Delicious beer and welcoming bartenders make this place a hidden gem conveniently located off the highway. I visited for a comedy show and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The space they have is nice, but the beers are not. Mediocre brews at best for a few, not good at all for the majority of the tap list. We have been a couple times to give them a chance over the span of a year, the last time we got the Mexican Lager and the Kettle Sour and wanted to dump them after drinking half of both drinks. Make the drive to Fort Collins for something worth drinking.

I really want to like this place! The beer selection is unfortunate and they were out of my two choices yesterday. Mostly cream fruit and seltzer options, but they haven't had an IPA in a minute. Telling when a customer walked in and just asked the bartender, "What do you have left?" 4 occupied taps, but 8 empty. Looking around the room, everyone was drinking the beer that came out of a can 🤷‍♀️Also, I'm all for a dog friendly brewery, but letting dogs sleep on the bar counter is a bit unappetizing. The pizza food truck yesterday was fantastic!

Brewery in Wellington right off Highway 25. Inside is like a large hanger with a bar, seating, ski ball, and a front lounge room as well.Dog friendly and outdoor seating. What's nice is the large field next to the building so nice to sit and relax and highway watch if there is such a thing.Food truck outside.

With good reason Sparge has a sky high rating. Excellent beer, friendly service, interesting brews and I had a bartender that anticipated what I would like based on my keenness for citrusy beers. The Hazy IPA was perhaps the smoothest hoppy taste I’ve ever experienced with some citrus notes. Despite seeming like an unsuspecting building, this place has a lot of character is spacious yet comfortable and to boot, has extensive outdoor seating and large windows that open wide during warm weather. Food trucks also are often parked out front.

Well the first thing I asked myself was - “What the hell is a Sparge?”This brewery was recommended to me by a veteran friend and I am glad I stopped by to check it out. I also found the answer to my questions, sparging is a part of the brewing process and it was explained to me by the owner. Nice guy, retired veteran, and he and his wife both were very kind and accommodating, also got a veteran discount. My wife really liked the Tropical Transfusion Kolsch, said it reminded her of raspberry sour with less carbonation. I had two of the Bush Ave Amber, which was delicious and really reminded me of a 90 Shillings. The place is new, with a simple and comfortable layout, I also heard a patio was in the plans. On a side note, the lady out in the chicken shack is crushing it, the sandwiches were delicious, and I was originally a little hesitant to order. Great place, def going to be making it one of my regulars.

Always a stellar time here. Solid staff and amazing owners. I know "FoCo" tends to be the beer scene up here but Sparge has definitely put Wellington on the map. (Maybe we can call it "WellCo"? 🤔) Anyway, grab your significant other (and the puppy too) and head up just one more exit to Sparge. Added plus - if you get here quick you can super enjoy their limited "Well-O-Pumpkin" brew! #ZeroDisappointment

The beer is pretty good with a wide range of flavors. I didn't have anything that knocked my socks off (they have big competition with how many breweries are nearby), but I still have to say full stars for having good beer with a really good atmosphere and excellent staff.

Fantastic veteran owned brewery with tasty beers. They often have events ranging from trivia night on Tuesdays, the occasional dance party on Saturday, and even comedy shows on the first Wednesday of the month. It's common to see the best of Northern Colorado's food trucks as well. There is good parking and good times to be had at Sparge. I highly recommend bringing your friends, well behaved pups, and family.

We love this place! The owners are very kind and welcoming, beer is delicious, super dog friendly and love the food trucks. Also appreciate that even though I’m now pregnant, I can still walk down and enjoy their home brewed root beer!

I’m sadly disappointed. Sparge is a great brewery but for being veteran owned I’m sad when their vet community seems impenetrable. I sent a friend of mine to their “veterans and first responders night” he is a combat veteran, served in Afghanistan and recently established here. There were no signs up and he asked the guys at counter where it was or which table and they just started at him and said “I don’t know one of these tables”. He did not end up staying as no one would indicate what tables or answer any questions about it. It’s sad as veterans face enough difficulty building the courage to go look for support. It’s such a heavily advertised thing I hoped it would be more welcoming.

SPECTACULAR!!! We drank the amber, cream ale and imperial stout and they ALL were so tasty!!! Smooth not bitter and COLD! THE owner (Rich) was so hospitable and kind! He knows his beer and was nice enough to take time to share his stories of growing the brewery. The atmosphere is so comfy and can't wait to see what it's like when they can have outdoor seating with warm weather!!! Thanks for A GREAT EXPERIENCE... I'd recommend this to ALLTAMMIE AND BRIAN 😁😁

The beer and atmosphere tends to be rather great here. I love it when there are musicians in the room. And it’s great to have so many food trucks come by. It really feels like this is a welcoming Wellington place to be. I did however get bitten by a dog in the building my first time here. Turns out the dog was owned by the bartender. I was disappointed that it wasn’t handled that well, but he did come and apologize to me later in the evening.

Probably won't go here. As a traveler, website is not updated and pic of beer menu is partially obscured. Fix your website!!

We make it a habit to visit local brewerswhere ever we stay in our travels. Sperge Brewing is one we will come back to. The Traget Practice IPA, American stout, and amber were top notch. The food truck had really good food. A definite stop if your traveling through or make it a regular stop for Trivia Tuesday if you are a local!

The beer is pretty good and we have always had a great experience with the beertenders. Would give a 5 star but the lower rating is based on our experience with the owners, specifically the female.

Sparge brewing is hands down my favorite place to get a beer in Wellington. Love seeing the owner still working the counter almost every single day and they continue to put out some of the best beers that I've had in recent memory. Definitely the place to go if you're in Wellington.Must try the crushable cream ale
