Sarah Flynn is a Lifesaver!Honestly, buying a property while you're halfway across the country could've been a nightmare, but Sarah Flynn made it a walk in the park. Being from Ohio, hunting for that perfect view in Colorado was no small task, but Sarah was there every step of the way.She's the real deal - organized, on time, and just plain good at what she does. I found her name when I was digging around online for properties in the Rockies. Once I got in touch with her, it was clear she knew her stuff.It's amazing how easy she made the whole process feel. Sarah was great to work with as we visited properties and decided where to make our home in Westcliffe. Based on other positive reviews, we reached out to Sarah on a weekend, expecting to hear back from her on Monday. Sarah contacted us a short time later and arranged to have a lengthy conversation about the area on Sunday. She patiently answered our dozens of questions, and we arranged to meet with her to visit some properties. Sarah knows the area inside and out, and she helped us narrow our options for our new home. Our visits to Westcliffe were sometimes at the last minute, and Sarah always made herself available for showings and to answer questions via phone, text, or email. Sarah helped to negotiate the price on our chosen property and ensured we understood the contract. We found a great place to live and we are settling in to our new community.
