Visiting from out of town and was absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Walgreens. Showed up to get our prescription & was told it would be 15 minutes (that’s fine no big deal) and they’d text us when it was ready. Almost an hour later, still no text, we go back inside and not a SINGLE person looked at us when we walked up to the pharmacy. Another customer was on the phone complaining about them closing for lunch (which was still a couple minutes away) and a worker had the audacity to LAUGH at them. Absolutely horrible customer service. When we confronted them about it when we finally got the prescription (which was filled at 1:35 - just minutes after we had gotten ignored earlier) we were told to not fill our script here again.

The girl working at the pharmacy drive through doesn’t know how to read prescriptions. I drove in around 9 pm on1/2/24 from an emergency room. She looked at the paper and said we wouldn’t be able to fill it today, the earliest would be next day noon. I frantically tried to call 24h cvs but they didn’t even bother to answer the phone. So I checked the paper again and next to prescription it said pending. I did recall the doctors said they would call my prescription in. I was leaving for a trip next day and really needed to start to use the medication. I walked inside and showed the girl paper again and pointed out pending. She checked and said oh it was just filled. I tried to let her know she needed to pay attention when reading prescriptions and she just said our system wasn’t working. Well whether it was or wasn’t when something is pending and was called in, maybe she could check with pharmacist. From reading prior reviews, their staff is awful and this impacts people that need a medication urgently. Someday, a person may experience serious condition because they did not refill prescription in a timely manner, Stay away from this place! Absolutely awful.

This pharmacy is a joke. I had surgery and was waiting on my pain medication. It immediately went into out of stock status and I tried calling to get someone on the phone to assist. It was Christmas day but I sat on hold two different times for 2 hours each time and then the system hung up on me both times. A total of 4 hours of my time trying to get it squared away to no avail, dont forget in pain the whole time. Finally, day after I call again and get someone to tell me they don't know when the medication will be back in stock. I then have to find another pharmacy to fill it. I understand they may have been short staffed on Christmas Day but regardless, this is unacceptable. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The store is great, but the pharmacy is pretty awful. My provider called in my medication 7 hours before I came to pick up my medication for a very serious bacterial infection, and I had to spend almost two hours back and forth to get them to check their messages. I checked with my provider and they said when they sent the message, I also saw one of the workers tell 3 people in front of me they didn’t have their medicine that their doctors called in. Usually when medical professionals call in medications to pharmacies, it is expected that 7 hours is plenty of time to check the medications. For your own safety, I would avoid calling in your medications to this pharmacy. I risked sepsis from calling in a medication to this walgreens. It is failing people who are very sick and need medication. I’m also pretty upset with how unprofessional they were when I very kindly asked if there was any way they could get my medication that was called in so long ago. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.

They are so slow. You have to wait on hold for almost a hour sometimes. The pharmacist is rude. And depending on the pharmacist working that day, your meds won’t be ready when they say it’ll be. Not to mention, the guy who was in line in front of me was given the wrong medication. Do Not Recommend!

I have been on hold for an hour and half with the pharmacy. There has only been one person ahead of me this entire time. Don’t go through the drive thru unless you have time to kill. Truly unprofessional staff

Very poor service, not customer friendly at all. The wait is ridiculous both inside and drive-thru and they even confused me with another customer's name. Someone really needs to make some changes there! Staff should be replaced or take some service lessons, classes! I will be finding another pharmacy!

Iv never had a positive experience at this location. Pharmacy will always have an excuse for not filling a prescription. Management needs to investigate the integrity of the staff their inventory is never accurate.

This Walgreens is right next to my house, I dropped off photos end of November, never received a call of text like they said I would. I called and they said they had them, I went in the women behind the photo counter never came to greet me even after I rang the bell 2 times, someone from the front check out came over after about 10 min, asked if I had been helped I told her no, she found my photos and was super sweet except one of mine wasn’t developed so she asked the other women who came around and was EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY. I was simply asking questions about how this could happen or be avoided in the future and if it was an issue with the camera she just kept repeating “there was nothing on the camera” which is impossible because I have used these cameras before and the other one was perfectly fine and she was super nasty! finally another gentleman who worked there came over and looked at my film and he said he was unsure why it didn’t develop and said maybe damage happened to it, which had to of happened at the store or in shipping because the camera was in perfect shape when I left it in their care. Super upset as those memories are gone forever and the women at the photo counter was awful and not helpful. I was super respectful and just confused. Please hire people who can handle customer service. I won’t be returning to this store. It cost $0 to be kind.

They say they are open 24 hours but when I drove 25 mins to get here on Monday evening at 11, they were closed. If they are not open at least have the courtesy to update hours online.

I thought about leaving this review for a while now, and only commenting on it because I’m so deeply bugged.I have been going in to Walgreens almost every night for the past week for a Spider-Man Funko pop that I’ve been trying to purchase. I had went in two days in a row trying to purchase and got told both nights they couldn’t find it in the system, on the second night in I asked the cashier why it was still on shelf if not in the system he had no explanation. He was shocked and ecstatic they sold them and the store and just told me he couldn’t sell it. By his excitement I could almost guarantee he just bought it for himself because every time I’ve been after that it’s gone.Just poor taste and unsatisfactory.

The people who work at this Walgreens and pharmacy are doing a good job, but their automated systems are some of the most unreliable I’ve ever witnessed. I’ll use the automated system to refill myprescriptions, it will tell me they will be ready by x time, and then when I go to pick them up, the people at the pharmacy will say they didn’t even get the request for the refill. The texts when scripts are ready straight up don’t go through, even though I called to see if my number was accurate and asked someone to check. I still have to call every time and fight the robot that is always incorrect to talk to a human to see if stuff is ready. The people who work the pharmacy are lovely, but Walgreens in general seems like a mess. I’m seriously considering leaving this pharmacy and finding another business because I’m so tired of the bad communication and the automated systems that should work not working. Technology should make our lives easier, not harder. Walgreens is on the struggle bus.

The pharmacist gives excuses for scripts taking 1-2 days past the expected day stating there is 120 scripts in front of mine. The 2nd insurance is never billed before pick up.I've had to start skipping medication times to keep up with this pharmacy's timing.I was trying to express my concerns and treatment by the techs, I got a blank stare and she walked away.The sad truth is that all this has happened on several occasions.

The only reason this pharmacy still exists is just because of hours open. If it came down to customer service, competence, efficiency, an advertising crack den would have a better chance of staying open.

I called after waiting 3 hours for my son’s antibiotic for his extremely painful ear infection knowing they were closing in an hour and the guy on the phone was super rude and when I told him we had been waiting for 3 hours he said they are a day behind. I then asked him if I should have it sent elsewhere and all of a sudden they were going to get it ready for me. I have been using this pharmacy for years but since Covid they have not hired a single competent person and I will be getting all of my prescriptions somewhere else. Don’t get your scripts here!!!

Says the pharmacy is open until 10??? I get there at 5:30pm to a pharmacist not on duty, so I can’t pick up my medication that’s ready for pick up? What a joke.

Go to this Walgreens if you enjoy sitting in the pharmacy line for half an hour, or if you think it’ll be faster inside and your in there for and hour, idk what take so dang long because once it’s finally my turn it takes 2 seconds, it’s really frustrating wish they had a better system to prevent one car or one person cause a 30 minute hold up, seems to happen every time!

Have only been using this pharmacy for a month. It has been the worst month ever with a pharmacy. They are super rude and never want to help you with any questions. Got new insulin pens that I have never used before. The pharmacist refused to explain how to use it. Was told to Google it if I was concerned about using it correctly. They are risking people's life's by not doing what they get paid to do. Worst place ever they should all be replaced and retrained on what good customer service is.

Received confirmation for a vaccine appointment for two specific vaccines. After my bad experience with another Walgreens, decided to call ahead to confirm and they informed me only one was available. They need to update their online system to accurately reflect availability.

This pharmacy is consistently a disappointment. Prescriptions are routinely not filled, yet their employees say they are ready on the phone. Come to find out the truck with the medication hasn't even shown up yet. Then when the manager finally finds another store with the product, a week later, they don't have the professional courtesy to take the product to the store.There is absolutely 0 accountability at this store. It is criminally scary to know these caliber of "professionals" are handling medication which keeps people alive.Stay alive, go to a different pharmacy.

NASTY STORE!Pharmacy is "under staffed" with 4-5 people working behind the counter... enough to ignore my call for 2 x 30 minute intervals today. I wasted an hour and a half of my time listening to their "on hold" music. To only find out after 3 days of trying to get in touch with them that I cannot fill my script at Walgreens locations. Last time I tried their system was down. The day before no one answered after waiting 30 min on hold.Today while walking through their store (again) to get this figured out, I found this wad of human hair on their shelf...Terrible experience, I don't plan on ever going back.Avoid at all cost..

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My family and I have been a customer to this Walgreens for 20 years. Something just isn't sitting right anymore and professionalism has straight up turned ghetto! Broken promises, no communication. I have an infection that needs antibiotics and I've gone 3 times for my filled prescription because I am promised a certain time but then it is the next day, then the next day...its not ready yet. My husband was even told that the order was there it just needed to be processed. I've been waiting since Wednesday and I am only getting sicker and likley will not be able to get my scan next week because the infection hasn't cleared. Very furious. With such unprofessional character I honestly would put 2 and 2 that the FDA needs to be called on this facility - something just isn't right and there is a male there in the pharmacy that is so rude and very shady!!! Also try calling this facility, you will be on hold for an hour or longer if you have the patience.

The pharmacy is always so busy. Unfortunately since my parents prescription goes there, they needed to go there today. There’s a man that works in the pharmacy that was so rude to my mom today. She went to pick up a prescription for my dad and in giving him the information, she asked to verify the address they had on file. (They recently moved) he was super rude and sighed loudly as if it was such a hassle to do. He was not at all pleasant. She witnessed him also being rude to an older couple asking to make an appointment. Don’t go here, it will ruin your day. They’ve switched their prescription elsewhere and so have I. Somewhere with better customer service.

Every single time I need to get a refill of my monthly recurring prescription, they never receive it from my doctor and it has to be submitted 3-4 times every time.When I call to talk to the Pharmacy to get help there is never less than a 30 min hold time.

So I'm rating this pharmacy on dependability. I needed a medicine on a holiday. I CALLED PHARMACY to make sure got order and could get before they closed at 5pm. Technician told me they were open til 6pm, even after I questioned it because of holiday and come at 5:20pm. GUESS WHAT? THEY CLOSED AT 5pm!!

We had a late-night, last-minute need on 1/19 and this Walgreens was our best option. I found the item in store listed for double the price it was online. The employee who checked me out had just clocked in and rushed to help the customer in line in front of me. This customer needed a return and, while not down right mean, was making it an unpleasant experience. When my turn came up, I explained the price difference. Even though she just came off a rough customer service experience, she did not hesitate to price match. We are very grateful for this employee making the effort and using the tools at her disposal to provide a great service experience. I called afterward to share this experience with the manager and get the employee’s name. The name I got was Barbara. Whoever this employee is, thank you.
