Not much to eat there inside the travel center, unless you head into the casino. It's a bit pricey but enjoyable. Oh machines are really tight at casino so beware.

The guy at the entrance checking temperature would not let me get my receipt unless I wore a mask, which I replied no thank you! Then he proceeded to stop me and tell me they won't give me a receipt unless I wear a mask. So I kindly asked if he could grab my receipt and I will wait outside and he replied No again, seemed to me like this this guy was un willing to comprise or meet in the middle, seemed to me like he was on power trip. Very rude and disrespectful person.

I walked in wearing a mask. Had to take mask off and stand a few inches from a screen to get my temperature taken, in the same place who knows how many others have breathed on. Put my mask back on. Had the rude guy shove a paper mask in my face that he was holding in an unloved hand. He told me I had to put his mask on to go further. GROSS! I know where my mask has been I don't know where his hands have been. Then he threatened to call the cops? For what exactly?Also for what reason would porta potties be safer or cleaner than flush toilets with running water to wash my hands in?Nasty

They let a woman that had a 101.8 degree temperature in but threatened to call security on me cause I wasn’t wearing a “real mask”. I was wearing a gator. The lady that threatened me with security wasn’t wearing a “real mask” either. She was wearing a homemade mask from a T-shirt. I asked her why she let a woman with 101.8° temperature in and not stop her? She ignored me and told me to have a good day sir! Well I always stop there to get fuel as I am a trucker usually spend 6 to $700 on fuel every time. I will never stop there ever again and I will tell all of my trucker buddies not to stop there.

Literally put my last 7.50 on pump 9 to have the kid at the register put it on a different pump and have someone pump it then proceeds to tell me there's nothing he can do about it find who pumped it this place is a joke stop anywhere else besides here. Plus had roaches in their tamale heater

They're so scared of this bug it's ridiculous. Make you wear a mask, scan your face recognition, take temperature. This is the middle of Indian Nation ... you would think as Indigenous people they wouldn't be so scared of the government and their lying games. Been to 5 states and this is the only place on my way in that required you to wear a mask and take temperature. All that just to be told you can't use their restrooms but have to go out side to the nasty porta potties. F these people... don't go there! What a disgraceful place and what gullible people.

Yall have a mask policy, thats cool. What isnt cool is trying to force someone to wear one of yours when they already have one. We stopped today and went inside. Went thru the temp check and passed. Tried to go use the rest room and get lunch and i got stopped and handed a mask (by someone whos been touching items with no gloves on). I pulled my mask back up since i had to pull it down to do the temp check. Got told that my mask is no good in there (its a bandana mask, extra thick) and i would have to use the blue dr ones they have. Tried to explain to the lady that i have a disability (deformed ear) and cant wear these as they wont stay on. Trust me, i wish i could, I've seen some really cool ones. Was then told that doesn't matter and i either wear the one she handed me or leave. Ive worn these bandana masks all over the country and haven't had an issue yet. Someone should inform this lady that while yes, you may have your mask policy, it is illegal to refuse service based on a disability. We will never stop here again, and i will make sure none of my trucker brothers and sisters do as well

First off went into truck stop to shower and do laundry and find showers are upstairs no elevator had to tote all up stairs ..I did find clean shower stalls and washers were also in clean condition..nice break room with big screen tv.I caught a shuttle over to eat at a restaurant in the casino .I waited 30 minutes for food to arrive..one it did they served my my dinner and completely forgot my salad..then i bit into my fried shrimp and it was raw..my waiter also neglected my drink of water and forgot to give me sour cream for my baked patato.I called upon a manager who quickly offered my a free desert..which i found very strange as i didnt even eat my dinner yet...after waiting 30 minutes and drinking all my water i then just passed and went to the restroom where I found a very dirty ..unclean filthy area..it of course smelled and so I just left..I wont give them another thought unless I vomit from raw seafood.I'll keep you all posted..wont return ..dont waste your money in this place..

Illegally forced me to wear a mask even though I have a medical exemption. Staff was very rude and when I called the police they refused to get involved. This is a clear violation of the ADA Act. And I'll be looking into legal action and will never spend another penny at this location.

The security cut me off while I was backing, went inside buy buy some pizza for lunch and I was ignored, the guy taking the orders was standing in by the cashier and wouldn't even acknowledge I was there, he wasn't even doing anything just standing there, after several minutes I gave up and left.

Rolled in and parked at 5:30 pm, 02/28/2020. *One* fuel lane open. Chicken place closed, dark, chairs up. C-store, no tea or ice. Driver area and showers were locked. Went to the casino. Tons of people waiting for the $30 buffet. Couldn't understand anything over the PA system. Oldsters sleeping at the slots. Opted for a sandwich in the truck. Gate closed on C-store the next morning. I made coffee in the truck. We won't bother stopping, anymore.

Nice travel center. Friendly staff food customer service. There's snacks, drinks, and food here. Cafe offer fried chicken, sides, hamburgers, and native tacos. I recommend taco it was good.

So I gave them $100 bring out a Coke that was $2.49 ask them to put the rest in gas and I got $95.51 in gas when I went back inside the gentleman said oh yeah my bad I forgot to put that two dollars on there and he took two dollars cash out of the drawer and gave it to me second time this is happened to me at this station, Seems to me like somebody has a little scam going

I was on this site 04/27/2020 at 5:37 pm and could not get a shower, at the front desk told me that they closed at 5:30 pm .... something ridiculous for a travel plaza that offers service of showers, what do you think ?
