I did enjoy coming here to get my golden doodle groomed. Took her there since she was able to get groomed(2years), but the last few visit weren’t want I wanted and it was always a different groomer. The last time I went I didn’t even speak to the groomer that was going to groom her because they weren’t there yet. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved down and I was super upset about it. I called to let them know that I was unsatisfied, and I was told that I would receive a callback from owner/boss and never did. I am in the customer service industry so I expected to at least get a call back. That being said, I am now taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for many years with my 3 dogs. They have always been kind and prompt with my dogs and their nail trims. I even accidentally showed up after they normally stop offering trims and they still offered to do it. Really top notch service!

Take both my dogs to see Marissa. I love how she’s always takes her time with them and she always gives the best products to use on them at home to keep them cleaned up till they visit her again. Chesney goes every 5weeks and always gets feathers, bows something to make her look special. Twyla visits less since she has short hair, Marissa gives her that deep deshedding clean up.

I opted for their De-shed treatment, shampoo, conditioner, trim nails, clean ears, brush her teeth and groom her well. This is the first time I used their service as my other regular place was booked out till next four months and I needed an urgent service. They were very friendly and accommodated my dog the next day for a service. They even gave her back to me with a cute bandana tied to her. Ellie came out looking all clean and fresh. I will rebook them again when needed.

I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. The customer service by the groomer was appalling. I had an appointment at 9am and was told they didn’t have it in their system. We made the appointment for our rocky 6 weeks ago and have used this place several times for our 3 dogs. Rocky is 9 years old and gone to groomers the who time. He has never been called naughty. The only reason we changed places is because our old groomer moved to TX. I have referred so many of my clients to this business and I’m appalled by the way I was treated today. This isn’t how you treat customers 😔

This grooming salon is the best! We used to go to petsmart, but we decided to try out Spawlash because petsmart would often cut and injur my dog Bella during her grooming appointments. One time she was limping for over a week, i imagine because they were too harsh with her. Not to mention they would charge $85+ for cutting bellas hair.Spawlash has great prices, and their groomers are super friendly. They have never cut bella or injured her. Bellas haircut is usually around $60 for everything, including cutting her nails and dremoling them so they’re not too sharp.Andrew was bella’s last groomer, and he did a fantastic job. Bella looks so much better (see the before and after pictures) and he even put a cute October themed bow on her. I’m always sure to tip the groomers generously because I’ve tried to do all of this myself and it’s a lot of work, not to mention how much time it takes and how difficult some pets can be.The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a new groomer, I highly recommend them!

I love this place! I’ve always had nothing but friendly service. It appears they do a lot of business but I’ve always been able to get in and out quickly. I bring my dog here to get her nails cut and I use the self wash stations. The parking lot has plenty of spots near here for easy access. That’s important when you have a big dog like mine. This place is great and I’m happy I can support it. 🐾🚿

I recently inherited my grand-pup, (my Daughter's German Shephard) due to my Babygirls recent passing💔. The day I got my grand pup, I walked into Spawlash & let them know the circumstances. They were able to look up my Daughter's phone number and confirm that my Daughter had been taking her boy there. Staff was so kind that they got my honey in that same day & gave him a good wash and some well deserved pampering. I am grateful to this place & will continue to use their services. I will also start taking my own 2 pups there for their care as well🙂

They do a pretty good job, everyone is super nice and pricing is straightforward ($90 for my goldendoodle with nails clipped/bath/cut). Only thing I dislike is how long they keep your dog for, I feel like he’s sitting in the kennel half the time he is there, which they told me wouldn’t happen since he was the first dog of the day. Every time I take him there he is there 4 hours, just know that ahead of time and make sure you are okay with it.

For a self service dog wash, this place is life changing! Very nice facilities, very clean, and they provide everything! A private tub, tub leash and collar, a large variety of shampoos, conditioners, a rubber smock for the person, towels, and a dryer.The best part, no sore back from bending over a tub at home, and no mess! Well worth the $17, we'll be back.

WORST GROOMING JOB EVER, THEY DO NOT LISTEN!!!....I asked for a schnauzer head cut on my dog... which was already out lined from last grooming ( posted a black n white image of what I wanted on this site and picture of what I got when I picked my dog up) I told him 3 times NO TEDDY BEAR head stuff. Guess What He did exactly what I said not to do. Your groomers need to learn what a schnauzer head cut is, NOT the horrific job your groomer did. If I could give you zero stars I would. There are obvious razor cuts on his hind quarters and stomach, but of course they claim those were "razor burn" !! Make sure you see your dog before you pay. This place should not offer grooming, because they dont preform anything close to the term !!!

I followed a favorite groomer who moved here temporarily while she was starting her own business. When she told me she was moving to Spawlash, I read the reviews, got super sketched out, but didn't want to change groomers so I decided to give it a chance.My mistake; should have trusted the reviews. This place is awful. Everything you read about the customer service is true (said "receptionist" is incredibly rude/trying to charge me for a late pickup with no prior warning? who does that? then telling me bc I was rude to her (bc I shouldn't have gotten upset about this, I guess), I should book on weekends bc she never wants to see my face again), and after 3 appointments, it literally makes me actively nervous to leave my dog there for 2 hours.While my groomer is fantastic, this place is literally hell & I'm never going back. Go anywhere else. 0/10.

I had been taking dog to this groomer for seven years. Suddenly I get call that they can’t groom my dog because none of the groomers feel comfortable. My dog is Lhaso Opso that’s 30lbs and is 9yrs old. I asked for a manger per the receptionist she didn’t have one, but would have her boss call me…same thing. Never received a call back. Very disappointed after all the years of taking my dog here you would treat a customer this way

We just went for the first time and had our dogs nails trimmed and teeth brushed. It was only $25, which we found very reasonable. We loved that the groomers seemed to really enjoy their jobs and take pride in what they do. We will definitely be back!

Not bad. I like that they offer a military discount and numerous options for shampoo. However, the shampoo is a little watered down. I'll definitely give it another try. Staff was helpful and friendly. I bathed two dogs. Used a small and a large tub. All worked just fine for us.

I would give a better review but the way Chris spoke to me and the disrespect of her and the receptionist was awful made me want to never come back They have no customers service skills or respect for people. The reason for me staying is due to Andrew he is fantastic. He works with the customers and knows how to speak with respect. I hope the owner realizes that Chris is not good for her shop. Being kind take”s zero effort….

I used to bring my senior pup here all the time to get his nails trimmed. Last time I came here the staff that used to help me was replaced by untrained and unsympathetic young staff they cut 3 of my dogs nails too short causing him to bleed. The staff basically just said “these things happen” and then ushered me to the register as fast as they could. This is not a place I want my dog or myself to go to ever again.

Our first time here and I can say we're excited to go back. For a place that deals with water and dogs it was amazingly clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and they had a great selection of pet accessories.When we walked in we were told it would be about fifteen minutes and sure enough we were in with our two pups in fifteen minutes after they sanitized and rinsed the tub. We were given a selection of soaps, a couple of towels, and two tethers. We were able to wash both our dogs quickly and easily and were asked if we needed help at least three times by attentive staff. Not to mention they now have adorable fall bandannas to mark their first out-of-home bath. Safe to say, we will be back again!

If you are not wanting or can't afford to much for a groomer. PLEASE do not call this place. This place is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I use to take her to them in Brighton and paid more then other places. Because I really like the groomer. The price for a 15lb small dog they want $70 and $77 if you want their nails done. The location is not that great. What a rip off. How can this people get away with this?
