I highly recommend this business without hesitation! Every time I've visited, the staff have been incredibly accommodating. I have an older (stubborn) dog who isn’t the easiest to get into a tub. Each time I've brought him to Dingos Dog Wash, the staff have been more than willing to assist in getting him into the self dog wash bath tub. you can really just tell how much this team cares about our four legged friends!! 10/10 🐾❤️

What an incredible spot for self washing your dog or having them groomed. Frank did great on his first ever self-wash and even let us use the blow dryer!The management and entire team were so friendly and explained all of the tools and things you can use.There is also a punch card to earn a free wash.

Employees Karri and Gavin at Dingo's Westminster location are great. Really helpful and friendly, and I could not have gotten my 90 lb dog bathed without them. We will be a repeat customer!

Carissa is amazing! First I have to say my dog was in need of a good grooming since I thought I could do it myself and I was very wrong!! Groomers are worth every penny and a great groomer like Carissa even more. She is the first groomer I have taken him to that knew how to groom a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. Thank you Carissa I am so glad I found you!

We go to Dingo’s often, for organic treat, to the self wash, to the grooming, they are our go to place for our pup. The grooming staff is always so kind and patient with our COVID pup, they go at her pace and treat her so well. We love it! Thanks for all that you do!

I’ve been here a couple of times for the self wash rooms for my dogs, and I have been impressed every time. The rooms are well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, brushes, scrubbers, towels, leads to keep your dog in the tub, steps in and out, and the high powered dryer, which is a big reason I come here instead of doing it all at home. Other dog wash stations I’ve found time your wash/rinse/dry in sections, and that just doesn’t work for all dogs, so I like the flat rate here for everything. The price for 1-2 dogs is very reasonable, and I love that they even have kids’ smocks since my kids love to help wash their pups! Plus, the staff are always so friendly and helpful.

We tried the self wash station for the first time as our normal was out of service. We liked the private stall. However, the place didn't look like it was well cleaned between dogs, the soap was runny and didn't suds, requiring us to use more, and the tools felt dirty. Our dog left not smelling clean and the next guest was offered our room minutes after we left with no cleaning of the area or no fresh towels. I was very disappointed with the quality of products and cleanliness and would not return.

2nd time they leave my dog like this. Would not recommend you bringing your dog here. They just start them and say that he moves too much id expect them to be the experts or at least give me a heads up mentioning theres a chance they’re going to leave them half bald because they’re unable to finish them.

The groomers at this store take their jobs very seriously and communicate with thier clients well. My pet had an incident where she moved suddenly and had her paw pad get cut open. They took her to the vet and informing me about the situation. They took responsibility and told me what had happened and didn't try to give excuses.I came to get her and the groomer felt awful for hurting my dog and even waited at the vet with me. They even paid for the vet and groomer bill for me.Thanks for being upfront about everything and making sure Dora was okay

I go here for a dog wash. You pay for a hour. It’s a big private room with a tub and shampoo and a high velocity dryer. Just you and your dog. My fav dog wash

The owners are friendly and prices are reasonable. My dog loves to sniff around and pick out his treats since they are conveniently located at the front of the store. Their self wash price of half-off every Sunday beats the competition (I was going to Petco Unleashed)! They have ROOMS where you can close the door and wash your dogs without worrying about them jumping out of the tub and running away.My dog loves this pet store!

Really cute little pet food store. Very friendly staff. They have a super sweet self dog wash. Works great for larger breeds. If your pooch can deal with the sound, they also have a dryer. Private rooms, plenty of towels and reasonable prices. Just make sure to call and make an appointment. It's easy

It's so nice to be able to take your dog somewhere and wash them without the hassle of cleaning up after. The shampoos smelt great and the water was warm. You get your own room with your dog and it was clean! They also had a great variety of treats to reward your pup with after the wash. All at a great affordable price. I spent less than $25 to give my pupper the spa treatment he desperately needed! Thank you!Staff was friendly as well! 💕

I brought my Husky in about 2 weeks ago to be groomed and couldn't be any happier with their services. Since Huskies shed very heavily in the springtime, once he was fully groomed, what a difference! He was happier and I was pleased with the result. The staff was friendly, professional and I would recommend Dingo's for grooming.Or, if you want to wash your own family pet in a private room, those are available as well.

I cannot express the amount of compassion. These people had for my dog. I brought him in for his last bath, as he is going to be euthanized after 15 years of life, they treated him like a king.

Showed up at 5:45 they close at 7:00pm and was told i could not wash my small dog. BUT there was someone washing their large dog when i walked in. It would have taken me at most 20-25 minutes to wash my dog and I showed up 1hr and 15min before close. So why have posted hours and not honor them?
