I have a commercial space in downtown Loveland, I called Paint Pals to have my original tin ceiling painted and the exposed hvac. They immediately answered my call, set me up that week with an in person quote and had availability right when i needed! Amazing service, Edgar did the job and it’s flawless. Not only did Benny do a great job of painting but took the time to caulk and prime areas that the contractor that installed it did not do or did a terrible job. Chris came out to the house and had great communication and explained everything that would be done in advance. We were given a start date about 3 weeks out but they ended up coming sooner than that, which was great! They were fast, efficient and very friendly. We contacted Paint Pals of Fort Collins to paint our house as soon as we heard back from our HOA that we were approved for painting. They sent a very professional estimator out to our house quickly to meet us and talk about the services they provide. They broke the price down based on the different paint products available and even offered quotes to replace some damage on our house. We found their prices to be comparable to other painters we got estimates from and were able to choose the kind of paint that gave us the best cost vs effectiveness balance which was nice because some painters are limited to one line of products available.Much to our surprise they called and said that they had availability much sooner than they originally thought and were able to come out the next day to begin painting. After a full day of very thorough prep work they had a crew large enough to paint all of the body in one day and trimmed out the next. The final paint job looks AMAZING! I was so impressed that they came back at a time that was convenient for me to walk the house and discuss any issues that I noticed. There were very few, but they dealt with them immediately and professionally. Generally Positive Experience - But be aware of high pressure sales tacticsWe called Paint Pals after a reccomendation from a friend. The staff was all polite, friendly, and responsive, although they didn't always communicate with one another, which led to us having to repeat ourselves.When we got the quote, we were dissapointed to learn they require you to sign immediately (same day) or you will pay 10% more. This means if Paint Pals is your first quote, you are discouraged to shop around. We felt this was very high pressure, and almost moved on due to this alone. Unfortunately, we needed the work done quickly, and due to the good review from our friends, decided to move forward.The paint job was done quickly (2 days) and generally well, although there are a few spots I'll have to touch up. The painters were friendly, but they played very loud music the whole time.I'd probably hire them again, but would get other estimates first.EDIT - After posting this review (at the request of the company) we recieved communication from the company and the owner who hoped to try to make it right. They sent a crew out who did a good job on the touch up spots I had intended to do myself. They also apologised and provided a significant discount. They asked I either provide a 5 star review or take the review down. I told them I did not feel good about this as a 5 star review would indicate a perfect or near perfect experience, which we certainly did not have. They also indicated they did not intend to alter their sales practice involving financial incentive to sign the same day without getting other quotes. Based upon this I declined to remove my review, but did want to update it to note the significant attempts by the company to make up for our less than stellar experience. They clearly care about their customer's experience and their online reviews. As noted above, while I may be willing to do business with the company again, I would certainly get a quote from someone else first so as not to be in such a high pressure situation with their salesperson.Service: Exterior painting

I contacted Paint Pals who promptly responded to my request - an inquiry to repaint my garage interior. An estimate appointment was set, the gentleman clearly explained what would be done, a bid was received and thankfully scheduling availability was prompt. The crew did a fantastic job. They protected the floor and cabinets with coverings, and painted (brush and roller) the interior. A minor problem occurred with the paint, but because they contacted the rep, the issues was quickly resolved and the project was completed in a timely manner. Our painting project included our kitchen, dining room, living room and entry way with 17 foot ceilings. The hallway for the upper level was also painted. Todd and Edgar of Paint Pals did an excellent job. Since we used Sherwin Williams paint with two coats, they were here for three days with prep work and the painting. They did a very good job and were very friendly and informative throughout the painting project. We appreciated the various sample paints that we could get to put colors on our walls to help us to decide on the final color. I cannot speak highly enough of Paint Pals for the exceptional external house painting job they completed for me. From the initial estimate to the final result, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were top notch.The estimate for our house came in around $1,000 under the other leading painting firm and Paint Pals included priming the entire south face of my house where the other quote did not. They also used higher quality paints than the other quote.Communication throughout the job was high and they slotted us in earlier than originally projected.
