Agreeing with alot of the other comments here! Rude employees, not social, stand in aisles blocking customers! And this whole remodel thing they got going! Why in the world would someone want to do such a huge remodel during business hours!!! Can't find anything, the aisles are gonna be smaller than before. Things placed with no rhyme or reason! Will not be back to this walmart. Glad to be moving!

The pharmacy staff was lovely and friendly.👎 A Walmart associate that was pulling pick up orders had an earpiece in and was on an obvious personal call. She was speaking of a job she applied for in May and cussing something awful. Yes, using the big bad words. Women, children and elders were within hearing distance. We passed her by several times while shopping and she was still on the call. Very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional.→ 6/17/2023 👎👎 Needed 6 gallons of paint. Pressed button no one ever came to assist. Associates walked by and didn't ask to help. Color swatches horribly kept and sparce. Excellent location right at the top of a tone pass, very clean, the parking lot was clean, that's rare to find it at Walmart right? Slow and small, but things are easily found. Store was clean and bright. Walmart's doing this funny thing now where the racks are taller, and you can't see all the way to the back of the store in all directions. I wonder what the merchandising plan is for this. If anybody knows I'd love to find out cuz some people just can't reach this stuff. I had to help an elder lady and get something off the top shelf. What's up with the taller isles and closer together.If u like my reviews, pls give thumbs up, thanks

Employees there need to be trained to be friendlier. Especially Barbara. No hello, how are you or thank you when you check out.The manager needs replacing.Long lines, only a few check outs.I have been to a lot of Walmarts and this is the worst one I’ve ever been in

Honestly this isn't about the employees of Walmart who are overworked and underpaid. The gentleman who seems to be in charge of directing the remodel often wearing a maroon button up shirt however, has to be one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I've met. Each time I go in there he's standing there screaming at the people doing the actual work, last time causing me to have a reaction due to PTSD so I just left my cart there and left the store. Just another reason to stop shopping Walmart I suppose. I wouldn't even treat my animals that way, he needs to learn how to respect people and not make the environment so hostile. It's no wonder they don't have good retension of employees and the ones there are fed up with it and ready to quit. Also a great way to catch a lawsuit from one. Will be doing my shopping at Safeway and online from now on. At least until the remodel is complete.

I agree, Don't go to auto dept. for anything. They totally messed up my tires, didn't put them on as I asked, and made us wait for almost 3 hrs when we took it back to correct the problem. We ask for old tires back and were told they left on a truck. The supervisor (James) was supposed to supervise this and totally failed!

Never answer the phone and if they actually do they are not very cordial at all also if you ask for a department they will Never pick up except auto and pharmacy otherwise don't bother.One time I called 13 times and they never picked up.

We always Boondock and shop here on our way to see my daughter in Denver! Love to people watch. Last time we went we never left our rig unattended. Lots of interesting folks hanging out begging. Other than that great place to take a break when you're on the road. Never know what you'll see. Very entertaining!

Wow automotive opens at 7am, but don't open door until 718am, then say they can't get to my car until 8, I guess stocking and talking is more important than customers. Shopped while I waited and only one employee said good morning, the managers weren't friendly either blocking main aisle making customers walk around. What type of place is this??? Not a well run Walmart. SAM WALTON WOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! I dont know why you can't give zero stars,they dont even one star!!!

When at Walmart it's usually get my groceries if I can't find something I just ask employees will always help And I never wait in any lines it's fast checkout most of the time.Its worth the drive from Raton.

The location is practical. The staff members are friendly and helpful at times. However I do miss the interaction of the check out line with a actual cashier. Self checkout is nice if it was Programmed properly, in scanning items and monitoring. Anymore if I or anyone I know whom may be with me or shopping by themselves you STILL need a Associate to check on you and or help you finish your transaction. The evening hours are very Frustrating when or if they still shut down one part of the intrance to the store. Don't understand why.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Disgusting bathrooms. Walmart doesn't hire enough employees obviously and the ones they have refuse to bag if you're not purchasing new ones, won't put the carts back where they go from outside, clean anything, or help customers, than what the hell good is the store. Just a bunch or employees with terrible attitudes being condescending and rude anymore.

Hate the store. But you have to deal with people watching you do their job and then want to stop you at the door for a receipt if you were at the register you would know I didn't steal anything. Next I expect to have to unload a truck and stock the shelves while the employees watch before I'm allowed to leave. Walmart sucks.

Friendly people and always helpful. Only problem is that Walmart discontinued our favorite pizza. It was a square, soft crust, white sauce, sausage and onion pizza. Really miss it. Best pizza around here.

This is a pretty unique store. It has a lot in a sorta small package is the best way I can explain it? There are a lot of friendly staff on the floor to help as well. I will say it did feel a bit dated with old and sometimes bare shelving. I will also mention that the parking lot was exceptionally well kept and very driver friendly. Also the checkout options were well staffed and efficiently got customers through.

I was looking for a dog leash as the one I had blew out the door went right after I took my dog to a walk on the freeway put it in the side of the door to hold it there till the next time. Walmart was the only store that carried any dog leashes so for that I give Walmart 5 plus

Walmart, what can I say that hasn't been said. Under camera servalance from parking lot to checkout. The higher aggressive exit the store personnel. I paid for my stuff. You watched me start to finish. Why is it I can go into any other store in town and not be treated like a criminal. Need to chill out Walmart.

Actually worse than my original review. Nothing has changed.Original: Do not go right after opening … aisles full of boxes and pallets and stockers. And … they act like you’re in their way. All self-serve checkout. Terrible selection of bottled water. Never open on time. Some employees friendly/helpful … some not so much. It’s a Walmart.

There selling fly traps 6.79 instead of the 5.97 which its listed price, but when you check out there charging 6.79. I am assuming someone did not do there job again. The cashier on food side swore by it and the lady checking prices did and are WRONG. So they lost that sale. Got a planter in a box and all broken as well. The only reason I gave a three instead of five stars is the pharmacy people are amazing, always.

Went to get my medicine filled and was told by the pharmacist he wasn't going to fill them because he wanted to be out by 4 when they closed. I was there at 3:40 they closed at 4. Iwas the only person in line. Went to home town pharmacy the next day and they had it done in 10 minutes.

Passing through & needed to pick up a few items. The employees from greeters to groceries to electronics to cashiers (well, those who helped us while checking out ourselves) were all very helpful & friendly. We were very impressed!

Service Department: Zach and the weekend manager were absolutely A-mazing!!! I was on a trip back to Albuquerque and had a failed patch in my front tire. They worked to fit me in, kept me informed, and really eased my stress. I cannot thank these guys enough for taking the time and providing me with such wonderful customer service!!!

Stay away from this auto center at all cost! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Walmart I’ve ever been to. Refused to remedy a manufacturer defect on a front drive tire. Their resolution was handing me a manufacturers warranty card suggesting I mail it in and request a refund, but would not touch the tire. I purchased the full set of tires only 2 days ago.
