooming for my 6 months old Malshi, really small puppy. I ask them exactly what I wanted, she decided to cut super short my dog and she called me very rude saying she couldn’t complete the hair cut cause he was too hyperactive, it was his first time ever grooming, I took him to the place in the other mall and they were able to fix what she made, I’m really disappointed about it and my dog is traumatized, I’m already contacting the company and everything. Definitely NOT recommend this place for grooming.

All the Kudos to the Orchard Pkwy grooming department. I had rough experience at a different location. I had to wait a great deal of time and then was told by chihuahua was too unsettled to have his nails trimmed. Totally different story at this location. They got him right in and handled him with compassion and care. Chihuahuas are tough doggies, but this salon took care of him with A+ service.

My poor puppy was shaved and they cut his skin. So sad that they left his buttcheeks all full of pus.. I understand he had some matted hair but there's gotta be a better way to do this...

I recently adopted a puppy that ended up not being weaned. The team member that helped was awesome. She helped us find everything I needed to keep this dog healthy and alive. The store was well stocked and had everything else needed. A lot of items included warranties at no additional costs.

I’ve never felt the need to write a review until now. Store leader Taylor had a very bad attitude and lacks customer service skills.I tried to make a return and was Taylor was rude because I was unaware they were not able to send my money back without my physical card . Called store and spoke to Karen .Came back to return and Taylor approached accusing me of attempting to return a different product . Opened product in front of me to peek inside . Did not complete my return (within the return period)Karen made the exception for me to help personally.Overal mean staff. Bad service . Not welcoming . Will not be coming back after that bad experience.Honestly felt like discrimination, so disappointed.

PetSmart is your one stop shop for all of your pet needs. They have every pet item that one could image at reasonable prices. We use them for veterinary services over the years and have been very happy with their services. They also have a customer loyalty program, which is a bonus.

This review is in regards to the grooming salon! First off the layout is very nice, you can see through and see all the pets getting groomed, and it is right in front of the store. I brought my cat Gus in to get groomed, we were a little behind on maintenance and he had a few matts that needed to be addressed. Izzy took care of him beautifully, did a great job getting all the matts off and he smelled so good after his bath! Will definitely be going back and recommend her for your cat grooming! :)

Groomer left my dog traumatized. Brought her in for an appointment with Amanda to be groomed. My dog hadn't been there for more then maybe an hour when I get a call stating that my dog was doing poorly and that the groomer had no experience. I came to get her and the way Amanda left her was completely embarrassing. Not only did I come in to my dog choking, panicking and freaking out but they left her fur all on her face head and front paws. Im glad they didnt charge me but I ended up spending the rest of my sunday about 3 hours fixing the disaster.

Check my history...I have never before written a poor Google review, only positive, but I had the most bizarre experience at the 144th street location.I went in to buy 10 neon tetras ( little tiny fish) for my fish tank.I was in a bit of a hurry and did not want to answer questions from Shannon (store manager) about what my fish tank size and set-up was. Politely I declined and said I just stopped in to buy 10 little fish and I need to get on with my day.Because I didn't want to answer questions about what size my fish tank set-up was at my home, she refused to sell me the 10 little fish.I thought it was a joke at first, but Shannon was serious.When I asked why she said, and I quote, "These are my pets and I want to make sure they go to a good home".I understand and respect any animal retailers being diligent, but it got a little weird for me when it went to refusing to sell 10 little fish and thinking that they are her "pets".But its ok...The location on Washington street got me in and out quickly, great service, and we all had a laugh about this experience. Ill be going to Washington Street (better Google star rating overall) going forward.Thank you Washington Street PetsMart!

i asked an employee to see the cats and he said i had to be 18 years old and i responded i am so he called his manager and she came to help and she had so much attitude and then proceeded to tell me i have to be 21 to see them and i was of age to see them and she wouldn’t let me in to meet them i had to adopt in order to see them and i didn’t want to adopt a cat that doesn’t like me!!!!!

I wish I knew the name of the angel employee who helped me today. I went in to buy a dog bed for our aging German Shepherd because I don't think he will be with us much longer. In all my emotional messiness I ran into an employee who I think was actually on her break. She immediately asked if I needed help and I asked if there were any dog beds on clearance. Our dog had just bled all over his bed and this is a recurring issue. I just want him to be comfortable and in a clean bed during his final times with us. I just lost it and started crying while trying to explain this to a complete stranger and this lady (yes I will be calling to get her name) without a second of hesitation told me to pick a bed and that she would let the folks at the front register know about a discount she was approving. Sure enough when I went to pay there were no questions asked and my dog is enjoying his new bed as I type this. Whoever this angel is, I hope that you get all kinds of good karma and a giant bonus from this act of kindness. I had such a bad day and to have someone show me kindness, compassion and empathy made things so much better. Will definitely be going back.

so we usually use leo who is the best but idk where he was so we sent in our loving doggy in after the groomer asked us exactly how we wanted her cut and she literally completely shaved her whole body which we are dissatisfied with in so many ways and our baby is so sad smh this is the worst place to groom your dogs please don’t!!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My mom took my poor 1 year old cat to get his nails clipped a bit cause they were growing so long they were getting stuck in our couch. She also sent him there for a groom. She brought my cat (Storm) back, and one of his TEETH were broken off. BROKEN OFF. WHAT? EXISE ME??! And they didn’t even cut his nails. My mom contacted the manager to speak to the lady who did Storms grooming. The manager I guess was scared that she was going to get ANOTHER bad review and said “ ok, ok, I will tell her when she starts her shift. Never did ever get back to us.

Felicity bathed my german shepherd and handled it perfectly. He hates water but made him calm and at ease. She has a special way with dogs it seems. Proffesional and timely and patient. My dog is a handful and did great.10/10 would recommend her.

I took my cat in for grooming. I am impressed! Missy did a fantastic job. My kitty is so soft, clean and smells great. Definitely opt for the Chi upgrade!!! My cat Ophelia seems happy about the experience. I will continue to bring my cat here.

The groomers have done a wonderful job in the past grooming my blind rescue (min schnauzer) but this time they’ve deemed it unsafe for her because she can’t stand up on their slick surface (groom table).I was never given a more detailed explanation than that. She’s too scared to run, she just freezes in place and sits or lays down. I can only assume the staff doesn’t know how to deal with any other dog than average. Or maybe it was just that groomer.
