I brought my Golden Retriever, Yawkey, in for a full grooming at the Westminster store. Madison did a fantastic job. She asked a lot of questions on how I'd like him to be groomed and really did great job. He has a ton of thick fur that can be tough to brush out since he swims a lot and the picture shows how great he looks.

Had a wonderful first experience for our Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso mix with Bri. She asked great questions about the type of cut and length and did exactly what I asked. He looks and feels so much better!

My Mr. Wilson had his first appointment with Michell today at Kriser's in Westminster and out of the previous grooming, she was amazing. She was friendly, informative and very patient with him as he is still full of puppy energy. His cut was very clean and smooth, I've not seen him look more adorable and the little rhinestone on his ears is just TOO CUTE. TY Michelle!!

Took my mainecoon here to get groomed, he was matted on his rump area and shedding mildly. The service provided was excellent, and the employees were able to answer all of my questions since it was my first time. After two hours, he was done. They had to shave the mats, but did so well that you couldn’t tell. First-time customers receive a discount!

I love the Roosevelt food so much! my picky dog will eat it and my cats love it too. I tried a different flavor about a month ago and it didn't agree with my pup: the woman who helped me exchange the food was so nice and helpful! she had no problem with the exchange and to make it easier, she let me make an online order in store to save 20%. This store has always been so helpful and everyone here is so friendly and kind.

Bad experience. I was asked the morning/ day of my appointment to come in an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment because my groomer called in. Had to rush home from work, load up my 14 & 13 year old dogs, drove 25min in heavy traffic on a Saturday at lunch time, and when I arrived 5 minutes late, to my hour early appointment, I was turned away. Told I should have been 5min earlier. This appointment was scheduled weeks in advance, because they schedule so far out. I’d come here twice before, took care of my 3 dogs at different times, and then was pleased with the grooming quality, also purchased products from here many times, but really dropped the ball this time. Little compassion and Low tolerance for a loyal customer who tried to meet inconvenient circumstances. In total this experience ate up my time, gas, and cost me money. Will go elsewhere in the future. Unfortunate and disappointing.

I had a bad experience at the Lakewood Kriser's with a very rude groomer that had me in tears after driving an hour across town to get my dog groomed, and when calling and hearing my situation -Madison didn't even hesitate and took my dog in to be groomed. She absolutely saved my day, and I am so grateful that I had such a nice warm, person take my dog in to be groomed. The quality of her grooming is amazing, and I felt 100% comfortable leaving my dog with her. She also walked my dog with me, she went above and beyond in everything she did for me that day, thank you so much Madison. I will be bringing Zaq to you from now on! :) THANK YOU <3

My experience at Kriser's Natural Pet was nice...I went in looking for dog treats that my dogs could eat that wouldn't make them sick.They were very helpful and attentive. Their suggestions worked out great for my pups!They have a lot packed into that little store!Treats,food,toys and lots of other pet supplies.Perfect place to find a nice gift for a pampered pet!I have not used their grooming service...so can not comment about that.My experience was pleasant and I will return!

My dog loved it here! The manager, Kelly, is very knowledgeable and made several recommendations on what's best for my new rescue. Really helped out since I haven't owned a dog in almost 2 decades!ETA: kriser's is like another part of our family now! My dog loves the Roosevelt food and Kelly does. Not. Miss. If you ever need recommendations on what your furry family member may need, she's got you!

We took our Golden to get groomed here today and when I picked her up she looked absolutely amazing! This is literally the first time anyone has trimmed her hair correctly and got all her crazy fly always, she looks absolutely beautiful I’m so happy! She was groomed by the cute girl with the multicolored hair and she did a stunning job! We 100% just found our favorite place to get our dog groomed and will recommend our friends here, grooming prices are fair to other competitors. Our dog really doesn’t like being in a kennel and she went a little crazy with the barking but the employees were so great and took turns taking her out of the kennel to pet and play with her, Also the shop is super cool and they have tons of stuff for your pets! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Took our 12 week old rescue puppy there and we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. They showed genuine interest in our pup, asked good questions and responded to ours with enthusiasm and insight. Rocky, the staff dog was super sweet and gentle, giving us a chance to socialize in a safe way. Saw lots of other dogs getting groomed and they all looked calm and well handled by the groomers on that side of the shop. We'll be back, wagging happily!

Picked this groomer because of a review that said they were good with bigger dogs that didn't like getting their nails done- so true. At my previous groomer when I would pick him up he was so stressed and would fall asleep as soon as we got home. At this place he comes out relaxed, so I know they are gentle with him. Recently got a full groom with deshedding and he looks fantastic. Thank you!

I love this little shop. The staff is super helpful and friendly. When my diabetic Terrier was diagnosed with heart disease we had to change his diet. Feeding him was very tricky. Just because it was good for him, didn’t mean he would eat it. Finally, we found food that was both good for him and he liked it, but we would buy it all up and run out. Nicole, went really far out of her way to track down his food for us. She really helped us get him healthy again. We are forever grateful. Krisers will always be my 1st choice pet store.

Love the staff at Krisers Westminster! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and Kelly was so nice when I was there! She actually carried the big heavy bag of dog food out to my car for me!! What a sweetheart! Great customer service! And my dog loves the food and treats!!

I took 2 of my doggies here today for a grooming and was quoted online for 35 each since they are little I figured that was standard pricing. Then I drop them off and come back and all the groomer did was complain the whole time. She asked if they had ever been groomed because their behavior was horrible. Honestly I couldn't believe how she is a groomer if all she is going to do is complain. The grooming on my boy looks great what I asked my girl not so great. When I cashed out I was surprised with almost $200 for the 2 of them like wait what that's not what I was quoted for on their website 😐 way to expensive for the service they received. I know I won't go back at that price to here their groomer complain the whole time.

Need a natural pet store? LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is awesome. They take the time to teach you and listen to your concerns. They honestly do truly care and is the best pet store I have ever been to! From their products to their staff A++. So this little hole in the wall is surprisingly good at everything!We started buying our dog food here because they hold more flavors of the organic foods that we like for our little four-legged friend.Eventually, we decided to have him groomed here and the people there who we spoke with were so knowledgeable and kind in explaining what needed to be done, I really felt like we were in great hands.Highly recommend!

Adopted a cat from a shelter so his fur needed a lot of love and a good cleaning. It was hard to find a cat groomer so I took a chance with Kriser’s. They did an excellent job! My cat looks amazing. They did a better ear cleaning than the vet. And his nails are the perfect length and filed just right.If he ever needs a bath again for some reason, I will bring him back here!

Walked in still open…Oh we are about to close, can you come back?Nope our dog is completely out of food, we only need to grab a bag pretty bad.No, why don’t you walk down to Chuck and Dons, they are really close.We are in a rush and only need one bag.Walk over to Chuck an Dons, it’s just next door.- it is not within walking distance. Why would you say that to someone, we were parked and not going to carry a bag of dog food almost a half mile across the lot. Do not shop here. Zero customer service. Rude. Next time seriously just make up a story like the credit card is down.

I will not be taking my dogs back for grooming. They have increased prices and reduced customer service. They do not answer the phone and always claim that they called and left a message. I called in Dec. to make an appointment and they said the 1st available was Feb. 2nd. I arrived at the scheduled time and the groomer had canceled and no one called me...Enough is enough.

Our 10 year old Cocker Spaniel is blind and nervous - staff go out of their way to make a fuss of him on arrival. His groomer Bri is absolutely fantastic with him, and that fast tail wag when he smells her tells me he adores her. Regardless of season and requests, he always comes out looking handsome and super pleased with himself. Wonderful group of people, thank you to all, especially Bri.

Wow! Stumbled in here one day after grocery shopping just to look around and it totally changed my dog’s life! Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Their rewards program is consistent and awesome! They will answer any questions for as long as you need. As for prices, you are getting a quality here you don’t find anywhere else so it’s worth it. Me and arrow are forever grateful to have Kriser’s family part of our life!

Last week my dog was groomed at Kriser’s. A previous grooming there was excellent. Not this one. She came home with a mediocrehaircut, but that will grow out. She also came home with a hard welt the size of a ping pong ball on her flank. Since then, she is very afraid of loud noises and hides all day in a far corner of a bedroom, two behaviors she has never exhibited before. Needless to say, we will NOT go back.

We used to shop here all the time. Our dog likes visiting there. The new staff that replaced the old are much better. However, our vet told us that the food we were buying there was hurting our dog. So we went and got a different food somewhere else and it was much more affordable. So we don’t go there much anymore because it is so expensive.

The store people were rude when I wanted help. They said "We will be with you in a minute" but clearly they were huddled together talking about personal issues. After looking around for about 5 minutes with no help I left. When I walked out I could see they just looked at me and shrugged their shoulders. I wrote to the president of the company who never returned my email. I buy all my dog/cat food online now. The prices are cheaper and it is delivered to your front door.As for the earlier post about not getting the job: I absolutely agree with you to not shop here if they cannot give you a simple phone call or email. I think 3 interviews is a stupid amount of time and effort to find an assistant manager for a small store. They would be better off spending time and money on customer service (or make a great contribution to a worthy non-profit). Seriously, you don't want to work for a company like this anyway. I hope you have found a better fit for you and are happy doing it.

I've been coming here for the last 3 years (4-6 times a year) to get our dog groomed with no issues. Today was terrible. Crystal went off the notes of how we always get our dog groomed and when I came to pick her up it looked like she only had her nails trimmed. The groomer, Crystal was extremely rude and defensive. I spoke with the Assistant Manager who said her name is Gavin who gave a discount. However we were still charged $63 essentially for a bath and nail trimming that I would have done better myself. Not sure what is going on with this place. If you are looking for an overpriced bath to book 3-6 weeks in advance, this is your place. We will be on the hunt for a new groomer.
