I met with my State Farm agent, Tanner, to go over our coverages. As always, he was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We have had a couple of claims in the past and they were handled quickly and fairly. We switched from another company to State Farm after we learned we could save money if we bundled cars and auto. Josh Parsons was really helpful in facilitating a switch for my wife and I over to State Farm from Allstate. I can’t tell you how thankful I am for Tanner and his team! I recently switched to them and I didn’t know much about what policy to sign up for ect, Tanner took the time to make sure I understood my coverages and made me feel secure in the plan I had gotten set up with. Less than a month later I had an issue with my tires mid commute to work in the snow and was panicking at a gas station not sure what to do.
