I work in customer service and the way I was greeted was un acceptable, I was not greeted I was immediately told they close in 5 minutes when all I needed was 1 item, diapers for my child. The Manger laughed when I checked out and I voiced my feedback of the unwelcoming vibe I received. This is not the kind of hospitality I want in my home town. WELLINGTON DESERVES BETTER.

I went into the store around 7pm today and the girl at the register who had black and purple hair who was African American was the rudest person I’ve EVER come across at this store. I’m truly so upset and in shock with this women’s attitude. I never want to shop here again because of this encounter and that just truly SUCKS.

Prices for a bit steep but what do you expect for a small town customer service was excellent they had a nice variety of things few good sales but their aisles were very cluttered from freight and they only had one staff member all good story

I found what i was looking for, but was shocked to see several people entering the store without a mask!!! as i was checking out, they asked the cashier if they needed a mask and instead of the cashier insisting they have a mask she responded we prefer they do... and the lady answered then i prefer not too, and continued on her merry way about the store, maybe they can't read or the sign on the door is not clear enough !!While in my car ready to leave 2 more people entered the store with NO MASKS !!!! Will not be going to that store anytime soon. COME ON PEOPLEEVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK OR STAY HOME !!

I will never shop at this store again. The so called manager is rude and very disrespectful. She don't know her job or how to run the cash register at all. Tried to over charge us for our purchase. Thumbs down at this store.

Family Dollar has worked to raise its public image above the low quality, second-rate standards we equate it with. Unfortunately, this poor company will never achieve these lofty goals as long as they continue to hire severely uneducated, insecure, banal staff. When a company places an individual in a position to work with the public without supervision, who is so lacking in character, critical thinking skills, and basic knowledge, they must be critically examined and questioned regarding their concern for the safety of the community they serve. It is my advice this business be avoided, due to the careless nature in which they choose to operate.

RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!! Go to the Dollar General down the street instead...cleaner store better customer service. Their customer service is terrible and they harassed my son. Asked the cashier Mel to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager...then proceeded to tell me the manager would really be in Monday. Terrible customer service and avoid shopping there at all costs.

These folks are like family now. Jeremy is a gem. Always help you find items. Eggs go on sale by fifty percent sometimes. Cheap baby soap, diapers, and wipes!!NOT a dollar store. Decent prices though.Great place to buy peanuts and kid chocolate candies.Clothes go on bogo sales often.

App wouldn't let me access my account. None of my coupons worked. Grrrr. They should let us access to the WiFi In Store. Had close to $10 off of $40. Shoulda walked out. They could honor afterwards when issue is resolved too

Stock wise, not bad for a dollar store. I've had experiences with the staff being rude towards me, though it was only a few times and I haven't experienced it since. Overall, good store!

Family Dollar is not a dollar store, is more like a big gas station shop, except stuff is cheaper. There is nothing healthy to eat either, it's mostly junk food. There staff is great.
