A woman who works at the store, associate Noelle, wanted to take my purse or have me leave the store and was very unprofessional when she confronted me about it. Shouting across the store instead of talking to me privately and explaining. To be clear, I'm an adult with a handbag and not a teenager with a backpack. I was a weekly customer and my basket was already full. I was obviously going to make a big purchase and not just wander around shoplifting. The store was not busy. I left it all and won't go back.

This store was a wreck and the worker was just spying on everyone instead of trying to help anyone out. I've always loved 5 belows but that one left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Highly recommend the new one at Riverpointe though.

The store was extremely clean. The employees were helpful. I was looking for something specific which they did not have but I was suggested a few other items that I got instead. I like that they have a variety of quality items. The only thing that I would change about the entire store is the width of the Isles. For people who are in a bariatric wheelchair it is complicated to navigate the store. The bathroom was clean also and was easy to get in and out of. One thing I really appreciated was that both of the doors swing open and there's no bar in the middle. I find it extremely hard to get into a lot of other stores because there's a bar in the middle of the doorway and I'm in a bariatric wheelchair so I move very slowly and often are people behind me waiting to get in or out of somewhere. Also I could add that at the checkout The employees were extremely helpful.

My daughter and I went in about 5 min after opening and the store was trashed! Boxes all over near the front of the store, clothes all over on the floor. Not the way a store should look at opening time. Appears managers or owners either don't know how this store looks or just don't care. Any retail establishment should be picked up and clean for opening the next day!

This store has a lot of cheap plastic junk but they also have some useful items that are inexpensive, especially holiday items such as Easter candy.

A little disorganized on certain aisles . There were self checkout lanes one of which someone got to use as self checkout. Then when we went to check out an employee helped, which was a little confusing since it seemed to be self checkout.

Store changed hours from what google has listed. They open at 9am. The employee was rude about it, like as if I’m suppose to know that they don’t open till nine. I was only 5 mins early and the store was already open. The staff here are just completely rude. They should change their open time on google if it bothers them that much

I love this place it’s like a dollar store n and Ross and even some what a little bit like the old Spencer’s too! Every time I been in this store I have some great workers who I have to say everyone that I have had come to me here at the Westminster store has been the best they have outstanding customer service they will go 110 to help a customer no matter how busy they get and if they don’t have what u want they will try take u to the next best thing they don’t push anybody out the doors during closing like most stores I give them 5 stars because everyone of those employees deserve it. This store has some cool items i or stuff I need from gag gifts or misc or clothing to dry food items great place to buys gifts.this store is organized and clean it’s not far from home!

This store is amazing! Really cute room decor and unique vintage candy and Asian snacks. Endless phone cases, USB cords, chargers, headphones, and accessories. They also had bottle of Clorox bleach, spray and different kinds of hand sanitizers.Staff was disinfecting each self checkout register after every customer and very friendly. Highly recommend!

They have the store set up with self checkouts and the employees want to still check you out at the SELF checkout. Wont be going back unless they put in normal check outs!

There’s nothing like being rung up by somebody that charges you for two items that you don’t even have and then takes it out on you the customer. Just happened at the new five below in Sheridan in Colorado. And to add insult to injury the girl had such an attitude. You could clearly see. I was charged for flowers and candles that I didn’t even have. If you go there you better really watch your receipt. There was a difference of over three dollars.

I used to love coming here every week. Recently the store is a mess and is always cluttered with boxes everywhere. They closed the registers which is super odd and now there’s always a line.. im honestly so disappointed and have not shopped there for a few weeks due to this. Please clean up your store and open the self registers back up.

I get so many deals here for art stuff and activities for my son and I to enjoy on a budget. If you want your kid off the screens, get a toy here and go outside with them and have a blast. Light up gaming stuff for the kid, accessories for the wife, what dad isn't a kid at heart to some degree? Just let yourself treat yourself and have some fun!

Great store! Very clean, well organized store and the staff were friendly. I went in the last 10 minutes before closing and almost everything I seen was about $5. I highly recommend this store.

Love this place. You can almost get anything here especially if your on a budget it amazing. If you have kids this is a great place for them to get some toy, there toy sectionis usually pretty big and for the price it really good. There books, clothes, make up, work out, technology items, a small section for dog and cat. I travel from greeley all the way down to Denver because it that awesome to go to and there none closer to me.

I was in this store on 9- 29 -22 in the evening and the store was fine however the cashier was not very helpful.The floor stocker did help, but not until we ask her, seems the cashier would have ask her to help. She just keep saying we have what we have or I am not sure.I went back in there today and there was a very kind young lady, her name was Anahyi dark hair and eyes that checked me out, bagged my items, while the other girl, I think the same girl from my last visit well no response.The last visit, the cashier did not offer any info and certainly did not help check me out or bag my items.If you guys give compliments to your valued employees please let her know she is appreciated. I know I spelled her name wrong but I did ask her and it was Anahyi, and she said with an I on the end.Thanks, good help is hard to find. I don't usually care about being helped in a store unless I ask, but my friend that was with me also commented soooooo. Thank you in advance for letting this sweet girl know she was appreciated today.

It's a nice store has some art supplies, kids clothes, makeup, seems great for kids & adults some exercise equipment, mat's, steppers, weights just a lot of little cool gadgets. Clean & friendly service.
