The discount section has excellent items available that are difficult to pass up on, thats for sure.I was shopping a week ago & an accident happened while I was standing there. A vendor didn't realize I was there & shoved the swinging doors into my ankle, I should of been wearing better shoes cause it hurt badly. They immediately got a chair & responded accordingly. Dre?, the store manager found the vendor & he completely took responsibility & apologized. I really respect that, it was an accident, I wasn't prepared myself. So Kings called to follow up & made sure I was ok & didn't hurt after that day & I told him, it was no big deal. I give this store credit for taking responsibility. I shop there all the time & will continue.

I love being able to shop on line and then pick up my groceries. The people who bring out my shopping - wally, red, and others, are always cheerful and helpful. The shoppers communicate well if there are any issues with my order. It's a good service.

We was craving some chicken after we got off work. We arrived at 6:30 and the staff said they were already closed! REALLY!!! Come on they don’t need to close that early, not everyone can get off work to get chicken that early! We ended up going to KFC much better chicken but cost twice as much! Come on King Soopers!!!

This is the go-to grocery store for my family. The staff are nice and approachable. They don't re-arrange so often that things are difficult to find, I cannot stand grocers that do that. Inventory looks to be kept fresh and organized.

Whole family is home sick with the flu & thought we could order some things for delivery, but multiple items were missing from the order. Not only did I have to pay a delivery fee but also a tip for an incomplete order. Totally unacceptable .

The only reason for 5 stars is for Heather at the cheese island. She is amazing and her customer service is even better. I actually stopped shopping here after the remodel but came in today for an office party snack and because of Heather's amazing service you may have earned a customer back..time will tell!

Angel the lady who works in the pharmacy she is such a great women she went above and beyond to get me my meds and get me to feel better, she asked if I was doing better, and she called another pharmacy which my dr. Accidentally send the medicine to and ask them to referral bag here so I don’t have to take a drive all the way there, she smiled and welcomed me in such a wonderful women with beautiful soul. ♥️

King Soopers has changed the way they're doing business! I used to be able to by many different brands now it's King Soopers brand with packaging that is very close to the name brands packaging. If you do pay attention to what you grab you will end up with Kroger instead.

I pick up my groceries since I work in a nursing home and have been careful through flu and COVID not to take anything into work. I must say, Red is one of the happiest people I've ever met. She always has a kind word when bringing out my groceries and asks about pets and tells me to give mine hugs from her. She's professional and kind and deserves recognition. She's truly an asset to this King Soopers on Fed and 104th.

Came here to get hamburgers and buns to grill out. Get home and the buns are moldy. Went to Walmart across the street to get buns same night. Go back to the king soopers the next day to get some other items including garlic. Tell the guy at check out about the buns being moldy and he says I have to bring them back to the store to get a refund. It’s $1.80 so whatever. Employee while I’m looking at garlic tells me just to take one - “they all look the same.” Get home and crack open the garlic and it’s dry and gross. Also cut open a watermelon and it looks like this. Do i really need to haul this stuff back up there?

I somehow keep accidentally buying food that is spoiled and/or expired from this place. I have never encountered a grocery store that cares so little about making sure there is no spoiled food on the shelves.

The Customer Service are rude, bark at people. Cashier same. Only good ones are manager Dre, & Hispanic guy that wears beanies,. I've always liked KS, except this one.. I'm over it!!

Always Pleased with my old Neighborhood KINGS! I Moved away 10 Years ago and still try to make it when I Can! 👍🏼There is a Closer Kings on 84 area. I'm still Not Hooked Up Digitally and I've Missed GREAT Deals..! 😛

In-person is great, but they need to communicate way more about their delivery when things go wrong. They were supposed to deliver this morning between 9 and 10AM. I get a notice that something's missing, no problem. At 9-ish, I get notice that the driver has said the ETA is 9:35. I waited for over an hour before trying to call about the order, getting no infor about where it was. At 12:30PM, they unceremoniously canceled the order. No communication except an email saying it had been cancelled on my behalf. If they had told me about the issue sometime in the intervening 3 hours, it would have freed up my morning considerably; I only did delivery because they had great coupons that only worked for delivery.

Does it make any sense to go to a Starbucks owned facility with Covid-19? I just don’t see the value, when a few steps west of this facility, in the same shopping center you have Kings Supermarket with a Starbucks counter with even more options to have with your coffee (i.e. Donuts, etc) at a much better price.The whole point of Starbuck is the experience... if tables are closed, with only Pickup & Delivery - then the Starbuck facilities offer little or NO value at all.11/17/20 amToday, for some odd reason, most of what I asked for was not possible in the same coffee order I place several times a week at this same location. Weird...I just left - the older person there was impossible... and I am an older person myself! wow🙄

I I have been going to the same King Soopers for 30 years and now that you took away the plastic bags the last two times my paper bag tore and all my groceries went rolling down the stairs at my apartment!!!! I'm about to change and go to Safeway this was totally rude you're making it hard on your customers!!!!

I used to feel safe at this King Soopers. I went in for groceries and forgot a cart. You are a criminal if you forgot a cart on the way in with a new gate. Felt very safe when they had hired a security guard. Looks like they are cheaping out and going the Walmart and home depot route by installing one way gate at the entrance. I wouldn't recommend places like this for you or your family because they must be having issues with bad guys.

Don't bother shopping at this location or having home delivery they can't read simple addresses, so I would believe they don't know numbers, so I doubt they have more than a 3rd grade education .

Need more self-check registers! Only 4 were functioning and there was a line. There was a few lanes with cashiers waiting for customers. The lane I entered I wasn’t greet just looked at and felt like I was interrupting a person conversation. The cashier was Lorraine, from what my receipt says. She had her cell phone out and only thing she said to me was, “would you like a bag?” I understand we are all over worked and don’t feel appreciated at many companies but I think I’m going to start shopping else where.

They have bike parking, which by American standards, is already pretty shocking. The grid rack style they chose however, is a very poor choice for security since you can only lock your front wheel. Even replacing this with just 2 "inverted U" racks would be a massive upgrade and allow more people to make the leap to replacing a few car trips a month knowing their bike is safe outside.

Much smaller selection than other stores, less sale options by comparison, but the state is because they let the lines run out into the main through way until you cant get through, with only 2 lanes open, this happens regularlly. Issue with management not employees.

The staff is amazing! 👏 Pharmacist John is top shelf👌The reason for a 4 🌟 star is that the pharmacy is closed from 1p -1:30p. That ends up being a hassle 🙃.

Prices and everything is standard king Soopers and good, decent selection and clean, but there is always a long line to checkout. Only one register open and only one of two self checkout areas open too.
