SHAME ON YOU PANERA EMPLOYEESWe ordered a margarita flatbread pizza and it had more sauce than I’ve ever seen, which was runny and watery and dripped like tomato juice not sauce. The pizza wasn’t baked all of the way, resulting in flimsy crust, and when trying to separate the pieces, we quickly realized they weren’t cut all of the way through. The cheese slid right off of the tomato juice (sauce) leaving us with wet dough. Like COME ON. Really? Is it THAT hard to insure customers get what they pay for? My shirt was splattered by the sauce when trying to separate the first piece and I highly doubt the stains will come out considering my fingers are stained as I type this-

I have not eaten at Panera since moving to Colorado just over two years ago.I am afraid they are pricing themselves out of their market. I felt like I was charged for more food than I paid for.I selected the you pick 2 southwest chicken ranch salad and veggies sandwich. Added a Vanilla latte just under $23.00Sadly I was hungry soon after. I have spent less on a meal and stayed satisfied for long after.I don't understand why their registers are prompting you to tip them.We pick up our own food and bus our own tables. Which means everyone is doing the job they are paid to do, with zero additional effort.No one is making sure my drink is full, if something is missing from my order, it's a trip back to the kitchen for me to get it. Yet, I am being asked to tip their staff for just doing the job they are hired to do.In fact, I am doing the job we often have provided to us by the food service industry. Picking up my order, busing my table, going back to the kitchen for missing items.By the way, my pager wasn't even charged for me to pick up my order. Thankfully I was having lunch with a friend. She ordered after me and when her pager went off, she said mine might be ready. There was a meal on the counter.I look at my pager and noticed that the lights were out. There was a light on when they handed it to me. It changed, but didn't vibrate so I didn't think it was mine initially.But upon noticing it was dead, and her food was ready and I ordered prior to her...I went to the counter and asked about my meal. It was in fact ready...In my head I began to wonder: How long had it been sitting there? How long would it have been sitting there if I had been eating alone?If you anticipate that we are going to pick up our meals based on the pager going off. I believe it's reasonable then for me to expect it to be fully charged and ready to call me to pickup my food in a timely manner!Had my order been hot, my food would have been getting cold due to a dead pager. As it was the ice in my iced coffee was melted and the bread on my sandwich was left exposed to the air longer than it needed to be.The southwest sauce on my salad wasn't as visually appealing as it was when they first dressed my salad. Having never ordered the saled before initially I thought it was the sauce. In hindsight, it was the sauce sitting exposed, that's exactly what the funny color was!Since we eat with our senses all these tiny missteps impacted both the enjoyment of my meal today. But equally important my likelihood of returning in the future. Which isn't likely!I have been trying places that I didn't get to choose where I lived previously.You failed to make me miss you today!

I ordered through the drive through and only received a portion of what I ordered. Once I got home and saw that the order was wrong, I called in and spoke the manager (Jordan) who told me that I could come back and they would make my order right at no charge. I told her I would come back the following day ( today) and when I did, the assistant manager met me at the window asking for me original receipt (which I was never given) and when I told her that she could look it up under my phone number because I am a rewards customer, she insisted I still needed the receipt. I laughed andre said, “So not only did you get my order wrong, but you didn’t give me a receipt and even though you can look the order up by my phone number, you are refusing to do so and I am once again the one paying for your mistake”. She said she could give me a discount on my order but she wouldn’t comp it. I wasn’t going to argue so I just said never mind and drove away. I won’t be eating at that Panera again.

So I ordered my food at the drive thru and they don’t give me a total for the food. I go to the window and the cashier who was extremely rude. So she calls over a manager who talks down to me like I’m an idiot. Refuse to take the gift card that has a card number on it. I didn’t think they could get any worse in customer service. Went over to Panera in superior who took the gift card.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I along with our 7 year old daughter went in for dinner only because the wait at Lazy Dog was too long. My 7 year old daughter always tells me to say “Dad” when we go to restaurants that ask for a name because she thinks it’s hilarious when someone yells out we have an order for “dad”. So that has been our family thing for over a year now and it has always gotten laughs and smiles. Not at this Panera, after the worst dinner I’ve ever had at Panera I was pulled aside by whom I assume was the shift manager telling my that my behavior was unacceptable and that I wasn’t allowed back at the restaurant for giving the name “dad” when asked for a name for our order. At first I thought she was joking but she continued to berate me in front of my wife and daughter. I am always extremely polite and apologized if I had offended anyone in anyway. Needless to say my wife and daughter and I will NEVER eat at that location again and will let everyone I know to steer clear of that specific store. Accusing me of malicious intent on something so whimsical was almost comical but again I apologized and my family left. Our shabby dinner was over $70 and I left a tip. We went for Ice Cream afterwards and when asked for a name for the order my 7 year old daughter said “Dad”. When they called out the order for the ice cream a few minutes later my daughter squealed with delight and a few others laughed making what had just happened at Panera all the more comical. Shame on you for accusing me of something so nefarious, that was simple and light hearted. Beware of this store and staff inside.

Food is fine. The price vs portion is outlandish.Salads were nearly $10/each and family size of butternut squash soup is ~$20. The picture attached cost $57 (which includes 20% tip). Phone for size comparison. NGL, this is disproportionate regarding price vs value.

This is actually the worst Panera I’ve gone to. Like the food is still the same, but it took forever for them to make. How does it take 20 minutes to make two bowls of Mac and cheese and a chicken bowl? And they gave us the wrong size smoothie. I had to drink a small sized smoothie that cost $7. I’d rather go dumpster diving behind a financially declining food bank than eat here again. 0/5.

Paid 7.49 for a half chicken salad sandwich today and was disappointed with the small portion of chicken. Worst part about it is that it was a drive through pick up order from the app so I was all the way home when I realized. Basically felt like a bread sandwich with a tiny bit of chicken. Staff was nice though!

Overpriced, cold food, wrong order, lousy uncaring service and filthy dining area. Drink station was a mess and leftover iced tea is uncalled for. $5.99 per drink is outrageous. $45 for 2 cups of soup, 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. I hope you price yourselves right out of business. 3.3 average review score is overstated. We will never eat at Panera Bread again, ever.

Absolutely poor management at this place. Huge wait times, as managers are in the back somewhere or just walking around watching, literally doing nothing as some of their workers are trying to keep up (Looks like some are completely lost).Find a manager not scared to step in and help and motivate their team. Put in place correct training so everyone can help as needed. Sitting here waiting for food, watching the Chaos. Lack of leadership from Managers kill this place. Same taste in food as any Panera.

Just like the most recent review I wish I could give this place zero stars! You guys have a bunch of children working in here who don’t understand that work is not for socializing! The girls in the back making the food talked very rude and loudly about customers coming in at the last minute which my husband and I were those people. Their whole conversation was extremely unprofessional and for them to talk so loud for the customers to hear they should be fired. I wasn’t even comfortable eating the food so I just left it on the counter. What a shame I spend $15 on a meal that I didn’t even eat. Never again will I come here and for anybody reading this better think twice about coming here if you want to be treated in a rude manner! These kids know nothing about workplace professionalism speaks volumes on who raised you…

Went for breakfast this morning. 11/5/23 Unfortunately, after paying almost $40 I should checked my receipt to make sure the person taking my order heard me order the second sandwich. The employee/manager helping in kitchen was rude. They just kept asking what sandwich they could remake make for me. We also waited almost 30 minutes for one sandwich and an iced coffee. It is sad as my kids really like the cinnamon rolls. Oh well. Looks like they lost this family customers.

Ordered a chipotle chicken Avocado Melt to go.Get home and this is the sandwich. There is no chicken on it. It looks like whoever made this sandwich doesn’t care about the people they are making it for or care that it cost $11 dollars for half a sandwich.Respect your work people.

every so often I get an absolute CRAVING for panera, who doesn’t?! i walked in tonight looking forward to the best mac n cheese, and it says “item unavailable”. yup, i was disappointed, what’s the point of panera if you can’t get that creamy mac. after adding my “chipotle chicken avocado sandwich” which ended up being a grilled cheese, there the mac n cheese was, it popped up all non-chalant. let’s get back to the real issue of tonight’s order: i ordered a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and got a GRILLED CHEESE?! the only similarity between these two is the bread, which was marked as “item unavailable”. panera, question to you, are your items really “unavailable”?. not only that but the bread and cheese was burnt on the grilled cheese. all in all this trip was underwhelming and i am extremely unhappy.

I picked up the "Family Feast" which claims to "Serve 4-6" people. They forgot the french baguette loaf, the Caesar salad was laughably small, and the Roasted Turkey and Avacado BLTs had literally a single piece of bacon and no turkey. The 4 of us were pretty disappointed and hungry afterwards.

Horrible service. No one around to take my order so used the tablets that are out. Then when the order was complete no announcement or notice so who know how long it sat there. Then on top of it my $12 Mediterranean bowl had half the ingredients it was supposed to and came in a ‘bowl’ this size.

It has been "one of those days" where nothing goes very well, and everything takes twice as long as it should. I'd just left another restaurant where food never showed up after waiting 30mins. I placed an order with Panera online for pickup since I was, by then, ravenous. I got there at the appointed time. When my food wasn't *immediately* ready, I talked to the very friendly and helpful young woman behind the register who quickly tracked down my order (which wasn't terribly late at all!). But, in the mean time I shared my day with her while she offered me a soda on the house due to the short delay. They sent me on my way with an extra cookie too. And then, when I pulled the much needed cookie from the bag, I found this very nice sticky note!!! Thank you, Panera staff, for turning my day around with your wonderful service and tasty treat!!

My wife ordered the Chicken Chipotle Avocado sandwich through the drive through, got home and opened up the wrapping to a mess.. Plus the workers packed the hot food on top of the cold salad. These kids running this place during the evening don’t represent this store greatly at all. My wife mentioned she was getting rude looks too from the drive through staff, possibly because she placed an order 30 mins prior to closing. Either way, service sucked.

I love Panera Bread. This visit was a disaster. The store was out of most things we wanted - many fruits, tomatoes, avocado, some breads. We finally got our order in and when we received it -- oy. The salad was soggy, like the lettuce looked like it had been frozen at some point. The silverware was not clean. Gratefully, the restaurant itself was tidy, but that's the best I can say. And what happened to the yummy 0 calorie fruit teas?
