I seldom post a google review, however I feel compelled to in the case of Kaan Inceoglu, State Farm Insurance. I have recently relocated to Timnath Colorado and have delt with over a dozen insurance agents in my life and in each case, they were simply insurance salesman. My experience with Kaan has proven to be far more. Kaan has the experience, education, and background to provide a holistic approach to protecting all my assets and does so on a continuous basis through an annual review process. Kaan and his staff have gone the extra mile to earn my business and I consider myself fortunate to have him as my insurance provider.

I typically avoid internet shopping for things such as insurance because my phone number is exposed, but I decided to try it anyway. The agent Scott was quick to send a text which sounded professional which was followed rapidly with a very competitive quote. We then spoke on the phone and added other items and completed the transaction in less than 24 hours. My phone has been ringing several time today but no one has left a message. Solid experience. I did not interact with Kaan directly but a different associate. As a (potential) customer, I did expect slightly better communication and follow-through with my emails/ messages for upcoming policy changes which is why I give 4/5*. Otherwise my overall experience had been quite positive. Customer service calls have been from a local person and my policy costs are decreased as compared to Geico

Just moved to the area and it was great to meet Kaan and the Timnath office. Kaan handled everything very smoothly and was very familiar with my previous State Farm agent. We reviewed the coverage and made appropriate updates based upon my new location. Felt a little pressured to bump up on a few areas but he didn't go any further on an item unless I inquired about it. He was very through and I left confident that all areas of my insurance needs were met.
