Bought some food, a salad kit, garlic bread with chicken Alfredo pasta. Shelves are stocked enough, and got a bottle of white wine very tasty and only 9.99 a bottle I recommend

Store has recently been remodeledLooks niceFood aisles were not full. Couldn't find beans. Finally did, but extremely small selection. Went through self checkout. The woman working there was very helpful and kind. Target is lucky to have her!!

Came in for some "girl things" and went to go look at bathing suits. This security dude came and asked me six times in less than ten minutes if I needed help. I kept telling him I was fine but he kept coming over literally every two minutes like maybe he thought that I was going to take the giant box of tampons I had in my basket. Five minutes later he is still walking less than two yards from me and asks if I need anything again while I'm in the bargain section looking at oregano and lavender planting kits. I ask him if there is a particular reason why he keeps asking me if I need help and he said "no I'm just doing my job." I go pay for my things and then talk to one of the managers Jessica, and told her of the issue. She apologized and said that he was new and that was definitely a training issue. I said ok and walked over to the in store Starbucks and called my daughter to come meet me to get a drink. Not less than a minute after she gets there and we start to order, he shows up again. He asked if I was ok again and I replied "really???" It is extremely stupid and rude that children like this get to have these types of positions and get away with doing things like this. There is no reason for this and no one should be doing. My daughter said that him and two other boys bothered her about twenty times while she was looking at computers while she waited for me to financial my shopping. I did go up to the front service manager and told her that he was continuing to bother us. I invited her to look into my bag and my daughter's and asked her to please do something because I had a feeling he was going to pop up again and he did right as we were walking to the exit. Jessica, the manager, once again apologized and asked that we not let this discourage is from shopping at Target. But seriously, why would anyone go back because you're being profiled like this??? Personally, I don't think I'll ever go back.

Generally my order is processed quickly and efficiently delivered to my car. Target does this better than most other stores!Only difficulty at times is due to item out of stock and I have to travel to 2 different Targets.

This could very well be the worst Target in the state of Colorado. They literally always have a high number of out of stock items, their shelves look empty all year. Even as other retailers have shown improvement in terms of in-stocks, this target has shown absolutely none whatsoever! The atmosphere is always negative. The employees are far from "fast fun and friendly" and the store is generally empty as they have scared away much of their customer base. Lastly, they recently decided to close their food court! What a joke. When I found this out I just left. I'm not even going to bother with this store anymore. I've been a long time customer and ex employee, but I'm done supporting target. This location is just aweful and needs a full management makeover, either that, or just shut the store down. This place is really making your band look bad.

I been going here for a while but I have to agree with ppl renovations have made this Target very inconvenient to go. No bathrooms, very unorganized and even dirty. Make sure you check the prices as well because they might be different than how they are advertise in their website. The worst part it’s the costumer service went through self check out today and the lady was very rude I just needed a price adjustment and she got really mad about it. If you can, avoid going to this location.

Long lines, self check is only supposed to be for 10 items or less, and no alcohol sales. There was only 1 cashier and self check. There had to be about 15 to 20 people in line.

Worst target shopping experience of my life. They're under renovations which is the only reason they don't get 1 star. Renovations can certainly cause disruption but this is a political nightmare. I had to crisscross the store to find items whose sections were split across the store and the aisles were barely one cartwidth.They would have better served the community by closing down for a week or two for the initial renovations and redirecting us to another store.

Dianne the cashier is absolutely the most amazing lady I've ever had for customer service especially in a grocery setting! Her input fir the target app, savings, benefits, deals, patience with me, solving a payment mishap(technical error), friendly/caring approach, informative, possible employment information, outstanding personality, goes above and beyond, and so much more! She even had a great attitude with me even after a difficult customers before and after assisting me. Dianne had most definitely made an extremely positive impact in my shopping experience! I normally don't do surveys but she definitely deserved me to do one today!Also the other staff that I came across during my shopping, which was about 5 people, were very helpful and seemed polite and didn't act like I was a nuisance which made my day better as well. Especially the meat department guy, whom unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he helped me in selecting great meat to feed my family and he most definitely knows his stuff! He wanted to help me and came up to me to know more about the meat products I was looking at(mostly hamburger/steak)and informed me about their contents and best things to watch out for while cooking them deciphered by brand and fat content ect. He also helped a lady after me and both with her and I he had such a positive attitude, extremely attentive/informative, patient, ect. All together great customer service. He had taught me things I never knew I needed to know.This whole experience has been amazing for me, I will most definitely be coming back, often at that! This has only been my second time to target and this location has been the only one I've been to. Today was an amazing/great experience. Definitely have made my day! Thank you Target off 120th and Washington Center! You guys don't know how much easier you've all made my day! Most definitely appreciative in general! Keep up the amazingness! (Shopped on 1/9/2023 around 10ish am)

Bedlam!The freezers here are always broken, and the place inside has a looted half stocked appearance. In January 2023 they have a bunch of temp reefers right at the entrance like the great wall of china. At a minimum they need to arrange the store or cordon off areas if they are remodeling. It's far below the department store like standard other Target stores set.I've been trying to shop here for 6 months because I like target products, but this one is constantly struggling with hardware, layout and inventory.

I was stopping in to get a coffee from Starbucks and went to look at the trading cards to if they had baseball cards in stock. There was a 7-8 year old there also looking at Pokémon cards with his mom. The lady restocking the cards "I'm just finishing up here" with about 75% of the shelf still empty, and I said "No worries, I can see you already put out some stuff I like." She then replied, "I need everyone to leave this area while I finish re-stocking," in an annoyed tone of voice. I just replied "Ok" but I did not appreciate this, and instead of helping a customer by replying, "Great, what can I grab for you?" She just kicks an 8 year old and myself from the area. I did a lap around the store to see if they had some items I was looking for for Christmas shopping. So this is about 10-15 minutes later, she is still stocking, but now with shopping carts blocking off both ends of the isle so no-one can shop while she restocks...Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Ultimately I won't be shopping at this Target again after this incident and other reviews I am reading.On a brighter note the two young ladies working Starbucks were nice, helpful, and fast.

Employees were nice except this older white lady with short hair at self checkout. She wasn’t rude at first but then she got mad I guess bc we were taking a little bit since we had separate transactions. We told her we didn’t want some clothes since they didn’t have prices and we didn’t want to make her look and she yanked it off my moms hand. My mom got really mad but just didn’t say anything. Afterwards I said thank you and she just stared at me. Idk what her issue is but it’s giving racism since we are Hispanics …..she’s lucky we stayed nice instead of acting like the Karen she was being. Get a new job if you’re just going to be rude or only nice to certain people…… I believe she only works mornings at self checkout, we went again and saw her laughing with co workers.

Had the worst experience at self check out todaythanks to the very young and immature girl. Long butplease read to understand the how much of a sourtaste this Target run left me with. The girl "in charge" ofself check-out was very short, with dark hair andglasses, and was on a complete power trip, when shetried to humiliate myself and several other customers.While my wife and I were waiting in the long line, wesaw her standing at the scanner of a pregnant woman'scheckout, when she started to scream out to a managerthat the price on the tag was wrong. A problem completely out of any customers control. She then continued to scan the woman's items while being completely in the woman's personal space, and you could see this poor woman clearly getting flustered and uncomfortable. The girl then literally pushed the woman's cart as she tried to walk out to leave while her partner was still paying at the register, and reached over her arm and started opening up the woman's purse then opened the shopping bag and started pulling out bras and underwear, held them in the air while waving the personal items around, then again started yelling for a manager saying the items weren’t scanned, when the employee herself was the one who scanned the items for the customer.After the women left crying the young girl had thebiggest smile as if she enjoyed humiliating someone. The girl then started to walk up and attempt to start looking through my bags while I was still in the process of scanning my items. I received attitude as she rolled her eyes when I asked her to please step away and let me handle my own "self check-out" experience, then walked over to another customer trying to ring themselves in, and did the same exact thing.In the time I was in line to when I was checking out, Isaw her treat several customers very rudely and in adisrespectful manner, while smiling and abusing herself appointed power to intimidate paying customers.Please leave the managers in charge of watching selfcheck out area, because they know how to handle anysituation in a mature manner without making anyoneuncomfortable, to the point where they're just trying toget out, maybe missing an item in their rush. I know mywife would have responded the same in a situation likewe saw and just do everything she could to get out ofthere.Terrible customer service. So go here if you want to betreated like your don't matter. I know I will be going tothe other target nearby and recommend it to any person who also does not support the mistreatment of customers, and people in general.I hope the girl gets some sort of customer care and sensitivity training, and how it is not okay to just yell for a manager while holding someone's personal items in the air for all to see. And more importantly that she knows that it is absolutely unacceptable that she touch customers or a customers personal property, and especially to go far enough to start going through a customers pursue or personal property. Very upsetting to see the youth of today getting away with this sort of work ethic. I expected much more from a store who has dealt with so many publicly issues targeting their customer base and applauding employee misconduct. I hope this store especially can turn their employees around and make it a great experience once again.

Millen in guest services gave me the worst experience. She was very rude and unprofessional. She charged me full price when the item I got was on clearance and said she was not going to change the price. What kind of customer service is that? Please beware guys!! She is the reason I will never shop at target again.

Went to the bakery for writing on my daughters birthday cake, was told it was no problem and they came out with this. Thankfully I fixed it myself since the real decorator wasn’t in store as I was told. I also asked if they were there or if it was a bad time. Unacceptable, if you cannot pipe icing, do not say you’re able to or lie to the customer and say the decorator is there when they aren’t.

I bought a air mattress and when my brother came to town we aired it up a found that bed leaks air. I purchased the allstate 2 year warranty and went to exchange and the do not have the same model in stock. I asked the young lady at costumer service if I could get the next closest to size and price as the original and they told me they wouldn't be able to and that I would have to go to a different location that is completely out of the way. I had my debit card and receipt and the way they treated me definitely made me uncomfortable and very disappointed.

Although I didn’t find adult hair accessories for fine hair we did manage to spend the usual $300 weekly. You don’t always find what you’re looking for but, more often than not you find a friendly face at the register. We come weekly for carrot chips, they have the best & Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.

The line for the pharmacy is comically long. It is so ridiculous I waited in line for almost 2 hours and they still had not filled my precipitation. Don’t bother trying to call either they will not answer. This is also not an isolated incident. I was there last night trying to get the same prescription filled and the line was just as long. I figured I would come back today in hopes the line was shorter. They seriously need to get their act together.

I was shopping today at this store and I couldn't find a certain product that was not in the sales floor, I approached Eve who was very pleasant to talk to, she stopped what she was doing and went to the back to look for the product I needed even though it didn't show a location, she came back and brought extras in case I wanted more which I did. She did all this with such good and positive attitude that turned my day around from a bad day I was having. Eve was simply amazing in every customer aspect.

Terrible management, customer service and understanding of their own business. I came in to purchase a camera from this target. I was sold a product by an employee who told me the return policy was 90 days at Target. I made the purchase.I came in 60 days later to return the product and had the absolute worse experience with the 4 different people that “helped” me.1) I was told they could not even find record of my purchase. I pulled up my bank account which showed the date and total for the purchase to which they still could not find any record that they sold this item.2) they then told me that electronics have a 30 day return policy and I couldn’t return it anyway. I explained to them that it was THEIR sales associate who sold me the item with the notion that I had 90 days to return. Apparently their own sales associates are so undertrained that they themselves have no clue what their own policy and procedures are.3) I asked to speak to a manager but the supervisor that was assisting me explains that there is not a single manager on site. To keep that seems like poor business practice or the manager just didn’t want to come out from behind the office doors. Because the supervisor told me they were going to go in the back and talk to the manager. Seems fishy.4) they then tell me to call customer service and maybe they will be able to help me more with a mail in refund. WHAT THE HECK! I bought this item in their electronics department!5) the supervisor that helped me was incredibly rude and honestly lacked any sort of knowledge about the store/company he is in charge of. I’ve never been made to feel so stupid.I loved Target, but they have officially lost a 30 year customer. I recommend never going to this Target. Also, if you need electronics, go to Best Buy. They actually take care of their customers and know what they are talking about.

Called them twice about a cart outside my store across the street, that due to high winds has hit my car twice even after being moved into the gravel to avoid it being dragged into the wind… called once on 2/26 after it hit my vehicle, and called again 2/27 after hitting my vehicle a second time. Cart is still outside my store after being told twice that they’d send an attendant to get it.

This experience was the worst, I did not receive my promotion even though the item was available, unfortunately I had to enter the store to purchase the throat spray as this was a necessity for my child. I did a pick up order drive up. I choose 2 items that were showing available. I only received 1 item which voided the $5 promotion. The delivery tech told me there were other brands available so I went into the store with a splint on my ankle and during a snowstorm. I happened to fine the very item that was deemed out of stock. Horrible experience to say the least.

Very limited options on everything I was interested in buying, and very overpriced. The staff was polite in offering help at first, but then made me feel like I was being profiled for shoplifting as I was comparing prices on hair products, nail polish, and other toiletries. I'll spend my money elsewhere, where I feel like an appreciated and valued customer.

After running into me with here big cart after she turned a corner without checking, she proceeded to rudely blame it on me. It should not be this hard to show decent manners to customers who aren’t even talking to you.

Store itself was in good condition and the customer service lady at the counter was nice even though she wasn’t able to help. Placed an order online and it wasn’t fulfilled in time for pick up so I just ran in to grab the baby items that I needed. Went to customer service and asked if they could essentially mark the pick up order as done because I’d already paid for them online. Their systems apparently were unable to accommodate this so I had to buy the items again and then cancel online. I was also told it can take days for the money to be actually returned. My main frustration is the items were different prices in store and one was significantly more expensive.

I went to pick up my groceries, and when I got home there was a bag of groceries missing that I had paid for. When I called to inform them of my missing bag, I waited on hold for five minutes for them to tell me they had forgotten it. I did not receive an apology nor did I get any compensation for having to return back to the store to pick up the bag. I am very frustrated since there are so many struggling businesses right now and Target, as a major corporation should do more to make their customers happy. When I returned, the woman who handed me the bag gave me an attitude and again, didn’t apologize. As an extremely loyal Target shopper, I am extremely disappointed.

I dislike this store with a passion! I went to the store to purchase clothes for myself and my son and I had some items that were showing cheaper online, so I asked the representative to match the price. She refused to match it because she said that was only an online deal. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the supervisor told me the same thing. Their policy on their website clearly states that they match their prices and other competitors prices as well. I had to leave all the clothes which I had spent two hours choosing for myself and my son. I called customer support or corporate and they said that they are supposed to match the pricing, but sadly I had already left the store. Why are the representatives and managers not aware of their own policies? They would rather loose money over that transaction which was over $250 than to match the pricing which is clearly stated on their policy that they are supposed to do. Needless to say, I placed a complaint with corporate which I don’t even know if they did anything about.
