I was beyond impressed the staff and doctors was so friendly and welcoming. They actually got down on the floor with my boy loved on him and talked like he was one of there own dog. I've been using them same vet my whole life but I'll definitely be switching to Raintree and Dr Lou.Timnath clinic.

My dog had a teeth cleaning and vaccines here last week. What a beautiful facility! Brand new, easy to get to and easy parking. The staff were all friendly and positive and took beautiful care of my dog. Polite and communicative. I was very impressed.

Dr. Barrera is a wonderful surgeon. Not only were they able to get me in quickly and work with my complicated schedule, but she did what had to have been a challenging, invasive surgery on an older kitty who seemed like herself again within mere days. She and the vet techs were very kind and informative. They really helped guide you through the process and understand everything, and were nothing but positive - while still being realistic - the whole time. She's clearly an expert in her field and it brought us a lot more security in a really tough time. Thank you thank you for everything.

Took our over 16 year old dog in today to see Dr.Arnold..FC worked us in at the new Timnath location. The new facility was lovely, but even nicer was the friendliness and caring shown by the new staff! Our dogs are used to being spoiled in FC and they were just as welcoming here. Cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Arnold...he never orders anything he doesn't feel is necessary & takes unlimited time to answer our questions.

I took my Sheltie in for a dental. He is older (11yrs) and is very difficult under anesthesia. He requires a strong anesthesia tech and a good amount of attention. I work as an RVT in the emergency/speciality side of the veterinary world, so I see a lot of records from several other clinics when I get transfers. Raintree DVM's and Techs do an amazing job, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are a very competent and caring crew! Worth the drive from Longmont to take my kiddos to them!The new clinic looks great too! Very fear free friendly with separate entrances for cats and dogs, as well as a well thought out set up that caters to the medical AND emotional needs of our pets.For all the work, (and it was A LOT of work!!), done on Angus the price was more than fair. I strongly advocate for paying people for what they are worth and for their expertise and time - no matter the profesion. It took me a few months to save up for the ballpark cost I had in mind and they were still under that! Angus is feeling a lot better and I am so happy with the care he received.Special shoutouts to Natalie and Dr. Thompson for our initial exam/visit, Dr. Lou, Stacy, and the anesthesia tech (not sure which one ran his procedure) for the heavy lifting, and Kari for the wonderful discharges! The front desk crew was also amazing!

Unfortunately we had to lay our fur baby to rest. The staff really took their time with us, attended to our needs as much as our sweet girl.This place will forever be where we take our pets. The level of care and love given is incredible.

The staff is top-notch. Dr Browning suggested thorough care for our cat with an abscess on his foot, but the $670 fee was more than we could afford. She was kind in suggesting tips for our home-care alternative

I had planned on getting a mass removed from my 14 yr old lab, but the vet refused to do the surgery without pathology ($207) as she is very old and we would prefer not to know if she had cancer as she is doing well. Then when I asked why they required pathology the vet said "because I have been burned in the past" but refused to explain further. Due to this I consulted with another vet who said refusing pathology is a very reasonable request as any diagnosis plan should revolve around treatment and treatment of cancer for such an old dog should be conservative considering their age. It really felt like raintree was trying to gouge me. There are better vets who take time to talk with you about your animal and provide a more holistic treatment plan when considering your pets health.
