We were super excited a few years ago when we found out that we were going to get a Costco in Northern Colorado and more specifically in Timnath, Colorado. Since it’s opening we have been frequent shoppers here for everything imaginable from food; beer/wine, household goods, electronics, gasoline, and even tires for our vehicles. This is a great location right off of Interstate 25 with a ton of parking. There are always carts available and plenty of staff who are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always have a HUGE selection of items and will rotate items in and out of stock. They have samples on the weekends and an awesome little food court with really good food for a ridiculously low price. The store is also always very clean and well maintained.

My wife and I have been Costco Gold Members for years and have always enjoyed the perks of the membership. Unfortunately after my experience today, I wont be back. Long story short, I sent my teenage son (who lives in my home) to Costco to purchase a vacuum. He made it into the store, picked up the item, but was stopped at self checkout like a criminal for not having his own card. I get the membership policy, but is this really what its come to? I can't send my teenage son into a store (I pay to have a membership with) to pick something up? Customers are being treated like criminals because employees can't interpret a policy appropriately? Did this checkout person ever consider that the person in front of them might be a future member? Or that this teenager's family might spend a fair amount of money with Costco every month? I could go into further detail about my follow up conversations with the stores Anti-Membership Manager (Greg) but it would be a waste of time. It's important for everyone to remember, you have a choice of where to spend your hard earned money. No need to be treated poorly in the process.

Great Costco!Can you beat lunch for a family of 3 for $4.50?!Costco cheesecake is delicious! Warning: it is a 4.5 pound dessert. We fed 7 people and only used half. 🙂This is also a solid place to go for work event snacks and drinks. Bulk is your friend.

Went to get heated gloves, got stopped on my way to self-checkout by lady who very rudely explained that I'm not allowed to share my membership which I already know as other people have kindly explained the policy against sharing your membership.I have no choice but to come here for pet prescriptions but from now on I will do my Costco shopping at another Costco location.

Was there yesterday to purchase items and two of the employees in self check out were extremely rude. Regina, I believe her name was, got pissy because I had to wait for the person with the card to come back AFTER he was sent to grab something by another employee and she told me I was taking up the line. Then her and another employee gave us attitude because they don't accept American express HOWEVER there is no posted info on that anywhere in the store so how are people supposed to know what cards they don't accept. If it wasn't for needed this stuff yesterday we would have just walked out. Never had such horrible service there. One employee who was polite and helpful is the only reason I can even consider the one star appropriate

I like this Costco. 2 negatives are the parking lot is crowded and it's hard to turn in to get their gas sometimes. Also, the inside of the store is crowded, and people are constantly getting in the way. But other than that, the store is big and the prices are good. Their cheaper gas is my favorite part.

Costco's unbeatable prices on bulk items make it a go-to place for weekend grocery shopping. I always get essentials like their 2 pack Mexican shredded cheese, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. It incredibly economical per unit and convenient. The quality of their products is consistently reliable, ensuring value for money. The cleanliness and efficiency of the Costco food court add to the overall positive shopping experience. I always stop by to grab a hotdog when completing a grocery run. Costco's combination of affordability, variety, and efficiency makes it a top choice, the food court is an added bonus.

Pretty good and pretty busy during weekday.Due to construction on I-25 watch for sudden stops and traffic at the exit. Otherwise easy in & out from adjacent road. Parking space is okay too.Lines at registers cleared quickly, cashiers do great job here!

I hate to give a one star, Billy in sales and manager Oscar are both great and deserving of praise. But the rest of the team is pretty awful. I had to keep explaining my issue over and over again. It was related to Costco Sameday, by the way, PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THIS SERVICE. They will steal money from you and no one will tell you where the money went.Much of my frustration came from explaining the same things over and over to the same people. They acted like I was stupid or something. I did not appreciate the attitude coming from the associates. They all get in your business and talk over each other to put in their word about why you are wrong. Their customer service desk always looks insanely busy even when there's one or two customers, and people are slow to greet you. People at the desk need to go through some kind of training for basic CS skills. I haven't had this bad of an experience at other Costco stores.I had other issues with the customer service that were unrelated to the main problem I was having; I didn't appreciate the way that the self-checkout lady asked for my membership. She seemed overly pushy when she asked and I also don't get the point of asking? It's not like you can check out without scanning your card, or, god forbid, even enter the store without it. It just seemed like harassment but I was already in a bad mood, so who knows.I generally like Costco, but will be MUCH more wary of ordering things here given the hassle and headache of trying to get my money back (and I didn't even get it back after like an hour of waiting, talking on the phone, customer service, etc). I've always had good experiences until I started coming to this location.

Always are driven to Costco for their competitive prices and freshness of their nut supply. This trip we utilized the membership rebates to purchase pecans and walnuts, along with a few luxury food items. We also appreciate their good gas prices.

I’ve been frequenting this Costco for several years now. I always leave happy. Really has a family friendly vibe. I’ve gotten to know several of the employees here and I’m always treated w respect.I’ve been to five or six Costco’s around and this one bakes the best muffins.Costco is the best!

Hello, I just want to say how kind and friendly the people who work here are. They go above and beyond. Last evening I had my tire blow out getting off i25 onto harmony. I pulled into the pump area to fill my tires and Could clearly see my tire was pretty wrecked. The service area for tires was a few minutes from closing but a guy named Nate came and looked at my tire he was so compassionate and he helped me by trying to fill my tire then when they discovered irreparable damage him and Don put my spare on for me. I had just had an awful day and the kindness and friendliness really uplifted me. Thank you so much you guys will have my business for tires for sure!

Busiest costco ever! Was harassed over my membership card while shopping with my wife.. told I couldn't pay when a lady found out I had just misplaced my card after just getting a new one when we entered the store. Made an already stressful stop at the store we rarely go to even worse.. we share a membership how can I not pay? She was going to go look up my membership which is shared with my wife so is the same?.. frustrating experience to say the least.

The worst customer service ever!! The worst most miserable humans work here at this location. I feel like I’m always doing something wrong when I am shopping here, when im not! They yell at you for any stupid reason. They are not professional at all. We pay too much for memberships to be treated the way we do here. They act like it’s dia or something. I do not recommend coming here. If prices were not so good here I would cancel my membership due to the workers acting like it’s a crime to be kind.

I came to Cosco to buy shabu-shabu beef to put in my yakiudon. I was surprised that the roasted whole chicken was only $5. The selection of goods is a little different from town to town, but this Cosco was well organized and easy to shop at. Unlike Cosco in Canada, there were no Montreal smoked salmon sandwiches, of course.

Even though we are empty nesters now with little need for bulk buys we still seem to spend enough here that our membership fee is mostly reimbursed. My big hate is the whole online experience with Costco isn’t very good and the product reviews are biased high because it is so darn painful to modify initially rave product review when the thing dies after a few months that I and I expect many others don’t bother to revise reviews downward.

This is a great Costco location. It’s always busy like most Costco locations The customer service here is excellent. Even on the busiest times, check out is quick and cashiers are friendly. They really pay attention and open more lines as needed. They are also great to help at the self check out too.

Had a very rude and unprofessional interaction with Paul at membership services. He was on his phone for a good 3 minutes before addressing me. There was a miscommunication with me being added onto my dads membership and I asked him if he was sure I wasn’t listed on the policy (in a nice way) and he caught a major attitude saying “did you just ask me if I was sure?”. And then proceeded to loudly tap my drivers license on the counter while I called my dad to figure out what was going on. Overall I decided not to get a membership at all because the interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth. I notified the supervisor Sam.As a marketing professional myself I know how important it is to have good interactions with people who work in sales services as they are the everyday face of the company. Severly disappointed.

As is all Costco’s, super busy. It’s impossible to get anywhere in the store, you just run into walls of carts and oblivious patrons. The things that they now have are bad quality and over priced.The checkout is awful- to quote a worker: “Costco is treating its membership like a gym membership now.” Which means only the member whose picture is on the Costco card is allowed to pay- with THEIR debit card. Why does this rule even exist? I would have asked but the employee rushed us along so fast and was so disinterested that it wasn’t worth it.There are too many stores that do what Costco does for them to be making these changes. We won’t renew our membership, after many years, and I urge you to do the same… maybe that’s the only way for stores to listen.

The customer service here is so poor it borders on comical. After spending hours on the phone with the call center, I was assured my issue was resolved and I would be able to get my membership card that evening with no problem. Of course, that was all just a lie and when I arrived at Costco I was informed that My issue had not been resolved. When I asked the customer service representative for solutions, they said that my only option would be to just buy a second membership, with no guarantee of a refund on my initial payment, and also lacking the promotion that was included in my initial purchase. To describe my experience as negative would be a massive understatement.

This feels like one of the busiest Costco warehouses in the state, maybe the country, I base that on zero data. With that said I have been shopping here for years and have always been greeted and assisted by friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable employees. Over the course of several years I don’t recall a single time I ran into an out of stock issue. The management and team at this location do an excellent job in stocking, customer service, and making an incredibly busy store run as best as it can.

On Sat. April 15, Lynn, at the Timnath store, went to great lengths to help me find the particular TV I wanted, which she located at Longmont, and reserved it for me there. She was super helpful, and friendly. She excels at customer service, and I think she is a great asset to Costco!

Had to wait about ten minutes to get our reward/cash back -- while some employees at the customer service desk were just standing around doing nothing for part of the time. Would be good to cross train and empower workers to do more.

Although our families have always been avid Costco goers my boyfriend and I have not been in awhile. We were given a gift card so we thought we'd give it a shot yesterday 2/12. We dealt with the rudest cashier and I'm upset I did not get her name. Unaware we had to renew our membership with a gift card that covered the entirety of the purchase, she treated us like the dumbest people alive with unwarranted attitude. We attempted to help her with the dates on our out of state IDs and she gave us attitude, we asked questions about the gift card and she gave us attitude. 0 stars for her and incredibly disappointed in Costco for allowing this. Sad we renewed but won't be returning

Maddison with the blonde hair late 20’s at self checkout was awful to me. She was very rude when I was asking for help checking out. She was very short with me. Yelled at me for putting my bags on the scale. I hope they fire her soon as I’m sure this isn’t the first time this has happened.
