Town of Victor used to be a bustling place in the past now it has lost it’s past glory but still holding onto the past. The victor trading company is one such small business which is helping to preserve history of this town. You can find some great souvenir, hand made or collected by them from the mines nearby. I loved their collection would definitely recommend paying a visit.

I discovered this place due to finding their website while on the hunt for replica canned food from the 19th century for an historical impression I'm getting together. I realized it was in Victor, which isn't very far from where I am and knew I had to go.The store is a lovely little spot, there's a wonderfully friendly atmosphere and I was delighted to see just how many different items they carried. There's certainly something for everybody here. I know I was thoroughly pleased and will absolutely stop in here more often whenever I'm heading out this way.

Lovely pieces every year we stop here. Definitely worth a look. Unique birthday cards, porcelain mugs, beautiful local art and handmade brooms. The broom wall is beautiful. Hat selection is cool, too.

One of my favorite little places to go. We go up from Colorado Springs several times a year I always find something here. From books about the area and Colorado, cookie cutters, and there broom. I love their homemade brooms. They last a long time and are so pretty just to have hanging in your house, but they work far better then any store bought manufactured broom I have ever bought.

The Victor Trading Co in Victor is a very interesting store, specially because of the broom making and the broom wall. It's actually quite interesting to know how many different brooms you can make! The display is well done and captivating. The store has also a display of old printing machines and type sets. Although neither the broom making nor the printing articles are originally from Victor, the store front and the inside, with its hundreds of "antique" articles, adds to the flair of the town of Victor. The Victor Trading Co. is a worthwhile tour while visiting Victor.

My husband and myself and two friends drove up to Victor to check out the brooms we read about in the Gazette. The entire day was a great adventure and enjoyable experience. We wandered around town on an unseasonably cool day, stopping to view the ice rink and explore the antique store, "The Prospectors Pick" and old Victor Hotel before shopping at the Victor Trading Company, (our reason for the trip) where we met the friendly and sociable owners. I ordered a "Grandma's Kitchen" Broom, made in my kitchen's colors after Karen told us about how they came to develop their shop. Then off to have lunch in Kelly"s Fortune Club Diner where we were offered a bit of the history of this old business which in now owned by that family's 4th generation. When we returned in about an hour my broom was waiting for me.We want to go back soon because looking back on the day we realize there is more to see in Victor and a town full of interesting people who already feel like friends. The entire trip inspired by the Victor Trading Company exceeded our expectation!It makes me happy to see my beautiful broom hanging in my kitchen reminding me of stepping back to a time when people are friendly and shopkeepers make what they sell.

A must stop in Victor Co. The young lady that runs it was super sweet. Was very nice and informative to me and my wife. Awsome brooms and cards there. We bought both. But they have great historical equipment there and other antiques. Love that the dying art of printing is still alive on antique equipment. Great job!

Very nice shop, they use 1800's machinery to make the many different type of brooms they ship all over the world. They also make vintage looking cans, like old vegetables and fruits. Also candles and cookie cutters plus vintage looking cards. It's like stepping back in time.

This amazingly cool shop and museum is THE stop in Victor. They have locally handmade handmade cards, brooms, jewelry, glass, candles and more. It’s super fun to look around! Sam and Karen have been running the shop for 31 years! A true Victor original.

There was an issue with our broom when we received it, going from mountain climate to the muggy south! We contacted them by phone and they immediately made it right!! Spoke to the most helpful and accommodating person!!! We will definitely be ordering other brooms as my wife had already spotted at least 3 more she's in love with! She also loves the color!!!! Awesome awesome people!! Thank you again!!

Absolutely amazing store with quirky little finds. A bit antique, a bit steam punk, and a bit unusual. I absolutely loved it! It swept me into shopping bliss. Pun intended! Not sure what the pun was? Then go check out the store and thank me later. ;)

The owners an elderly man and woman were there on July 4th working on a broom. They were rude, pompous and snooty toward my wife and I. I was actually interested in purchasing a $59 broom. They blew it!

One word: Cool. This is one of the best vintage stores in the universe. From the handmade brooms to the vintage press cards, the vintage labeled cans. The list goes on and on. A MUST see if this is your "thing".
